This paper deals with the detection of the plant disease using image processing technique and proposes a system which will detect the values such as the soil moisture of the plant, humidity level and pH level of the water using sensors. It also detects if insects or pests are within a 10 meter distance of the plant.. The images are threshold to particular values after that detected image threshold are masked over the original image. The image is clustered based on the features using k- means clustering, GLCM algorithm would generate the features from the images.

To enhance the Mechanical properties and welding quality of Aluminum (Al) plate an automated TIG welding system has been developed, by which welding speed can be controlled during welding process. Welding of Al plate has been performed in two stages. During 1st stage of welding, single side welding performed over Al plate and during 2nd stage both side welding performed for Al plate by changing different welding parameters. Effect of welding speed and welding current on the tensile strength of the weld joint has been investigated for both type of weld joint. An analysis through Optical microscopic has been done on the weld zone to evaluate the effect of welding parameters on welding quality. Micro-hardness value of the welded zone has been measured at the cross section to understand the change in mechanical properties of the welded zone.

To discover and develop new drugs by the traditional method, it requires more time and expensive process. Now a day, these issues are overcome by the use of computer software. There is different software available for molecular modeling and structural activity relationship. By using software the drug discovery process accelerates. The molecular modeling has become a valuable and essential tool in drug discovery but it has the main challenge is to determine structural and chemical information of drug target and ligand binding sites to invent new molecules that have high affinity, selectivity, bioavailability, and less toxicity. This review paper covers the molecular modeling, its application, different types of software such as Maestro, ArgusLab, GRAMM, SYBYL-X Suite, Sanjeevini, and PASS along with its uses.

Web usage mining is an application of data mining technique to discover to find the usage patternand serve the requirement of Web-based applications. Analyzing the data through web miningeffectively helps in website mangement, creating website, network traffic flow analysis and so on. The aim of this paper is to find the find user access pattern based on users session and behaviour.Web usage mining includes three phases pre-processing, pattern discovery and pattern analysis. We propose this technique which cluster the user session based on K-Mediods and DBSCAN technique to find the effective usage pattern.

ABSTRACT: Recently, support vector machine (SVM) has excellent performance on classification and prediction and is widely used on disease diagnosis or medical assistance. However, SVM only functions well on two-group classification problems. This study combines feature selection and SVM recursive feature elimination (SVM-RFE) to investigate the classification accuracy of multiclass problems for Dermatology and Zoo databases. Dermatology dataset contains 33 feature variables, 1 class variable, and 366 testing instances; and the Zoo dataset contains 16 feature variables, 1 class variable, and 101 testing instances. The feature variables in the two datasets were sorted in descending order by explanatory power, and different feature sets were selected by SVM-RFE to explore classification accuracy. Meanwhile, Taguchi method was jointly combined with SVM classifier in order to optimize parameters ???? and ???? to increase classification accuracy for multiclass classification. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy can be more than 95% after SVM-RFE feature selection and Taguchi parameter optimization for Dermatology and Zoo databases

This paper reveals that the hexa-coordinated mixed ligand Cu(II), Zn(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) complexes of the type [MLX]Cl2 where X=1,10-phenonthroline and ligand (L) have been synthesised from the condensation of thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde with o-phenylenediamine. They were characterised by elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, infrared, electronic absorption, proton magnetic resonance and mass spectral studies. An octahedral geometry has been proposed for all these complexes. The high molar conductance studies of the complexes show their electrolytic nature. The infrared spectra of the complexes show that the imine group of the Schiff base coordinate with the metal ion. The electronic absorption spectra of the complexes show the charge transfer, d-d transitions consistent with their proposed geometry. The proton magnetic resonance spectrum of the ligand shows the presence of CH=N group in the ligand. The mass spectral data also confirms the proposed structure of ligand and its complexes. The mixed ligand complexes possess good catalytic activity in the reaction of oxidation of alcohols using H2O2 as oxidant. The antibacterial activity of the mixed ligand complexes has been carried out by disc diffusion method. Copper (II) complexes exhibit potent antibacterial activity when compared to the standard drug streptomycin. The above complexes also exhibited DPPH radical scavenging activity.
