Numerous hand wash are available in the market. Out of these many hand wash show adverse effect like drying, itching, irritation by synthetic formulated hand wash. Hence an attempt has been made to formulate and evaluate herbal hand wash by using carrot peel (Daucus carrota) extract. Hand washing is widely acknowledged to be crucial in preventing the spread of germs and reducing infections which contribute to 27 neonates deaths /1000 live births A number of infectious diseases can be spread from one person to another by contaminated hands. Hands are the primary source of infection specially in child, hence to formulate herbal hand wash becomes essential. The formulated hand wash has found to be good anti-microbial activity and cleaning hands along with good physical parameters like odour, colour, pH, viscosity and stability.

In present paper we havestudied Bianchi type - VIII inflationary universe with constant deceleration parameter in presence of massless scalar field and flat potential. It is also observed that the ratio of shear and expansion is non-zero for all values of T. Thus the universe remains anisotropic throughout the evolution. In order to obtain a deterministic solution of the field equations we have assumed thata condition between metric potentials A_1 and A_2 as A_1=?A_2?^n where n is the constant. For the two different constant value of deceleration we have obtained two different cosmological models. The behaviour ofboth models from physical and geometrical aspects in presence of bulk viscosity is discussed in detail.

India is a country where women are given the status of a goddess. However, they are facing number of problems opposite to the concept, they are abused endlessly and consider inferior to men. Women's safety in India has been a longstanding concern. In the early days, there were severe issues like the Sati system, ban on remarriage of widow, devadasi system etc. While most of them are not prevalent now, but presently women in India are facing new issues i.e. Gang Rape, extortion, Honor killings, dowry death, Acid Attack, violence against women etc. Some cases give very unpleasant feelings on hearing the heinous behavior and cruelty to women. Now a day India to be the most dangerous nation for sexual violence against women, as well as human trafficking for domestic work, forced labor, forced marriage and sexual slavery, among other reasons

Introduction: Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome is a life threatening neuropsychiatric emergency associated with use of neuroleptic agents or with the rapid withdrawal of dopaminergic medication. It is rare but serious idiosyncratic reaction to neuroleptics. Aim: To discuss a case of 25 years old female who presented with acute behavioural disturbances and neuroleptic malignant syndrome post LSCS. Results: Patient showed significant improvement (started interacting, reported improvement in sadness of mood, catatonic symptoms improved) and S.CPK levels show falling trends following which she was discharged from the hospital. Conclusion: NMS is a life threatening condition so, caution should be taken to look for risk factors of NMS before giving injectables. Past history of NMS should be taken and early identification of signs of NMS to be cautiously considered

The research paper delves into the transformative potential of higher education in India, with a focus on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The paper highlights the importance of higher education in shaping responsible individuals who contribute positively to society. The NEP's primary goal is to achieve a Gross Enrolment Ratio of 50% by 2035, enhancing access to higher education and fostering a highly educated workforce. The NEP 2020 adopts a holistic approach to learning, promoting multidisciplinarity and flexible course choices, while integrating vocational training to enhance employability and entrepreneurship. Emphasizing research and innovation, the policy encourages collaboration between universities, industries, and research institutions to drive cutting-edge advancements. Equity and inclusion are paramount in the NEP, addressing disparities and providing equal opportunities to marginalized communities, women, and economically disadvantaged individuals. Transparency in faculty recruitment and academic freedom empower educators to shape the future of India's youth. The research paper concludes that NEP 2020's focus on accessibility, flexibility, innovation, and inclusivity sets the stage for a robust higher education system that empowers individuals and elevates India's global standing in knowledge and innovation. Proposed solutions, such as institutional reorganization, global collaborations, and vocational education, aim to overcome challenges and transform the higher education landscape, fostering a more equitable society.
