Convergence insufficiency is one of the most common causes of ocular discomfort, and hence, it is of vast clinical significance.CI is a common binocular vision disorder affecting of the population in the West Bengal population. It is often associated with a host of symptoms that occur when doing near work, such as reading and computer viewing. This article reviews the existing literature on convergence insufficiency including etiology, diagnosis, and prevalence rate.

MIL-STD-1553 is a data bus protocol mainly used in the avionic systems like spacecrafts, helicopters, missiles, fighter planes etc. for data transfer. It is a bidirectional, time division multiplexed and serial data bus. The bit coding scheme used in the data bus standard is Manchester Encoding. In this paper, the design of a Manchester encoder for MIL-STD-1553 data bus using Verilog HDL is proposed which is designed for the coding the data words of the bus protocol.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a type of movement disorder which is caused by a loss of nerve cells in substantia nigra of the brain, it happens when nerve cells in the brain don't produce adequate of a brain chemical called dopamine. This leads to a decrease in a chemical called dopamine in the brain. Sometimes it may cause due to genetic disorders, but most of the cases do not seem to route in families. It might be caused by the exposure of the chemical into the environment. PD usually start affecting around age 60, but it may start earlier also starts gradually, frequently one side of the body and then later they affect both sides. They include vibrating of hands, arms, legs, jaw and face stiffness of the arms, legs and trunk and also slowness of movement, Poor balance and coordination. PD is more common in man then women. Diagnosis of the PD is very difficult because there is no lab test for PD, so Doctors use the medical history and a neurological examination to diagnose.

The play grows around a real life story of Jaisingh, a journalist who literally buys a woman from the sex trade for his publicity, and higher prospects in his career. The uneducated woman Kamala is brought to his household where the same is put in the custody of his wife and her maid. As the three women meet they interact with each other from their respective position and try to plumb the depths of each others understanding.

Language of Symbols has a deep configuration behind the manifestations of ritual and worship in Indian context. A symbol is particularly adopted in Indian art and culture in respect to its religious significance but sometimes it has been adopted through indirect appearances. This kind of manipulation has been used through a particular shape, object, animal and other related things. There are numerous things which are directly or indirectly associated with a particular folk or religious form. In this way, the artistic representations have been channelized through such kind of identity of a particular religious icon, as all art are connected with the surroundings and beliefs of people. The symbols are so deeply rooted in the mind of creative genius and accepted universally by the followers. The present study deals with the symbolic assessment of deities through a critical analysis of some particular forms of deities. Some realistic and abstract forms have been taken as a medium to explore the multiple possibilities behind the depiction of the same.

Consumer Protection is a Socio-economic activity that is to be carried out by the government in the interest of consumer satisfaction. Every human being is a Consumer. Consumers play a vital role in the development of a nation. Mahatma Gandhi said, A consumer is the most important visitor on our premises He is not dependent on us, we are dependent on him. He is not an interruption to our work, he is the purpose of it. We are not doing a favour to a consumer by giving him an opportunity. He is doing us a favour by allowing us to serve him. Consumer protection has been a part of the responsibilities of the rulers in India even before independence. A consumer protection law, which purely focuses on consumer protection, was enacted in the year 1986. Consumer Protection Act 1986 (CPA 1986), which was passed in Parliament in 1986, was considered as one of the best Acts for consumer protection. But cheating by way of overcharging, black marketing, misleading advertisements, unfair trade practices at e-commerce platforms etc has become a common practice among the greedy sellers and manufacturers to make unreasonable profits and without giving attention to consumer rights and their interests. So the government has made some major changes in the consumer protection act by introducing a new Consumer protection act, 2019. This act explains the various measures to aware the consumers regarding consumer rights and policies. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 is an important piece of legislation enacted to provide effective safeguards to consumers against various types of exploitations and unfair dealings that focus mainly on compensatory rather than a punitive approach. The consumer protection act has developed a well organizational set up at the central, state level and district level for the redressal of consumer grievances and promotion of standard of goods and services etc. and introduced ADR mechanism for settlement of consumer disputes. To spread consumer awareness the government has established a consumer protection council. The objective of this paper is to provide an insight into newly introduced provisions, and a comparative analysis of some of the key provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 versus the Consumer Protection Act 1986.

Phytoremidiation technology is continuously receiving attention as an innovative, profitable substitute for the treatment of industrial effluent. The results of this experiment show Azolla pinnata growth in the varied concentration of effluent which reduced both organic and inorganic pollutants found in the effluent sample. The positive growth of Azolla pinnata sp was confirmed by the dermination of parameters such as biomass estimation, chlorophyll content, biomolecular contents , measuring growth rate. The growth of Azolla pinnata increased in 25% concentration of the effluent when compared to other experimental concentration and there was no growth at 100% concentration. Experimental results suggested that low concentration was found to have high potential of biomass production. The maximum removal rate was observed in 25% dilution of effluents and minimum in 50%. No response was observed in 75% and 100% effluent concentration. The rate of toxicity reduction depends on percentage of dilution factor in the presence of aquatic species. Results revealed reduction of toxic waste after treatment of effluent in the presence of Azolla pinnata. Considerable reduction in pollutants and harmful substances observed during the experiment proving that the plant Azolla pinnata fern could be considered as phytoremediating agent, also demonstrating its efficiency in wastewater treatment.
