Decision making is a very crucial part of the organizational growth. The need to make informed and intelligent decisions motivates an organization to indulge in business research. Whenever a manager confronts a key decision, he must decide the type of research/ which is essential to facilitate the decision-making process. The most important task for a marketer is to present the right product at the right place with the right price to the right person. It is also essential to go back to the consumers to gauge the level of satisfaction so that the consumers remain loyal. The recent years have witnessed a gigantic augmentation in the human population. This has stirred the need for emergence of more and more healthcare centres and amenities to cater to the needs of exploding human population. Health is a broader term which encompasses physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual well-being of an individual. In India, healthcare has been evolving rapidly keeping a fast pace with rapidly metamorphosing technological advancements. The demand of healthcare services is increasing manifolds in the private hospitals because of certain amenities and facilities that are being provided by them. Nowadays patients and their families can choose a particular hospital from a plethora of options presented in front of them. The entire decision-making process is influenced greatly by various factors like the advertisement and branding of the healthcare centres, word of mouth, past-experiences, location, cost-considerations, age-groups, suggestion from friends, references by doctors, the target group ranges from 18-65 years of age. Also interviews with the management of various multi-speciality hospitals would help to understand the hospital specifications. The findings of this study would be an important aid for the hospital administration. ?

Abstract Once, some left-over food was being thrown in garbage, from a nearby auditorium. The crows sitting on the garbage upon seeing the left-over immediately responded it appears that even today one discussion on starvation has been concluded. The appraisal of a lay man, in relation to discussions and meetings conducted by intellectuals more or less resembles the above legend. Therefore to gain more confidence of the masses, what is required is to kindly unearth the harsh realities prevailing in the surrounding related to any issue, then investigate practical and handy solutions that will result in noticeable changes at grass root level. The problem related to environment is not a new one, the issue has been continuously terrifying the entire mankind from a long time. At this stage, it can be said that the humanity has realised its mistake up to an extent. Attempts are going on to reverse those mistakes, which is really a difficult task. The present article is an attempt towards the same. Here we are dealing with the position in India in relation to environment and promotion of sustainable development. India is a country which has a great spiritual heritage and a tradition not only of protecting nature and the environment but also of worshiping the bounties of nature. Expressing gratitude to Nature as the source of sustenance to human life has been one of our ancient traditions. Ganges, Godavari, Narmada, Krishna, Kaveri, Bramhaputra and many others are highly venerated rivers in India. In the midst of such traditions exploitation start taking place parallel to them. This article tries to focus on current scenario of environmental laws and promotion of sustainable development in India in relation to What Laws and Regulations are actually in Existence and What is the Reality when it Comes to Implementation of those Regulations.

In Image Processing, the input image is processed in order to enhance its quality so that is suitable extracted features. Image Processing Techniques can be used for detection of Melanoma Skin cancer which is highly hazardous type of skin cancer in humans. Here we are using OTSUS method for segmentation and Asymmetry, Border irregularity, Color variegation, and Diameter (ABCD) rule for feature extraction. Melanoma skin cancer is observed in melanocytes which contains melanin. Melanin is responsible for skin color. It is important to detect it in very early stage because it could spread to other parts easily. For this purpose to detect in a very early stage we use image of the affected area of the skin which is preprocessed and then segmented using OTSUs method and particular features are extracted and based on this features we conclude whether it is Melanoma or Benign.

A better software quality is always desired when a software is developed and provided to the users. Especially this becomes a matter of great concern when the user is provided with a user interface to perform operations and interact with the software functionality. To ensure that the software quality of such delivered solutions is high and efficient, a great approach is to perform the thorough check of the software functionality through a manual as well as through automation. The importance of the software testing involving both the manual and automation testing becomes paramount as the number of features and tests to be performed grows exponentially with every new release. In this work, the manual and automation testing approach is followed, and results are noted down. The results show a considerable amount of advantages when coming to any single form of testing.

In the present study, the investigator has tried to study the existing habit problems among students studying in elementary level. A standardized questionnaire has been used for the sample to collect information from teachers, children, and their parents. The assessment study revealed that, majority of students have habit problems and the problems differs significantly with children studying in different standards or classes. It is also found that, gender has no impact on habit problem and all students shown habit problems up to same extent. Social status of mothers put impact on their childrens behaviour. It is seen that, children belong to working mother shown less habit problems. Therefore it is concluded that, family members close to the child and persons from outer worlds should be given orientation training to get some idea to handle children carefully. The government and other stake holders should heed on it.

Science is the sum total of different specialized forms of experimental knowledge through which one can change his environment. Despite many efforts made by the so-called civilized people, the Onges and Jarwas of Andaman Islands kept away themselves from surrendering to the present civilization. They lead their own live in their own world with their unique cultures. For thousands of years, they ignored and rejected modern scientific system and run with their self identity. There are only a few such tribes in the whole world. The Birhors of Purulia (West Bengal) District are such reclusive indigenous people. How could they maintain their own characteristics, in this age of advancement in science is the main concern of this article.

Bone fracture is the common problem in the human beings. It occurs due to the high pressure which is applied on the bone. It may also occur due to osteoporosis and bone cancer. Therefore the accurate diagnosis of bone fracture is an important aspect in medical field. In this we use X-ray/CT images to analyze the fracture. The main theme of this project is to develop an image processing efficiently for a quick and accurate classification of bone fractures based on the given information which we got from the x-ray / CT images. We get the Images of the fractured bone are from hospital. For identifying the fractured bone we use different techniques like pre-processing, segmentation, edge detection and feature extraction methods. These processed images are further classified into fractured and non-fractured bone that can be compared with the other methods. This project is done with the help of MATLAB 7.8.0 and the algorithm used in this process is Fuzzy for loading image, image processing and user interface development. Finally this can be performed very accurately with 85% output but has some limitations.

Object recognition is one of the major evolving technologies with large leap strides in modern times. The object recognition focuses on performing segmentation of an image frame by segmenting image objects in specified enclosed boxes and applying filtering and creating frameworks for the same. The image segmentation encloses object isolating and helps in better classification because on training model alone on the segmented frames.

The present study was based on a survey conducted on 48 pairs of parents, whose children were studying in primary standards. The aim of the study was to assess the awareness among parents regarding habit problem exist in their children. Educational qualifications of each of the parents were taken into consideration during analysis. It is found from the parental profile data that, 14.58%, 68.75%, 16.67% among father and 22.92 %, 60.42 %, 16.67 % among mother studied up to +2, +3, and Post Graduate respectively. Analysis also revealed that, numbers of mothers studied up to +2 is higher than fathers and similarly numbers of fathers studied up to +3 is greater than the number of mothers while same numbers of parents studied up to post graduate or higher degree level. It is seen that, majority among parents were not aware about the problematic behaviours in their children or ignore the behaviour problems exist in children. Educational qualification has put some impact on parents awareness of behaviour problems. It is concluded that, early childhood care professionals and Government should take initiatives to conduct various training programme to make awareness among parents and stake holders.
