ABSTRACT: Consumers in a developing country like India are tech aware and have no trouble connecting with digital media platforms. The goal of this study is to determine how internet channels influence Indian customers' decisions about Fashion products. A qualitative study was done with young Indian consumers, who are the most frequent users of internet platforms and buyers of fashion brands. In the study 25 people were interviewed in 5 focus groups in the city of Vadodara. We studied and the results a cyclical framework that projects digital media influences on Indian consumers at all stages of the purchase process, i.e., pre-purchase is digital and hedonic, purchase is enjoyable and experiential while using digital media, and post-purchase is based on lifestyles, aspirations, and virtual networks. More importantly, these customers are always connected to digital reference groups, which have a substantial impact on their purchasing behavior and subsequent fashion accessory selections.

In current days, professional trying to use machine learning in finding solutions of problems from almost every domain. The proposed study is conducted to check the feasibility of using machine learning in health care domain. We introduce the core concepts of machine learning with available types of algorithms. The study also consider the challenges that may encounter while integrating machine learning with clinical processes. A part of the study focusses on some of recent works on using machine learning as a solution of some health care problems. At the end, we discusses the future possibilities of machine learning in health care domain.

Globally, several cases go undiagnosed due to poor healthcare support in remote areas. In this context, a centralized system is needed for efficacious monitoring and analysis of the medical records. A web-predicated patient diagnostic system is a central platform to store the medical history and soothsay the possible disease predicated on the current symptoms experienced by a patient to ascertain more expeditious and precise diagnosis. The proposed WebMD Disease prediction system is equipped with a recommendation scheme to recommend the type of tests predicated on the subsisting symptoms of the patient, so that compulsory precautions can be taken. A centralized database ascertains that the medical data is preserved and there is transparency in the system.

In the current climate change situation, finding alternative energy sources is critical to reduce the usage of fossil fuels. Bioethanol, as a biofuel has got an exceptionally role in the world. Second-generation bioethanol can be made from undesired biomass such as fruit and vegetable wastes, and it is a promising alternative to fossil fuels. Bioethanol production using five fruit and vegetable wastes, banana (Musa paradisiaca), papaya (Carical papaya), sapota (Manilkara zapota), pomegranate (Punica granatum) and potato (Solanum tuberosum) were studied in submerged fermentation using their autohydrolysis liquor by fermenting with yeast isolated from grapes. The greatest amount of bioethanol produced differed from day to day throughout fermentation. The ethanol yield of substrates increased gradually from 24 to 72 hours during the fermentation period. Maximum alcohol content 18.5%(v/v) and 17.4%(v/v) were observed in potato peel and banana peel at 72hrs respectively. Bioethanol obtained from sapota peel, pomegranate peel and papaya peel were found to be 16.5% (v/v), 15.2% (v/v) and 13.2% (v/v) respectively.

Background: Kangaroo mother care (KMC) is a special way of caring low birth weight infants by skin to skin contact, it promotes their health and well being by effective thermal control, breast feeding and bonding. So, KMC Is initiated at hospital and continued at home also. This study aimed to assess the counseling skill of Third Year GNM students in Simulated Scenario in order to prepare the information booklet in selected colleges of Kheda and Anand District. Methods: A Descriptive Study design was used for this study. Total of 167 students were selected based on non probability convenient sampling technique. Tool consisted of two parts, socio demographic variable and Checklist on Counseling of Kangaroo mother care, it consisted of 30 items. A self structured checklist was prepared to assess the counseling skill in simulated scenario by direct observation. Information booklet was prepared on counseling of Kangaroo mother care and it was given to study participants at the end of the data collection. A study was conducted between 23rd December, 2019 to 4th January, 2020. Analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics and based on study objectives. Results: Study result showed that Majority of the subjects were Female 74.25%, 94.61% have not attended any conference, CNE or Workshop, 80.84% were Hindu, 63.47% were living with their family, 55. 59% were spending 1 hour per day for study and 52.09% were living in Joint family type. Study result revealed that majority of the Third Year GNM students 64.67% had an average counseling skill. Association between socio-demograhic variable and simulated counseling technique on Kangaroo mother care showed that Average number of hours spend per day to study is significant at p<0.10. Conclusion: This study concluded that Skills on counseling of Kangaroo mother care among Third Year GNM students is average and there is need to improve the skills by increasing their exposure to Kangaroo mother care technique during their clinical exposure as they are future nurses.

M. Chawala, R K Randhawa in 2021 conducted a study on Prevalence and Risk Factors of Childbirth Induced Posttraumatic Stress Syndrome in full term delivery women in community using a systematic review of 36 articles representing quantitative studies of primarily community samples, we set to examine PP-PTSD prevalence rates and associated predictors with a focus on the role of prior PTSD and time since childbirth. Results: showed that A significant minority of women endorsed PP-PTSD following successful birth. Acute PP-PTSD rates were between 4.6 and 6.3%, and endorsement of clinically significant PP-PTSD symptoms was identified in up to 16.8% of women in community samples of high quality studies. Negative subjective experience of childbirth emerged as the most important predictor. Endorsement of PTSD before childbirth contributed to PP-PTSD; nevertheless, women without PTSD also exhibited PP-PTSD, with acute rates at 4.6%, signifying a new PTSD onset in the postpartum period. it is Concluded that Although the majority of women cope well, childbirth for some can be perceived as a highly stressful experience and even result in the development of PP-PTSD symptoms.

The magnetic properties of materials are an interesting feature due to the presence of strong electrons in their orbitals. In this case, they neutralize each other's effects. Therefore, such materials do not have magnetic properties. Due to their magnetic properties, the material is divided into mercury, Ferro and antiferromagnetic materials, and materials that do not have magnetic properties are called magnets. The properties of these materials are under investigation.
