A Cry is a form of correspondence used by children to express their feelings. The regular, sporadic tone and the variation in voice can be used to depict child cries. Parents can detect crucial situations for their children by listening to their cries. In applications like remote child observation, the ability to recognise a child's cry in discourse signals is a critical advancement. It is also important for researchers who focus on the relationship between child cry signal examples and other formative boundaries. This inquiry into sound acknowledgement incorporates sound example selection, highlight extraction, and layout. As an element extraction method, we employ MFCC, and for arrangement, K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN) is used. A characterization method that is frequently used for sound information is K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN). The KNN classifier is shown to produce much superior results when compared to other classifiers.

Abstract: A United Nations assessment on healthcare found that even while just 27% of Indians reside in metropolitan areas, nearly 75% of the country's healthcare infrastructure, including medical professionals and physicians, is concentrated there. According to a KPMG analysis published in 2017, India has more physicians than the average country in the world, yet 74% of them only serve 442 million people, or a third of the country's urban population. According to figures from the government's department of health and family welfare, there are 81% too few doctors in the country to staff rural community health facilities, and 63% of hospital beds are owned by private companies. The availability of primary healthcare services is very low in remote village areas, despite the government's active efforts to improve the current health care systems by opening primary health centres and providing free medical amenities to rural poor women and children. The Indian government's budget forecasts a noticeable increase in spending on health of more than 27%. The budget forecast for 2017-18 has been raised to a net amount of Rs. 47,352.51 crore, up from Rs. 37,061.55 crore in 2016-17. This will promote the national health mission and make tertiary care, medical education, and human resources more visible. Due to diverse social and economic factors, the needs for health care are different for the rural population than they are in the cities. the rural people, and especially women, are heavily involved in the labour movement for agriculture, but there are numerous difficulties, including problems with agriculture, health concerns, a lack of sufficient elementary education, and a lack of understanding of many government programmes and advantages. Based on the aforementioned difficulties, the current study attempts to determine how women in rural Agra district, Uttar Pradesh, India, perceive and are aware of health issues. The study's findings revealed that the respondents had a thorough understanding of health-related issues and were aware of the numerous government programmes and programmes aimed at assisting rural women and children in leading healthier lives.

BACKGROUND: CAD is the most common type of heart disease. On moderate condition it leads to Stable Angina and on severe condition it leads to Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) which includes: Unstable Angina (38%), STEMI (30%), NSTEMI (25%). Treatment pattern includes both medical plan and surgical procedures. AIM & OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the treatment patterns in CAD population. METHODOLOGY: A cross sectional observational study including 200 subjects was conducted in the Department of Cardiology in Malla Reddy Narayana Multispecialty Hospital. Patients were examined for treatment patterns of CAD. Data was statistically analyzed using descriptive analysis. RESULTS: Out of 200 patients, 21% were prescribed with both anti-thrombotics and anti-hyperlipidemic, 18% with anti-hypertensives, 17% with anti anginals, 14% with diuretics, 9% with Hypoglycemic agents. Surgical intervention such as PTCA was performed in 70.5%, CABG was done in 15.5%, the remaining 14%. CONCLUSION: It was concluded that anti thrombotics and anti hyperlipidemics were shown to be more effective.

Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) play a significant role in fostering a nation's economic development by providing services that prioritize the overall welfare and support other institutions and enterprises. Their operations differ considerably from those of private-sector businesses. However, challenges such as communication skill deficiencies, inadequate management, delayed decision-making, and political interference have impeded the functioning and integrity of these PSUs. To address these issues, a qualitative analysis of various PSUs suggests the implementation of regular audits and meetings as a means to improve communication skills among employees. Furthermore, recognizing that PSUs are government-controlled entities, minimizing political interference is crucial. Additionally, comparing the internal issues of the top four PSUs in the country has revealed that limited funds have hindered their recruitment processes and research programs, as well as their ability to establish international relations. To maintain the integrity of these PSUs, it is recommended to open doors to young and dedicated individuals who are keen to contribute to the respective organizations, based on their specific requirements. By doing so, PSUs can continue to make significant contributions to the country's economic development while adapting to their unique operational environment.

Leadership and management are important components of the nursing profession, essential to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The review works aims to explore the status of Nurse Leaders and their involvement in the process of decision making in the state of Assam. It has been observed that non availability of Nurse Leaders in the state of Assam coupled with non-involvement of them in the process of decision making jeopardized the health care delivery and the health indicators as well. Conclusion: Leaders play a key role in effective management of professionals, create good working environment and influence in positive outcomes of health indicators. Quality nursing education forms the backbone of professionally sound nurses and midwives in the country.

Today, there are a number of voluntary associations operating in our country. Since 1970, attempts have been made to unite the efforts of voluntary organizations through formation of consumer federation groups throughout the country. States have started organizing national conventions. The second National Convention that was held in New Delhi in 1991 gave rise to the formation of Confederation of Indian Consumer Organisations (CICO). Thus, it was for the first time many of the consumer organizations came together to form a "National Consumer Organization". Today it has got members from various states and has mustered enough consumer power to influence the Government to act in favour of consumers. If consumer organizations join together to form larger confederations, it is hoped that the consumer movement will gain momentum to solve the problems of consumers. If the Government protects its citizen till awareness is generated, there is no doubt that the consumer movement in our country will develop and catch momentum in its real spirit.

The demand of electric power is increasing gradually with the advancement of modern technology & engineering. Because the demand of electricity in urban areas or in industrial zones is large in amount & also more important than the rural areas, there exists a shortage of electric power supply facilities for rural households or remote location from the cities. In this case, Solar Energy is a promising solution to meet the demand for electricity services of rural areas in developing countries like Bangladesh. The effectiveness & stability of small PV systems for rural development is needed to be monitored for successful installment of Solar Panel. In order to analyze the system & modify it for cost reduction a data capturing unit should be constructed that can store the voltages & currents at three different terminals. A microcontroller operated Smart Data Logger can perform this work with high accuracy & precision maintaining the system cost much less than the conventional system. This paper deals with the design and implementation of a low cost data logger for solar home system. An experimental set up is designed and implemented and the paper illustrates the working principle, data observation and analysis, limitations, and future aspects of a low cost data logger for solar home system.
