This study looks at the key inspirations that impact client' choices to purchase gems & jewellery in India. It depends on factor examination through an overview of survey done utilizing SPSS programming. The centre ends incorporate functional and advertising contemplations saw quality, and usefulness and conformance as the three primary determinants of consumer conduct. Rarely are these examinations accessible in the setting of India. For the entrepreneurs and strategy creators in the adornments industry, discoveries are vital. While buying adornments, people will more often than not be very moderate and depend on a similar shipper from one age to another. Thus, it requires an extremely lengthy investment to enter this market since building trust is crucial for the outcome of the online gems and jewelry buying business.

The ice in the Arctic region is melting due to global warming. New routes are opened up, leading for exploitation of hydrocarbon and mineral resources who are still unexploited, because this region has harsh weather conditions and difficult terrain. Many countries are trying to access to this region for rich resources. The economic and environmental implications, therefore, are high. India is active in Arctic region for ten years. India enjoys Observer Status in Arctic Council.( There are 13 Observer States in Arctic Council including China). India has scope of activities in this area, can interact with Arctic States in scientific activities and climate studies, because Indian monsoons get affected by Arctic area.

The main purpose of the present study was to investigate the Science and Technology career preference of senior secondary school students. The sample used for the study consisted of 160 students of senior secondary school. 80 male and 80 female students from urban and rural areas made up the 160 total students. Data were gathered using the Career Preference Record (CPR), a tool created and standardised by Vivek and Rajshree Bhargava (2001). Stratified random sampling technique was used to collect sample. Data interpretation involved the use of analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results of the findings showed that senior secondary school students differ in their Science and Technology career preference for their gender but do not differ for their Stream of Studies. Gender and Stream of Studies do not have an interaction effect on the Science and Technology career preference of senior secondary school students at 0.05 level of significance.

Faunal diversity refers to the diversity of animals that are native to or indigenous to that particular place and that live there. It includes odonates (predators), coleopteran, hymenoptera (pollinators), herpetofauna, avifauna, fish, mammals, and butterflies. Animal diversity assessment describes their food, habitat, ecology, and their population. To evaluate the status of the faunal diversity of Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow a survey was conducted. The goal of the study was to identify and catalogue the many families, genera, and species of animals that can be found in the area, as well as their distribution and habitats. The study includes a total of 56 species, which were detected during a period of 4 months, from January to April 2023. These species belonged to 4 phyla. The Phylum Arthropoda has the highest species abundance, with a total of 30 species accounting for 54% of all species. According to the observational study, the presence of green areas, variety of vegetation and water facilities made it a significant home for various animal species. The study emphasizes the value of preserving or expanding green spaces at educational institutions to support biodiversity conservation efforts and provide habitat for animal species.

Furosemide is a loop diuretic medication used to treat fluid build-up due to Heart failure, liver scarring or Kidney disease. It may also be used for the treatment of High Blood Pressure. It can be taken by injection into a vein or by mouth. When taken by mouth, it typically begins working within an hour, while intravenously it typically begins working within five minutes. It is often viewed as a first line agent in most people with edema caused by Congestive Heart Failure because of its Anti-Vasoconstrictor and Diuretic effects. It can also cause kidney damage; this is mainly by loss of excessive fluid (i.e. dehydration) and is usually reversible. Furosemide is a type of loop diuretic that works by decreasing the reabsorption of water by kidneys. Furosemide is also used for liver cirrhosis, kidney impairment, in adjunct therapy for swelling of the lungs where rapid diuresis is required (IV injection) and in the management of severe hypercalcemia in combination with adequate rehydration. We present a case report of a 47 years old male, admitted in the hospital in ICU with complaints of Dyspnea, orthopnea, and decreased sleep. The patient also had a complaint of chest pain and abdomen fullness with pain. The Patient was diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease. He was treated with Diuretics (furosemide) after which he was diagnosed with Acute Kidney Injury. From this case study it can be concluded that long term usage of diuretics or diuretics prescribed at higher dosages may lead to permanent kidney damage.

In Muslims community marriage is purily as a contract in civil nature, and no religious ritual required and there should be an exchange of offer and acceptance. Even though 'Holy Quran' considered marriage as sacred institution, the situation is not coping with Quranic verses. "Quran prefers that men and women marry and within the marriage there should be harmony, mutually built with love and mercy. The marriage tie is considered a protection for both the male and female. There are varing of obstacle which turn women as a second fiddle human being everywhere. Once, the marriage ceremony is solemnized, this marriage contract has no significance in any regard to any right and liability arising under it.

Tribe as a term in the political discourse of present India is laced with the colonial ideology and discourse which the post- independence Indian state has carried on. This concept was coined by the British mind of the 19th century with their primordial sense of anthropology and sociology but above all their approach was administrative in using this term. There is need to decolonize the understanding of the political concepts and pre-give social identities if we want to radical transform the political discourse in India.

This paper provides an overview about punishment as a drive towards justice in India. It compartmentalizes the chronological explanation of various theories of punishment with concrete examples. However, it highlights and expatiates the impacts of punishment on reducing the crime rate in India, the question of separating criminals from society, granting of parole, the effects of punishing offenders, along with attempting to resolve the arrival on the issue of giving alternatives to the criminal justice system. Moreso, the aspect of justice, evidence law, rarest or rare doctrine, collective conscience, factors influencing the commission of crime, and changing the narratives of sentencing, etc. have been dealt with concretely. Works of literature were drawn from both primary sources through observations of various court proceedings, activities of advocates, and visitation of some jails in India as well as secondary sources of data collection, such as Books, Journals, Case Laws, Reports, and other internet materials. To get a tentative outcome, the author has adopted a strategic research methodology; doctrinal, analytical as well as a comparative study. Except where due recognition of any author has been referenced, the credit and originality of the work lies with its maker. This paper, therefore, concludes that more concerted efforts should be geared towards the aspect of the criminal justice system, it provides some possible suggestions, and it also answers the question as to whether punishment should be reformed or maintained as a valid criterion for the effective administration of the criminal justice system in India.

Flat slab are preferred by both architects and clients because of their artistic and economic rewards. This form of reinforced concrete construction gives more rewards over framed structure, they also gives some disfavor because of punching failure and larger deformation. Many researchers proposed that slab should be designed to resist only gravity loads when used in high seismic zones and lateral loads should be carried by lateral resisting system. The load transferred path changes due to the excision of beams. But, the safety of buildings is to be checked. But from the past history it can be concluded that the flat slab is very susceptible to criticism for earthquakes. The floor system resists the GL (DL and LL) acting on it and transmits this to the vertical frames of buildings. In this process, the floor system is subjected to flexure and transverse shear, whereas the vertical frame elements are subjected to axial compression, frequently coupled with flexure and shear. The floor also used as a horizontal diaphragms connecting together. Under the action of lateral loads, the floor diaphragms distribute the lateral load to the different vertical frames and shear walls.
