Water quality is a critical factor affecting the health and abundance of aquatic ecosystems and the wildlife that depends on them. Avifauna, in particular, is highly sensitive to changes in water quality, as they rely on water bodies for various aspects of their life cycles. This study investigates the impact of water quality on avifauna, with a special focus on the Oriental Darter (Anhinga melanogaster), a waterbird species commonly found in Asia. The Oriental Darter is an indicator species that reflects the health of freshwater ecosystems due to its sensitivity to water quality parameters such as dissolved oxygen levels, turbidity, pH, and nutrient concentrations. This study reviews existing literature on the ecological requirements of the Oriental Darter and its habitat preferences. Field data collection methods, including water sampling and bird observation, were employed to quantify water quality parameters and the presence of Oriental Darters in selected study sites. Preliminary findings reveal a strong correlation between water quality parameters and the presence and behavior of Oriental Darters. Higher levels of pollution and decreased water quality were associated with reduced Oriental Darter populations and altered foraging behavior. These changes in avian behavior may have cascading effects on the ecosystem dynamics of the water bodies they inhabit.

Selecting suitable and fulfilling employment opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) requires a comprehensive understanding of their personality traits. While ID does not determine personality, these unique traits significantly influence job performance, satisfaction, and overall work experience. The focus should be on abilities, interests, and strengths rather than solely on disability, with accommodations, training, and support enhancing job integration. A person-centered approach considering their personality and vocational preferences is vital for successful job placement and satisfaction. Matching job roles with their personality strengths and minimizing stressors enhances overall job success. Neuroticism can impact stress management, job fit, and burnout. Conscientiousness relates to work performance, time management, and task completion. Agreeableness is crucial for interpersonal skills and conflict resolution. Extraversion affects social interaction, teamwork, and communication. Openness to experience is relevant for creative roles, learning, and problem-solving. In conclusion, personality traits play a significant role in job selection for individuals with ID, and considering these traits ensures better job satisfaction and integration into the workforce. Objective of the study is to develop a profile reflecting on the personality profile of persons with intellectual disability. Method: personality profiles of 30 adults with Mild Intellectual Disability (ID) using the NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEOFFI) aged ranged from 18 to 35 years were included. A purposive sampling method was used to select the participants. Findings of the current study indicate that individuals with intellectual disabilities score high on agreeableness, conscientiousness and extraversion. This suggests that they are well organized, good nature, cooperative outward, active, high spirited and prefer to be around people. In terms of norm classification, it was found that men were high in extraversion and neuroticism whereas girls tend to be average in neuroticism, extraversion, and openness whereas they very low in agreeableness and very low in conscientiousness. It may be concluded that personality trait profiling helps understand job suitability for individuals with intellectual disabilities and guides parents and vocational instructors in providing personalized vocational guidance and interventions. It assists in identifying suitable roles, designing workplace accommodations, and enhancing job satisfaction for better long-term success and well-being.

Digitalisation is the process by which businesses leverage various new and current technologies in response to adjustments in both internal and external interactions to provide better customer services and experiences quickly and effectively. The terms "Make in India" and "Digital India" are being used to describe the larger and more sustainable industrial and financial growth of our nation. The government is encouraging the use and updating of technology while also providing high-speed broadband connectivity to every part of the nation. India's enormous untapped market for internet connections has now been opened up by this. A financial revolution has begun in India thanks to the digital payment systems developed by banks, such as the Unified Payments Infrastructure (UPI), the Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM), mobile money, and e-wallets. It is essential to adapt and implement very capital-intensive global technologies, infrastructure, and procedures if you want to stay ahead of the curve. As a means of safeguarding customers, data integrity, authentication (including third-party authentication), and trust factors in financial transactions are becoming more crucial. By utilising digital technologies, which include unified client experiences, speedier output, infinite banking volumes, financial inclusion, operational efficiency, economic scale, and more, improved customer satisfaction and value are sought for. In many areas, including financial transactions, digitalization has improved efficiency and customer happiness. This article's goal is to look at how India's financial transactions have been affected by digitization.

Abstract: Any country's economic growth is based on having a robust and financially sound banking industry. By collecting deposits and distributing loans in accordance with the nation's socio-economic priorities, banks help the public mobilize their savings. In order for agricultural and industrial units, MSMEs, and the service sector to operate profitably and contribute to economic growth, banks and other financial institutions offer financial help in the form of advances. In India, banks are seeing a sharp rise in non-performing assets (NPAs) in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, which is impacting their profitability and efficient operations, especially in public sector banks, which make up 70% of the banking system. Even though the Reserve Bank of India and banks have taken several initiatives to address the NPAs issue, the Indian economy is still concerned about it. The definition of non-performing assets, different forms of NPAs, and how NPAs affect Union Bank of India's turnover ratios are all discussed in the paper. In this paper, the effect of NPAs on UBI turnover ratios will be examined.

In this paper a methodology for region segmentation been proposed. It takes as input a digitized map and the number of segments to form. It calculates the association of each constituent region with the centroids determined initially. A concept of fuzziness is associated here. Judging both fuzziness and the associated values of population, segmentation is formed so that each has approximately same population. Care been taken to remove the virtual clusters also.

Folk remedies made from butterfly pea (Clitoria ternated Linn) are utilised. The seeds and roots are used as laxatives and digestive aids. The leaves and roots are used as anthelnustic, an antidote to animal sings, and a therapy for urogenital diseases. Butterfly pea flowers contain anthocyanins. Plant pigments called anthocyanins are what give plant blooms their red, violet, and blue hues. Six main anthocyanin sematins (A1, A2, B1, B1, D1 and D2). were identified as malonylated delphinidin 3.35-inglucosides with 3', 5'-sale chains and alternate D-glucose and p-coumaric acid. A very limited variety of distinct pigments are responsible for the many colours of floral colour. The sole difference between these colours, which share the same carbon backbone, is the type of substituent groups they contain. Anthocyanins' colour stability is influenced by their chemical makeup, pH, temperature, oxygen content, light, and water activity. Anthocyanins have a tendency to be red in extremely acidic solutions and blue in basic solutions. Butterfly pea is an example of a flower that contains anthocyanins, although its application has not yet been perfect. The purpose of this work was to identify the anthocyanins in the butterfly pea blossom and use an extract of it as an indicator in an acid-base titration based on anthocyanin characteristics.

For biological purposes, this study offers a simple method for synthesizing Tetrahydro Benzpyrimidine analogs. Further investigation into the unique properties of this novel family of antihypertensive medicines is required to further understand the molecular mechanism behind the activity seen. In order to improve the functionality of a number of molecules and learn more about the connection between structure and activity, a thorough examination is also required to find new physiochemical and biological traits. Some of the more recent antihypertensive substances that showed promise may be further developed to be more effective than the traditional drugs. The newly synthesized Tetrahydro Benzpyrimidine Heterocyclic Derivatives may therefore provide helpful leads for developing novel antihypertensive medications. The creation of Tetrahydro Benzpyrimidine derivatives that are more potent blood pressure reducers than currently existing derivatives is our aim. While having no impact on heart rate, these drugs significantly reduced the mean arterial blood pressure in rats. Additional pharmacological and toxicological studies are required to provide a comprehensive profile of these compounds for their prospective use in pharmaceutical therapy.
