Flexible screen-printed electrodes (FSPEs) are electrochemical sensors made by printing conductive ink onto a flexible substrate such as polyester or polyimide. FSPEs can be programmed to detect a wide range of analytes, such as ions, gases, and biomolecules, making them useful sensors for a wide range of applications. They're commonly made utilizing screen-printing procedures, which entail transferring conductive ink via a mesh screen onto a flexible substrate. After drying and curing, the ink forms a durable conductive layer that can be utilized as the working electrode in an electrochemical sensor. To improve selectivity and sensitivity to certain analytes, FSPEs can be modified with specific sensing materials or coatings. FSPEs can be used to monitor plant nutrient levels in a variety of ways, including in situ sensing and distant monitoring. In situ sensing is the use of a handheld or portable electrochemical sensor to directly assess nutrient levels in soil or plant tissue. The usage of FSPE-based sensors that are incorporated into a wireless network and can offer real-time data on plant nutrient levels is used for remote monitoring. FSPEs provide various advantages over standard nutrient monitoring systems, including low cost, portability, and ease of use. FSPEs can also identify essential plant nutrients quickly and accurately, allowing for prompt action to treat nutrient deficits or excesses. However, FSPEs have several limitations, such as selectivity and sensitivity to specific analytes. To improve their selectivity and sensitivity to specific plant nutrients, FSPEs may require specific coatings or modifications. Furthermore, FSPEs may necessitate regular calibration to maintain accurate and repeatable results.

Abstract Achievement test measures the performance in relation to a skill or knowledge which has been acquired as a result of training. It is a systematic procedure for determining the amount that a student has learned through instruction (Gronlund, 1977). In this present study the researcher decided to construct and standardize of an achievement test in Mathematics and English Grammar for class IX students. The present study intends mainly three objectives: to construct and standardize an achievement test in Mathematics and English Grammar for class IX students, to try out the academic achievement test in Mathematics and English Grammar for class IX students and to standardize the academic achievement test in Mathematics and English Grammar for class IX under Board of Secondary students in Assam. The study was considered basically under the scope of descriptive survey-cum-exploratory research. Total 100 participants/sample (i.e., 50 boys and 50 girls) were selected on the basis of stratified random sampling from the 10 Secondary schools of Sivasagar district of Assam. For developing the test, at first 160 items were prepared tentatively and on the basis of Difficulty Value (DV) and Discriminating Power (DP) all the 160 items were discussed and examined by the researcher and consulted with other experts in the field of test construction for constructive suggestions. After getting constructive suggestions from the experts, the researcher finalized the test with 100 items. Odd-even method was used to split the test into two equal halves. The reliability of the English medium schools achievement was found (r=0.69) and reliability of the Assamese medium school students on achievement was found (r=0.76). The coefficient of the test was estimated by using Spearman-Brown Prophecy Formula and the reliability of the test of English version achievement test in Fundamentals of English Grammar was found (r=0.82) and the Assamese version achievement test was found (r=.88).

. ABSTRACT 1.1 BACKGROUND: Football (soccer) matches traditionally take place on natural grass, although different playing surfaces are used including sand, dirt, clay, concrete, asphalt, and hardwood. In dray counties maintaining a natural grass surface is expensive; therefore in this area especially in parts of Asian and Africa most football fields are dirt fields (DFs) (bare earth) and many football players, especially amateur ones, play on DFs in these regions. Most common injured part on dirt field was ankle (28.5%) and on artificial turf was knee (24.3%) Results suggest that the incidence of match football injuries on DF are higher (about two times) than this rate on artificial turf. The calf muscle situated at the posterior side of the Lower limb is composed of the soleus muscle, the medial and lateral heads of the gastrocnemius (composing the triceps surae muscle), and the tibialis posterior. ROM of the ankle joint is related to performance in daily activities and sports. Reduction of ROM dorsiflexion is reflected in a lower efficiency of walking and running and is related to several lower limb disorders, including Achilles tendinitis. The decrease in ROM due to increased muscle stiffness can reduce the ability of the musculotendinous-unit to absorb impact and generate optimal force. Continuing sport performance during this stage of reduced impact absorption may increase the risk of injury. Muscle energy technique (MET) is a procedure that involves voluntary contraction of a patient's muscle in a precisely controlled direction, at varying levels of intensity. It is unique in its application as the client provides the initial effort while the practitioner facilitates the process. MET is based on the concepts of 63 Autogenic Inhibition and Reciprocal Inhibition. If a sub-maximal contraction of the muscle is followed by stretching of the same muscle it is known as Autogenic Inhibition MET, and if a submaximal contraction of a muscle is followed by stretching of the opposite muscle, then this is known as Reciprocal Inhibition MET. Autogenic and reciprocal inhibition both occur when certain muscles are inhibited from contracting due to the activation of the Golgi tendon organ (GTO) and the muscle spindles. Various benefits of MET include reduction in tone of muscles and improved joint mobility 1.2 AIM AND OBJECTIVES: The aim of the study was to find out the effect of Muscle energy technique on calf muscle flexibility and strength and endurance in amateur football players playing on dirt field at the end of 10 sessions. The objectives of the study were 1. To find out the effect of MET on calf muscles flexibility in amateur football players playing on dirt field using ankle lunge test at the end of 10 sessions. 2. To find out the effect of MET on calf muscles strength and endurance in amateur football players playing on dirt field using standing heel rise test at the end of 10 sessions. 1.3 METHODOLOGY: Ethical clearance was obtained from the institutional ethical committee. Subjects satisfying the study inclusion criteria were enrolled and briefed about the study. Informed consent was obtained from all the subjects.46 individuals were selected. Pretest measurement was taken, ankle lunge test was performed before heel rise test. Intervention in the form of post isometric relaxation technique to calf muscles was given for 10 consecutive days. Posttest measurement was taken ankle lunge test was done before heel rise test. Data was collected and analyzed. 1.4 RESULTS: There was significant difference (p<0.0001) seen in the pre (12.37+1.311) and post (13.45+1.268) mean of right side and pre (12.4+1.282) and post (13.83+1.525) mean of left side of ankle lunge test Thus muscle energy technique is effective in improving flexibility of calf muscles in amateur football players at the end of 10 days. There was significant difference (p<0.0001) seen in the pre (23.22+5.072) and post (26.41+5.651) mean of right side and pre (22.22+5.696) and post (24.95+4.784) mean of left side of single leg heel rise test. Thus muscle energy technique is effective in improving strength and endurance of calf muscles in amateur football players at the end of 10 days. 1.5 CONCLUSION: Hence, it is concluded that muscle Energy technique is effective in improving calf muscle flexibility, strength and endurance in amateur football players playing on dirt field at the end of 10 days.

However the condition of women, particularly in tribal communities, is very slowly showing improvement in an upward trend and this is very true for most of the tribal women whose lives are still alienated, male-dominated and are in an ignorant environment; unaware of their potential, skills and equal abilities in both organised and unorganised sectors to compete with other groups of male and female. Thus, this study not only probes the area of socio economic status of tribal women of Krishna district but also searches the other different factors that are directly or indirectly connected with the condition of these women involved in the development process.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered many aspects of life, particularly trade and industry. The global consumer buying pattern has undergone significant alterations as a result of this unheard-of economic crisis. Whether they purchase physically or online, consumers each have their own preferences. A few elements that influence whether a consumer chooses to purchase physically or online include the feel and touch of the goods, quick satisfaction, and delivery times. The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak disrupted the whole supply chain, and the virus's modes of transmission, lockdowns, and social distance standards may have changed consumer preferences about grocery shopping practises. By investigating the elements that affect consumers' decisions to buy both offline and online during the pandemic, this research aims to explore the likely shift in consumer preferences brought on by the Covid-19 epidemic. In terms of demographics and other elements that may affect customers' purchasing habits, this study article analysed the substantial differences between consumers' shopping behaviours.

Emotional competence refers to an individual's ability to recognize, understand, and manage their own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. It is a critical component of effective communication, social interaction, and overall well-being. Creativity is creating something new using existing ideas and gifting universe your own unique creation. The relationship between emotional competence and creativity has been the subject of considerable theoretical and empirical research. There are several theoretical perspectives that attempt to explain the nature of this relationship. The data in this particular study has been obtained with the help of the scales named "Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI)" and "The creativity quotient" as well as a demographic information form. Two hypotheses were tested using correlation and regression analysis, and the results showed no significant relationship between emotional competence and creativity.

ABSTRACT A type of computational modelling known as "molecular docking" is used to represent the complexes produced when two or more molecules interact. It is a method for computing the architecture of compounds consisting of two or more distinct molecules. Molecular docking aims to predict an interesting three-dimensional structure. The words "ligand" and "protein" are mostly linked to the concept of molecular docking. The target site of a protein is where a ligand may bind to produce a particular activity. Based on the binding characteristics of the involved ligand and target molecules, molecular docking software is mostly employed in drug development. Computational approaches have become a key component of many drug development processes, from hit discovery to lead optimization and beyond. The docking procedure often consists of numerous steps, and each one provides another level of complexity. Small molecules are positioned in the enzyme's active site using docking techniques. Molecular Docking provide a collection of expensive tools for drug design and analysis. Molecular docking is anticipated to be the computational phenomenon that is used the most frequently in the area of computer-aided drug design (CADD). It is used for the lead discovery process in the pharmaceutical industry and at the academic level. In this review, which mainly the highlights molecular docking along with its mechanism, types, approaches, and applications.
