Abstract Women make remarkable contribution to the society. But in a developing country like India; most of the female work force is in the unorganized sector. Coming mainly from lower socioeconomic strata, these women take up employment primarily to support their family income and play a major role in areas like sericulture, agro forestry and farming. Yet it is goes unaccounted as their contribution and is considered as an extended part of their domestic duty.(Gautam and Sarma-2003). In ths paper an effort was made to observe the strength of silk industry in Women empowerment especially in Economic empowerment. It is seen these industry has enough strength in women empowerment. Key word: Sericulture, Women Empowerment, Socio economic Strata.

In India, there are many institutions like banks that grant loans to finance businesses. So what raises the need for the Microfinance companies? The need arises as it provides financial assistance to businesses that cannot place collateral, encourages women entrepreneurs and provides assistance even for nominal amounts which generally are funded as hand loans and many things which normal banks are not providing. Prof. Muhammad Yunus the Nobel Prize Winner minted out the idea of Microfinance in the 1970s in Bangladesh. In simple terms, microfinance is a type of banking service which is provided to the people who have difficulty in assessing the formal services. Microfinance services are provided by banks, credit unions and microfinance organizations which are also known as Micro Enterprise Development Organizations (MDO). These companies provide micro-loan, savings and insurance to the poor people for income generating activities. The basic aim and principle of microfinance: Combating poverty through microcredit, and primarily serving women in emerging countries. The main aim of this paper is to analyze the growth of country through Microfinance.

Beams are extensively utilized in various engineering application fields, like machinery, aerospace, automobile and else. Crack is the vibrant structure can lead to premature failure if it is not identify in early stages. The failure rate increases as the crack growth increase due to the structure becomes weaker. Therefore, crack identification and type is a key issue. The existence of crack which influence the performance of structure also because the vibration parameter such as; natural frequencies, mode shapes, stiffness and modal damping. Our current investigation is to model a rectangular and angular edge crack in a cantilever beam and analyze the model using a finite element package, as well as experimental approach. A finite element model has been developed to analyze the variation of modal parameters according to the location, size and angle of crack in the cantilever beam. The proposed method is predicated on measured frequencies and mode shapes of the beam.

The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic is expected to have a significant influence on death, dying, and grief experiences. During a pandemic, no research studies have focused on the consequences and assistance for grieving people. Innovative approaches to build connection and modify rituals while preserving respect should be a current emphasis. Strong leadership and cooperation amongst grief organisations are essential. Social support is an important consideration for understanding the impact of COVID-19 on loneliness and well-being. Social support requires many people to change their typical ways of connectedness. Future studies are needed to understand how access to technology may help buffer loneliness and isolation. The study revealed the lived experiences of COVID-19 survivors and their family members. It mainly showed how survivors and family members navigate through biomedical systems, complementary healing practices, resilience and stigma.

The role of teacher was to train the students in morality, mental growth and disciplined life. The medieval education also emphasized the personal relationship between the college teachers and the taught. This aspect of teacher was slightly altered in the British regime. The teacher was expected to educate pupil to acquire new skills and modern techniques

Construction Industries is one of the largest, challenging and demanding business sector in worldwide which play vital role in the economic as well social growth of economic country. This industry is considered to be one of the most susceptible to unethical practices because it involves substantial capital investments, providing large scale opportunities for rent extraction as well as investment that usually cannot be redeployed after implementation. Unethical practices can take place at every phase of a construction project during the planning and design, pre-qualification and tender, project execution, operation and maintenance. Such practices can result in projects which when completed are considered unnecessary, unsuitable, overlay complex components, overpriced. This study depends on the questionnaire survey amongst professionals, contractors of construction industry and technical analysis by RII (Relative Importance Index) method. The study recommends the promoting awareness regarding the values of ethical and Unethical behavior different forum and ensuring the effective punishment for unethical activities at different stages of project life cycle might reduce unethical practices in construction industry and to ultimately improve the project performance.

In Wireless Sensor Networks, data collecting is one of the most important features (WSNs). Despite the fact that various novel ways to data gathering have been proposed over the last decade, it remains a hot research topic with a number of significant hurdles. One of the shortest path techniques in wireless sensor networks is Dijkstra's method. The virtual proxy network delivers data within the server. When you connect to a VPN, you're essentially establishing a tunnel between your device and the VPN server of your choice, encrypting all data sent and received. Virtual private networks (VPNs) let organisations to construct secure, end-to-end private network connections over third-party networks like the Internet rather than having separate Leased lines by utilising contemporary encryption techniques such as 3DES and tunnelling. We employ techniques to determine the shortest path and encrypt data shared on the server in this work.
