 Abstract

Automatic text summarization is a method to generate summary of any input text. Commonly, it is classified as extractive summarization or abstractive summarization. Extractive summarization is used for extracting important sentences, whereas, abstractive summarization is used to generate entirely new phrase. The proposed method uses a hybrid approach, in which both extractive and abstractive summarization is performed. So, the generated abstractive summary will only have the important data obtained from the extractive summary. This will help to remove irrelevant information, and will produce more grammatically correct summary of any input text. In our study, we have found our method is performing better than some other summarization techniques. The hybrid approach helped to produce more precise summary in abstractive form. The proposed method produced an average ROUGE score of 0.239.

 Abstract

The effectiveness of disc brake mainly depends on the rotor, and this the part which takes active part in development of required friction force to stop the vehicle. The disc brake rotor is provided with drilled holes to improve its cooling rate, which affects the structural stability of the rotor. Therefore the drilled holes on the rotor of disc brake is the origin of this investigation, to make possible modifications regarding the size, shape and orientation of drilled holes to reduce the stress concentrations. In the present work, model of disc brake rotor is created using Catia V5 and thus obtained model is analyzed using Ansys 15.0 towards the development of equivalent von-mises and maximum shear stresses and deformations. The analysis is repeated with series of disc brake rotors by varying the size of holes, and shape like elliptical and circular shapes and their orientation along the rotor to find the optimum combination for effective disc brake rotor with highest safety factor.

 Abstract

The top face of cylindrical piston influences the effectiveness of the engine efficiency by transmitting the maximum portion of power generated with minimum losses. Thus in this work, it is proposed to analyze the performance of the piston, by providing convex shape to the piston head with different radii of curvature. The piston is designed numerically and then the model is created in Catia V5 software, which further is analyzed using Ansys 15.0 software to study the equivalent von-mises stress distribution and deformation development and safety factor attained. The structural analysis is carried with series of the piston models with different radii of convex shaped head and comparison was carried among all the models and also with the piston model with flat head shape to find the optimum head shape of the piston for effective performance.

 Abstract

Heart-related disorders are the most common health condition that can influence various aspects of life. Heart rate monitoring plays a vital role to predict health conditions. Telemedicine is providing health-related resources and information through telecommunications technology and electronic information. One of the most emerging trends in day-to-day life is the telemedicine system. This telemedicine system is evolving as a result of reducing the overall cost of the patient, in particular for disadvantaged patients and border area patients, by reducing travel allowances, hotel expenses, and the sum to be charged by specialists for some complicated illnesses. Patients do not need to consult with physicians with the use of telemedicine services, and patients may be able to obtain successful care from their locations or local hospitals.
