Concrete is a versatile widely used construction material. Ever since concrete has been accepted as a material for construction, researchers have been trying to improve its quality and enhance its performance. Recent changes in construction industry demand improved durability of structures. There is a methodological shift in the concrete design from a strength based concept to a performance based design. At present there is a large emphasis on performance aspect of concrete. One such thought has lead to the development of Self Compacting Concrete (SCC). It is considered as "the most revolutionary development in concrete construction". SCC is a new kind of High Performance Concrete (HPC) with excellent deformability and segregation resistance. It can flow through and fill the gaps of reinforcement and corners of moulds without any need for vibration and compaction during the placing process. The guiding principle behind self-compaction is that "the sedimentation velocity of a particle is inversely proportional to the viscosity of the floating medium in which the particle exists". The other features of mix proportion of SCC include low water to cementitious material ratio, high volume of powder, high paste to aggregate ratio and less amount of coarse aggregate. One of the popularly employed techniques to produce Self Compacting Concrete is to use fine materials like Fly Ash, GGBFS etc; in concrete, besides cement, the idea being to increase powder content or fines in concrete. The European Federation of Producers and Applicators of Specialist Products for Structures (EFNARC) [2005] have also laid down certain guidelines for fresh properties of SCC. The present investigation is aimed at developing high strength Self Compacting Concrete. The parameters of study include grade of concrete and effect of size of aggregate. The existing IS [10262-1989] method of mix design was based the basis of experimental investigation. SCC characteristics such as flowability, passing ability and segregation resistance have been verified using slump flow, L box and V funnel tests.

AI has now been around for over half a century. The term AI was officially coined in 1956, courtesy of Dr. John McCarthy, and has undeniably evolved since. India is the 3rd largest country in terms of AI research and development, following China and the USA. We as a workforce have recently experienced layoffs due to AI taking over various roles in companies and corporations. While AI didn't significantly affect jobs over the past years, work demand is and will continue changing. This spells a threat to us all as the usability of AI spreads over multiple sectors such as Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Defense, Manufacturing, Aviation, Transportation and even Entertainment! Our study aims to interpret and analyze how AI has affected employment, try to provide solutions to alleviate the threat to employment and determine whether the switch to AI will be for the better or worse.

ABSTRACT Background of the study: Mind Mapping is a newer method of teaching, in which a main idea will be in the centre from which sub branches arise. Lecture method is a traditional method of teaching. The purpose of the study was to find out the effective method of teaching to improve the learning ability of nursing students. A mood disorder was the topic selected to assess the knowledge because it is an important and vast topic in mental health nursing. The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of mind mapping and lecture method on knowledge regarding mood disorder. Method: A quantitative approach with quasi experimental, two group pre-test post-test design was used for the study. The subjects consisted of 60 nursing student selected using Non-Probability purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by administering a self-structured questionnaire. The researcher gave teaching to group one using mind mapping and group two using lecture method. A post test was conducted on the seventh day. Result: mean pre and post-test knowledge score for group 1 were 8.53+1.83 and 11.60 +2.60 respectively, whereas in group 2 it was 7.17+1.63and 11.37+2.20 respectively. The calculated Paired't' value if group 1 and group 2 were 7.54 And 8.76 respectively (t29=1.69, p<0.05). The comparison of effectiveness between mind mapping and lecture method were done using independent't'test. The computed't' Value of lecture method was 8.76 and for mind mapping was 7.54 and the mean difference of lecture method was 4.21 which is higher than mind mapping method i.e. 3.07, which indicated that lecture method is more significant in increasing the knowledge of nursing students comparing to mind mapping. There was no any association between pre-test knowledge scores and selected demographic variable which is calculated by fisher exact test. Conclusion: The study findings showed that lecture method is more significant increasing the knowledge on mood disorder among nursing student comparing to mind mapping. No significant association was found between the pre-test knowledge and selected demographic variables.

The virus causing corona disease is transmitted through droplets that are released by an infected person when he/she coughs, sneezes, or exhales. People get infected by either breathing in the droplets through atmosphere if they are released by an infected person nearby or by touching a surface which has been contaminated by the virus. Most of the people who get infected suffer mild to moderate symptoms. However, people with severe symptoms develop Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARSD) characterized by rapid onset of inflammation in the lungs. It can cause serious conditions such as blood clots, multi-organ failures etc. to happen suddenly sometimes even leading to death of the patient. In other words, COVID-19 affects our lungs with adverse infection due to which a person is unable to breathe with decorum. The broad aim of this research paper is to study the CT scan images of patients infected from coronavirus and compare them to the CT scan images of patients which may be not be infected or may have normal pneumonia (i.e. not due to coronavirus) using the classifier as Convolutional Neural Network.

Abstract: This paper delves into the pivotal role of media literacy in nurturing a comprehensive comprehension and critical assessment of synthetic media. Synthetic media encompasses digitally manipulated or generated content, such as deep fakes, virtual influencers, and AI-produced text, audio, or video. The exponential surge in synthetic media has raised concerns regarding its potential societal impact, thus underscoring the pressing need for effective media literacy interventions. To probe the influence of media literacy on the navigation and evaluation of synthetic media, we adopted a secondary research methodology. This involved an extensive examination of existing academic literature, reports, and industry publications. By analyzing and synthesizing these sources, our objective was to identify key themes, trends, and optimal practices relating to media literacy and its correlation with synthetic media. Our research explores various facets of media literacy, including the cultivation of critical thinking skills, digital literacy, and visual literacy. We investigate the efficacy of diverse educational approaches, such as formal education, media literacy programs, and online resources, in augmenting individuals' capacity to differentiate between authentic and synthetic media content. Additionally, we scrutinize the role of media literacy in mitigating potential risks associated with the proliferation of misinformation, propaganda, and nefarious applications of synthetic media. The findings from our secondary research shed illumination on the vital significance of media literacy as an essential skill set for individuals to navigate the intricate landscape of synthetic media. We identify key challenges and prospects for media literacy education, encompassing the necessity for updated curricula, a collaboration between educators and technology experts, and the integration of ethical considerations. By amalgamating existing research, this paper contributes to the burgeoning body of knowledge on media literacy and its pertinence within the realm of synthetic media. The insights provided can guide the development of evidence-based strategies and interventions designed to equip individuals with the indispensable skills required for critically engaging with synthetic media and making informed decisions.

This qualitative study examines the experiences of primary caregivers in old age homes, focusing on the challenges they face and the coping strategies they employ. The research aims to shed light on the common challenges encountered in caregiving and the coping strategies used to manage stress and maintain well-being in relation to caregivers' age, gender, and duration of work. A sample of 25 adult primary caregivers was interviewed from old age homes across India and their responses were analyzed using a research design incorporating narrative analysis. The findings reveal that caregivers employ a range of coping strategies, including emotion-focused strategies such as acceptance, positive reframing, and seeking emotional support, as well as problem-focused strategies like active coping and instrumental coping. The study also highlights the caregiving evolution, with caregivers progressing through initial, transition, and established phases of adjustment. Additionally, the study explores the motivating factors for caregivers in taking up their roles along with the attachment between caregivers and elderly residents, with a particular emphasis on the parenting-like relationship that develops. The findings further indicate that interventions such as education and training, employee assistance, and respite care may efficiently assist caregivers to navigate caregiving responsibilities and stress, and choosing the right coping strategies.

The popliteus is a muscle within the deep compartment of the posterior leg. It lies behind the knee joint, forming the base of the popliteal fossa. It originates from the lateral condyle of the femur and the lateral meniscus of the knee joint. It inserts onto the proximal tibia, immediately above the origin of the soleus muscle. It helps move the knee joint and flexes the leg. The Popliteus is a small, thin, flat, triangular shaped musclotendinous complex of the lower leg with the popliteus muscle and the popliteofibular ligament and constitutes a part of the posterolateral corner of the knee. It is a deep muscle of the knee joint, forming the floor of the popliteus fossa. Lateral rotation of the femur relative to the tibia. This 'unlocks' the knee joint so that flexion can occur. The innervation at popliteal muscle is Tibial nerve. The blood supply to popliteal muscle is by Popliteal artery. Popliteus ruptures are usually associated with acute or chronic posterolateral instability of the knee. So, clinical significans of Popliteus muscle (???? ????????) is necessary to study from anatomy & clinical point of view.
