This study sought to determine the effect of the Cognitive Apprenticeship Approach on academic achievement of students in mathematics at the secondary level. Sample size consisted of 60 students who were equally divided into an experimental group and a control group on the basis of pre-test. After the treatment, post-test was used to see the effects of the treatment. A two-tailed t-test was used to analyze the data, which revealed that both the experimental and control groups were almost equal in mathematics base at the beginning of the experiment. The experimental group outscored the control group significantly on the post-test.

Cu-Doped ZnO Thin Film using Sol Gel-dip coating method has been discussed in this paper. At first for sol preparation, we use Zinc Nitrate Hexahydrate, with (Na-CMC) as a thickening agent, and we use Copper Nitrate as a dopant. The thin size has been varied using XRD, and the morphology also Studied Using Fe-SEM, The Electrical Resistivity, form it we will observe a sharp increased current, same given voltage also get high max in 5v and VI Characteristics are discussed, from that we split up in to three region separately due to the increased variation of temperature high and low and finally the Gas Sensor Results was tested, in a closed chamber method from that computer dynamic gas sensing setups will be used, 200ppm of No2 Concentrated target gas has been injected, and also we observed the changes, the tested result will get suitable good manner.

With the swift advances in technology, producers already are bringing out smarter televisions, smartphones, as well as other computing equipment at an exponential rate. To meet the needs of customers all across, an increasing number of electronic products are being made, which consumes more resources. Global production of electronic waste reached 44.7 million tonnes in 2016, and by 2021, it is anticipated to increase by 17% to 52.2 million tonnes. Mercury, lead, and brominated flame-retardants are just a few of the hazardous products found in e-waste. A rise of 9.2 Mt over the preceding five years is anticipated to have brought e-waste generation to a historic amount of 53.6 million metric tonnes (Mt) in 2019. A recent projection from the World Resources Institute predicts that by 2030, the global EEE output will reach 74.7 Mt. (WRI).

Micropropagation of Ashwagandha was done via the process of Plant Shoot tip Tissue Culture techniques where the explants were taken as shoot tips from stock plants of ashwagandha, and growth hormone was taken as BAP, in nutrient media of Murashige and Skoog. Five nutrient medias were prepared using five different hormone concentrations of BAP (2mg/L, 2.5mg/L, 3mg/L, 3.5mg/L, 4mg/L). Ten shoot tips were taken from stock plants and surface sterilised for inoculation in the media jars (2 explants per jar). After inoculation, the inoculated explants were incubated in the incubation room in photoperiod racks. The room temperature was maintained at 24-28 degrees celsius, where 17 hours of daytime and 7 hours of night time were provided to them. The explants were kept in incubation for 25 days, and it was observed that the explants which were inoculated in the media with hormone concentration of 3mg/L, responded the best, providing a total of 10 branches and final length of 4.7 centimetres, from the initial stage of having 3 branches and 2.1 centimetres in length.

Women empowerment is an essential aspect of achieving gender equality and fostering inclusive societies. However, empowerment cannot be limited to external factors such as socio-political rights or economic opportunities alone. It is crucial to recognize the significance of empowering a woman's mind, which encompasses her intellectual, emotional, and psychological well-being. This abstract explores the concept of empowering her mind within the context of women empowerment, emphasizing the importance of addressing internal barriers and promoting self-belief, resilience, and agency. To empower women holistically, it is essential to acknowledge and dismantle the patriarchal structures and societal norms that hinder their progress. However, alongside these external challenges, internalized beliefs and self-doubt can act as formidable obstacles for women striving for empowerment. This abstract argues that empowering her mind involves challenging gender stereotypes, nurturing self-confidence, and cultivating a growth mindset. Empowering her mind encompasses providing women with educational opportunities that foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. By equipping women with knowledge and skills, we enable them to actively participate in decision-making processes, challenge discriminatory practices, and contribute to their communities' betterment. Additionally, it is crucial to create safe spaces for women to express their thoughts, ideas, and aspirations, encouraging them to pursue their passions and dreams. Furthermore, empowering her mind necessitates addressing emotional well-being. Women often face societal pressures, stereotypes, and expectations that can lead to self-doubt, anxiety, and mental health challenges. By promoting mental well-being and emotional resilience, we enable women to overcome adversity, persevere through challenges, and harness their full potential. Lastly, empowering her mind involves fostering a sense of agency and autonomy. Women should have the freedom to make choices regarding their bodies, careers, and lives. Providing access to resources, mentorship, and support networks can facilitate women's empowerment journeys, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to shape their own destinies. In conclusion, women's empowerment goes beyond external factors; it necessitates empowering her mind. By addressing internal barriers, nurturing self-belief, and fostering emotional well-being, women can transcend societal expectations and stereotypes. Empowering her mind is a crucial pathway to achieving women empowerment, enabling women to take charge of their lives, contribute meaningfully to society, and shape a more equitable future for all.

Technology has played an important part in educational advancements, giving both instructors and students more alternatives and flexibility in their teaching and learning practises. The purpose of this descriptive study was to determine the impact of electronic gadgets on the academic performance, study habits, and degree of competency in the use of electronic gadgets of senior high school (SHS) students. The study found that the influence of electronic devices on SHS pupils' academic performance was extremely effective, that their degree of skill in using electronic gadgets was highly proficient, and that their study habits were very good. There were no significant differences in the influence of electronic gadgets on academic achievement, competency with electronic gadgets, and SHS study habits. As a result, principals/school heads should enable students and instructors to utilise electronic devices in class. However, continuous reminders of the potential detrimental impacts of these technologies should be implemented

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of long working hours on sleep and appetite of employees in an organisation. A descriptive research design, also known as the qualitative design, is utilised to collect data through observation and questionnaires in order to determine the procedures in the objectives. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Adult Eating Behaviour Questionnaire were given to 100 workers between the ages of 25 and 50, 50 of whom were males and 50 of which were women. The correlation between the variables was investigated using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation and T-Test techniques. The results show that long work hours have a significant impact on employees' ability to sleep and eat. In addition, long workdays also have an impact on their appetite regulation, including hunger levels, food cravings, and snacking behaviours. This study aims to provide insights into the impact of working conditions on employee health and well-being.

The Indian economy has undergone significant changes in recent decades, transitioning from a period of economic controls and limited market orientation to becoming one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. This transformation has been driven by economic reforms, liberalization, and a focus on fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. The period of 2000-2014 witnessed notable progress in reducing government controls, opening up sectors to private investment, and implementing market-friendly policies. This era saw increased economic growth, improved business environment, and increased foreign direct investment. The legacy of controls from the pre-reform era was gradually dismantled, allowing for greater economic dynamism and integration with the global economy. From 2014 to 2022, India continued its growth trajectory with initiatives such as Make in India, Digital India, and financial inclusion. Efforts were made to address infrastructure gaps, enhance ease of doing business, and promote sustainable development. Challenges in areas like income inequality, inadequate infrastructure, poverty, and unemployment persisted and required attention.
