Since the diversion of focus and the fear of COVID-19 pandemic, the mortality rate of other disease may be increasing due to lack of proper treatment in right time. Immunity does play a vital role to fight Novel Covid-19 viral infection as well as other disease. As the scientific efforts to develop a vaccine continues, developing immunity remains an individuals best defense against the highly contagious COVID-19 virus. Immunity can be boosted by adopting simple ways in living, protecting ourselves from extraneous attacks at various levels i.e, layer I, II & III. Layer I implies to skin, being the largest organ, forms a physical barrier. Layer II & III by innate & adaptive (acquired) defense mechanism within the body. This article discuss about method to improve the immunity in general.

Indian economy was under the grip of recession for last one year with the real GDP growth rate expected to fall to 3.5%. The Covid19 pandemic and the resulting economic shutdown has created an unprecedented human tragedy in terms of job loss and income shrinkage. This paper looks at the employment rates and income growth data of India from April to June 2020 and analyses the major trends in the data. The paper also explores the options of the policymakers both from Fiscal and Monetary policy standpoints and looks at the opportunities and constraints of these tools in the current scenario.

Food allergy is usually difficult to diagnose in early life, and the inability to diagnose patients with atopic diseases at an earsly age may lead to severe complications. Numerous studies have suggested an association between the infant gut microbiome and development of allergy. Here, we investigated the capacity of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to predict food allergies in early life. This application will be helpful to predict composition of food using Machine Leaning Technique and will be able to predict the item in the composition that causes Allergy for the concerned person.

We study the effect of food hazard in adolescences in the age of high school and colleges of boys and girls. Due to their living and feeding activities in modern culture of different areas of India and other countries, different types of health hazard such as headache, nausea, weakness, sneezing, edema, change in heart rate, burning sensation and difficulty in breathing are seen in them. This study will help in future prevention of these types of food hazards in adolescents.

The Indian stock market has witness a phenomenal growth during the post liberalization period even after combating several challenges both at national and international domain. In this paper we have considered the Indian stock market and gold prices as the variable where we tried to inspect the volatility between them and the spillover effect. During the post liberalization period it was observed that the investors were keen to invest in the stock market even after knowing that the gold is a comparatively safer haven in terms of appreciation in their investment. Theoretically it was witnessed from different existing literatures that there is an inverse relationship between stock market and gold prices. Empirical study in our paper shows that there exists ARCH effect and GARCH effect in the model with data from January, 1992 to July, 2020. We have found that due to any external shock created one month back (n-1) is affecting the BSE SENSEX of the present month (n) which has a spillover effect on gold prices due to a significant p value of ARCH model. Also, a significant p value of GARCH model suggests that volatility of BSE SENSEX of one month before is having an influence in the present month BSE SENSEX which is leading to a spillover effect on gold prices. This indicates that any good news at national and/or international level influences the BSE SENSEX in a positive way leading to a spillover effect on gold prices in a positive way and any bad news at national and/or international level influences the BSE SENSEX in a negative manner leading to a spillover effect on gold prices in a negative way which is confirmed from the coefficient of the empirical test. The reason behind such occurrence is the perception of investors to consider gold as a secure investment avenue than stock. It is also noted that investors can also prefer stock to gold if they prefer short term return and if they lack in sufficient idle funds. During the study period certain events like Harshad Mehta scam, Ketan Parekh scam, subprime crisis and the recent COVID-19 pandemic can be identified as the shocks that can create volatility and spillover effect among the variables.

Global warming issues in the basic problem in our current situation due to hazardous gaseous occurring due to heavy construction. Strengthen the concrete is also the main motive of every construction for that purpose various researches has been made to minimize this effect by using synthetic fiber in concrete. Synthetic fiber is mostly preferred due to the advantages of it is compared with other materials. Different types of synthetic fibers is used in concrete for enhancing the various mechanical properties, to increase life span as they have wide range of advantages such as high ductility, resistance to plastic shrinkage during the process of curing, high tensile and compressive strength, resistance to impact, resistance to abrasion with low cost. This review aims to provide information regarding the factors affecting mechanical performance and durability of concrete and advances made with them. Different test also has been performed on synthetic fiber reinforced concrete to verify its strength.

Abstract: Itopride hydrochloride is a prokinetic agent having dual mode of action used in gastroesophageal reflux disease. The aim of this investigation to develop extended release microsponges of itopride hydrochloride using Eudragit S-100 polymer to extend the drug release over longer period of time to minimize dosing frequency and side effects. Itopride hydrochloride microsponges were prepared by quasi-emulsion solvent diffusion method. Optimization were performed by response surface methodology-central composite design. The evaluation of microsponges done by different parameter such as particle size, percentage entrapment efficiency, scanning electron microscopy. The drug release was found to depends upon the polymer concentration. Thus, concluded that prepared itopride hydrochloride microsponges will be more effective and reduce dosing frequency and side effects.

The advancement of communications technology has transformed social media from a platform of one-way emotional communication to a crucial medium of personalization, interaction, and publicity. The new wave of social media has strongly influenced Generations Y and Z. Social media platforms are thus striving to create distinctions that make them stand out from a wide variety of such platforms, and Instagram is no exception. Such platform distinctions aim to increase content interaction, meet user expectations, and increase user satisfaction, thereby cultivating loyal users. Considering that studies have rarely discussed Instagram, this study explored the influence of Instagram users perceived interactivity, perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty to the platform. Results from statistical analyses and tests performed using SPSS Statistics 23.0 revealed a significant, positive correlation among perceived interactivity, perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. This implied that users willingness to actually participate in social media interaction is subject to perceived value and satisfaction and they also become loyal to the functions and content offered by a platform. Finally, these research results will enable relevant operators to effectively understand the usage and effects of Instagram and can serve as a reference for commercial operations with regard to marketing.

Heart Disease is the one of major causes of death globally. Around 17.9 million people die each year. Cardiovascular diseases include disorders of the heart and blood vessels. Four out of five cardiovascular disease deaths are due to heart attacks. One-third of these deaths occur prematurely under the age of seventy. The major number of deaths have occurred in developing countries. India is one of them. For heart disease diagnosis we need cardiologists, which are in limited number in developing countries. Also, the tests for cardiovascular diseases are quite expensive; sometimes out of the budget for common people. Early detection is important in case of heart disease with less expensive prediction techniques. As we know, now-a-days Machine Learning algorithms are used for predicting various diseases. They are also used for predicting Heart Disease. This paper deals with the survey of Machine Learning algorithms used for predicting heart disease, the importance of attributes to predict the disease and selection of important attributes for predication.
