A nation always confers its citizens with that of rights either may be a legal right or a fundamental right. It is very genuine to receive such rights as provided by the nation. The nation should not take away the rights of its citizens nor should put any restrictions while they use the rights. There are chances at times that the government, for the sake of development may displace few people and there could a chance of losing the rights on the place provided for them. The 1998 UN Guiding Principles stresses on Internal Displacement that are not legally binding and an increasing number of Human rights supporters and scholars have been arguing in recent past years that the instrument is likely to be assumed as a legal significance which is beyond its status as a mere declaration of principles. This paper reflects how India is striving for the development of the displaced person and to protect the rights as a part of human rights keeping in mind the guidelines as provided by the UN.

Education plays a very important role in shaping the future of the society and the group of people living together form societies which in turn form the nation. Meaning thereby the education and its delivery pattern that is the pedagogy is one of the integral aspects to shape the future and this paper discusses the learner centric pedagogy (LCP)as the pivot of architectural education. The purpose of this study is to relate all the components of LCP to architectural education and propose the ways in which they should be applied to curriculum. The methodology consisted of a qualitative questionnaire with last section as descriptive type to enlist the insight of students on the same. Nearly 65 students were approached where two failed to submit and so the analysis is done on the answers received from 63 students. The result clearly stated that the students require LCP as the fundamental pedagogy tool for all the topics discussed with them within the academic year.

Automatic learning (Machine Learning) is part of a branch of intelligence artificial that makes use of a significant number of algorithms developed to give it the possibility for the machine to learn and respond to problematic situations, of which the machine has been trained, using a data set. Machine learning applications abound in pattern identification and data classification, which have been well received in the scientific and industrial community for the implementation of solutions ranging from the detection of anomalies in industrial processes, detection and prediction from fraud to the analysis of texts and their classification. This document presents the development of the implementation of a Machine Learning model to carry out the diagnosis of breast cancer, where, in detail, the antecedents will be shown Regarding the development of existing Machine Learning models in the area of health and especially for the diagnosis of breast cancer

As a part of the consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, a lot of schools in Ahmedabad, Gujarat; India closed in March 2020. Teachers were asked to adapt to online teaching with training and workshops related to technology been provided to them from their respective schools. The worldwide pandemic situation caused by the Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) has led to a state of despair for a lot of sectors. The education system changed dramatically with distinctive rise of e-learning platforms. There was a sudden shift from the classrooms in many parts of the globe, wondering whether the adoption of e-learning will continue post pandemic. The descriptive study demonstrates how the education system was re-designed to provide students teachers with opportunities to learn and teach online. The paper presents the results of a survey conducted in August and September, 2020 based on teaching efficacy during the times of Covid. Analysis of potential factors such as school- computer technology, teacher- education learning techniques, Information and communication technology tools (ICT) access etc. Findings from regression analysis show changes in the teacher competence and teacher education opportunities to learn digital competence.

The empowerment of tribal women is a vital aspect of inclusive development. The 73rd Amendment to the Indian Constitution, enacted in 1992, aimed to empower women by reserving seats for them in local self-governance bodies known as Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs). This paper focuses on the empowerment of tribal women in Telangana, a state with a significant tribal population, through the implementation of the 73rd Amendment. The study explores the impact of political representation, socio-economic empowerment, leadership development, and the challenges faced in the process. It highlights the transformative potential of the 73rd Amendment in breaking gender stereotypes and fostering a more inclusive society.

Bharati Mukherjee's women protagonists are the women who carry some congenital flaw in their character, because of which they fail to maintain a healthy relationship with anyone. Rather they develop incongruence to all they come in contact with. The research paper aims to explicate the presence of incongruence in Bharati Mukherjee's woman protagonist of the novel leave it to me. An analysis has been done of the incongruous relations of Debby - in the form of disparity with both, her adopted parents and her bio- parents along with all other people who come in contact with her either as her partner or friend. Further, it has been highlighted how the bond of relationship shatters and the congenital flaw accelerates the incongruity with all, and brings catastrophe. I have tried to show that it is high time that we should understand that mental diseases and incongruities do exist and can be cured just like any other diseas

High speed and high resolution analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) are in greater demand due to the quick development of fast digital signal processors constructed utilizing very-large-scale integration (VLSI) technology. These ADCs can be used in fabrication processes and are designed for digital circuits and systems. The ADCs are the main bottleneck in the majority of mixed-signal designs since the scaling of VLSI technology significantly restricts the dynamic range that is available for the interface of analogue and digital signals. One of the ADC architectures, delta-sigma oversampling ADCs, provide an ideal balance between circuit complexity, cost, and power consumption. Analogue components with poor precision can nonetheless deliver high accuracy. The Sigma-Delta (SD) ADC is one of the best ADC topologies for lowvoltage and low-power applications because its loop-filter is its main design bottleneck. The construction of a low pass continuous time delta sigma modulator is the main goal of this effort. We'll create a method for analyzing and synthesizing lowpass continuous time sigma-delta?? modulators. Using continuous-time filters and this technique, it is possible to create ?? modulators from discrete-time topologies. Utilizing a discrete simulator and discretizing a continuous-time model are the foundations of the analysis technique.

Organic amendments, which can be used as potting media or soil conditioner, can be transformed from organic waste through the sustainable techniques of composting and vermicomposting. This review aims to provide an overview of the main characteristics of composting and vermicomposting processes with and without additives, and to assess the influence of additives on greenhouse gas emissions during waste degradation, as well as the effects of additives on the properties of the final products. The potential environmental benefits and feasibility of co-composting and co-vermicomposting are also reviewed. It found that the composting process can be impacted by additives affecting parameters such as temperature, pH and moisture. The availability of nutrients for plants appears to be increased by the use of worms and additives. Optimisation of co-composting and co-vermicomposting strategies should be locally implemented, involving the generated amendments in a circular economy, in order to improve the sustainability of agricultural systems.

The first three to six years of a child's life known as the early childhood stage. Early Childhood Care and Education as an important input in human resource development as a feeder and support program for primary education. Here the investigator studied 32 number of research work done by different scholars', internet etc. On the review of the different research studies the investigator got an idea on previous research conducted in the field of Early Childhood Care and Education. This review exposes that very few studies conducted on parental perception towards functioning of Anganwadi and community involvement in Anganwadi services; also very less number of studies found on functioning of Anganwadi in tribal areas. In most of the studies Preschoolers are not taken as sample. There is dearth of studies undertaken at grass root level particularly, in tribal areas of India.
