This paper attempts to study the nature of the modern education process in India where diversity is seen economically, financially, socially and geographically not only in culture and ethnicity but also in purchasing power and affordability of the Indian people. The imposition of lockdown due to Covid-19 spread in India which has continued till today, promoted the e-learning process facilitated by digital instruments like Laptop, Smartphone, flash drives etc with the aid of several apps like Zoom, Skype, Google Meet etc. Institutes and enterprising teachers try to market e-learning among their students. For A-level and B-level cities its good and sounds very elite. However the areas with low connectivity and those belonging to underprivileged sections or living in far-flung areas that cannot afford data plans and other gadgets and drives its another divide. These students are staring at the electronic divide that this new turn of digital education has brought them. As destined to be the electronic media inequality is staring and creating class privileges so the real world and the virtual one all have class privileges. So, while many universities and colleges are conducting online learning sessions, students from disadvantaged families or living in remote areas might not have access to Telegram, iCloud or, indeed, the internet even in the best of times. The paper uses secondary data from the published Government sources and websites and other data from cited papers. It is a descriptive study. This discussion paper brings forth the limiting aspect of Electronic Education various limitations the Digital Education has landed us on. An attempt is being made to explore the electronic divide that exists in India and bring to the discussion the infiltration of internet and, its use, applicability to the day to day needs of education by the people in India; also the initiatives under the ambitious Digital India Program is highlighted in the paper to find out Indias progress in transforming itself into a digital society.

executing the method to recognize the pernicious exercises in social contact. The expanding number of accounts in internet based life stages is a genuine danger to the web clients. To recognize and keep away from counterfeit personalities it is have to comprehend the dynamic virus. In exist; there are numerous models to recognize the phony personalities by bots or people. Sybil characters are commonly centered around well known online networking stages. The proposed framework talked about right now to distinguish the Sybil and troll personalities utilizing AI designed strategies.

The thesis focuses mainly on well efficient model of high frequency range, low power and high stability all pass filters. In vision of the modern communications there is a progressive development in the signal transmission techniques in sight of the contemporary methods arise to transference the signal from source to destination by means of the transmitters and receivers, as the par expansion of these systems is more, transreciever has to be replaced both and in designing such complex model a number of suitable considerations are come into account like filtering the signal and passing the signal form Hz to several GHz mainly for the RF, military application and also for wireless communications. To accomplish the task for building an effective such a novel design is required for the processing and passing the sustainable measured quantity without any loss of the information and its characteristics are to be analysed for the accuracy and efficiency. In context of these a physical variable is needed for such type of realizations, and from these aspects an all pass filter design here provides all the features like gain, stability and phase, The implementation of the all pass filters is worked out with different methodologies and the selection of the topology for the high range frequencies are somewhat critical to validate. The models proposed accompanies the ideal characteristics of Analog all pass filter such as unity gain, high bandwidth and 180 phase shift over the band of frequencies with supressed noise and high efficiency.

Additive manufacturing is the industrial production name for 3 D printing, a computer controlled process that creates 3D objects by depositing materials usually in layers. Using computer aided design (CAD) or 3D object scanners, additive manufacturing allows for the creation of objects with precise geometric shapes. Additive manufacturing processes take the information from a computer-aided design (CAD) file that is later converted to a stereo lithography (STL) file. These are built layer by layer which is in contrast to traditional manufacturing that often requires machining or other techniques to remove surplus material. Additive manufacturing has introduced a novel method in design, manufacturing, and distribution to end to end users. This technology has provided great freedom in design for creating complex components, highly customizable products and efficient waste minimization. This paper mainly concentrates on raising the importance of additive manufacturing and how additive manufacturing has advantages over conventional manufacturing process. Additive manufacturing has revolutionized the production industry by providing Freedom of design; less wastage of raw material, the desired product can be manufactured by adding materials of desired properties. The additive manufacturing includes VAT polymerization, powder sintering, hybrid, 3D printing, metal extrusion, Sheet lamination, metal jetting, Direct energy deposition..

Pulmonary breathing sounds act as the important indicators of respiratory tract health and respiratory tract disorders. The breathing sound emitted by a person is directly related to air movement, changes within lung tissue and the position of secretions within the lung. For instance a wheezing sound, is a common sign that a patient has an obstructive airway disease like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Pulmonary breathing sounds can be recorded using digital stethoscopes and other recording techniques. This digital data provide and des us with the possibility of using the deep learning technique CNN to automatically diagnose respiratory disorders like asthma, pneumonia and bronchiolitis, etc.

Coffee is one of the most abundantly consumed beverages across the world. Caffeine present in coffee is a natural simulant and gets the drinker quickly to hook on to it. Coffee has many healthy as well as harmful properties. This paper aims to highlight the effect of coffee and caffeine on stomach. To understand the effect of coffee on human stomach, an experiment was devised using goat stomach skin to simulate the environment inside human stomach.

Image compression aims at reducing the number of bits required to represent an image by removing the spatial and spectral redundancies as much as possible. The focus of the research work is only on still image compression. The lossy compression methods which give higher compression ratio are considered in the research work. The paper discusses the image compression using SVD (Singular value Decomposition) method on various images of any type and resolution. A novel method is proposed to preprocess the SVD which reduces the computation complexity compared (in terms of time or clock cycles) to SVD. The proposed method termed as modified SVD (MSVD) is compared with the SVD based on computational complexity and memory requirements. The experiments are conducted on TIDSP DM642 to compare modified SVD with the actual SVD.

Nowdays it is very difficult to select a qualified contractor since they have huge impacts upon projects and their success. In thispaper review concerningthe Analytic Hierarchy process as a multi criteria decision making tools for contractor selection. A hierarchy technique is used to create prequalification criteria. by way of the use of the AHP, the prequalification standards are generally organized and it facilitates to create a descendent list of contractors in order that appropriate contractors for suitable projects. This paper will show the use of the multi criteria decision making and execute AHP on contractor prequalification problem. By using this model and with the use help of AHP strategy one can select a qualified contractor suitable for the project.
