Frequent itemset mining is important task in data mining domain. This is applicable in variety of applications such as market-basket analysis, browsing history analysis, transaction record analysis, etc. Lot of work has been done in the domain of co-occurrence pattern extraction and association rule mining. The Complete dataset is given as an input to the system and frequent itemset are extracted from the dataset. Temporal data is the data containing timestamp information. Along with the co-occurrence information, timestamp information is also helpful in extracting time specific pattern extraction. This strategy helps to analyze lifespan of itemset, peak period of purchase, seasonal products etc. This work includes the analysis of existing system for temporal extraction of frequent patterns, its methodologies and limitations. After analyzing the existing work a new approach is proposed to overcome the existing system problem.

This paper presents the study carried out to analyze the static and seismic behaviour of the retaining wall and backfill soil. The lateral earth pressure on retaining wall plays an important role to ensure safety of such structure. The dynamic lateral earth pressure on retaining wall during earthquake condition is always greater than static lateral earth pressure and can induce large destabilizing force. Plaxis 2D software accomplishes the analysis of retaining wall in static and seismic conditions. The retaining wall with backfill material was analysed with inclusion of compressive material EPS geofoam, which was placed at the interface of retaining wall and backfill material as an absorber to decrease lateral earth pressures on retaining wall. Parametric study of retaining wall has been done by changing various densities of EPS geofoam and thickness. This study shows that inclusion of EPS geofoam reduces the pressure on retaining wall in static as well as seismic condition.

Due to current structure of factory, it is necessary to build the advanced factory to upgrade the manufacturing industry. Advanced manufacturing information system (AMIS) adopts the combination of hardware technology and software technology. The programmable logic controller (PLC) is mainly responsible for collecting raw information with respect to different job orders issued to manufacturing department. A main limitation to achieve increase production efficiency is unknown Costs & time required. By implementation of AMIS, it offers a wide view of manufacturing and increase in efficiency by analyzing the production site & data collection. The system helped in integrate communication process, computing process, and control process to meet the industrial demands of defect free environment & efficient production system. AMIS provides online product wise production status of each stage and analyzed performance of each stage by providing the Overall Equipment Efficiency.

The present work aimed at studying the food intake and lifestyle changes that might have occurred during pandemic among healthy individuals due to self-quarantine at home. The data was collected from 150 randomly selected participants in Bengaluru city, South India using a structures questionnaire framed using Google forms. The results of the study revealed that majority (73%) of the participants were working from home and almost all followed the precautionary measures to protect themselves against infection. The anthropometric data revealed that majority (32%) were overweight and 17% were obese with little or no physical activity from following a dedicated routine exercise pattern. The screen time on gadgets was more for majority and shortage of few hours of sleep was observed in 15% of the participants. Study data revealed changes in food consumption pattern, increased cravings for specific foods in majority (63%) with an inclination towards including an extra snack item in between meals every day. Overall, the study highlights the need for voluntary monitoring of food intake and life style changes among people in order to see that no major changes in the body weight as well as health happens during the lock-down period and some important recommendations are also given for health and well-being during this challenging time.

In variety of domains large numbers of documents are generated every day. Mining text document and extracting useful information is challenging task. A group of words in a document describes the topic discussed in the document. Lot of work has been done for mining topic from a document set. A document containing time information helps to perform analysis of time series documents like collection of news articles, series of scientific papers, posts or tweets on social media sites, etc. By analyzing time specific document the topic discussed in particular temporal period can be extracted. Topics are evolved over time and are correlated. This paper includes the study of various topic modeling techniques and temporal topic analysis techniques. Based on the study of existing system, a new system is proposed for temporal topic modeling and forecasting the trends.

Abstract Several companies are able to identify fraudulent credit card transactions therefore that consumers not charged for objects that they look after not securing. Such problems can be attempted through Data Science and its significance, along with Machine Learning, cannot be excessive. In this paper proposes to illuminate the exhibiting of a information agreed expending machine learning through Credit Card Fraud Detection. In this Difficult comprises demonstrating earlier credit card transactions with the information of the ones that revolved out to be fraud. This prototypical is formerly used to distinguish whether a new transaction is fraudulent or not. Our impartial now is to perceive 100% of the fraudulent transactions while decreasing the improper deception arrangements. Fraud Detection is a representative sample of classification. In this procedure, we must focused on analyzing then pre-processing datasets as well as the deployment of several anomaly detection algorithms such as Local Outlier Factor and Isolation Forest algorithm for Transaction information.

An injective function f from V(G) into {0, p_1, p_2,..., p_q} is Padovan graceful if the induced edge labeling f *(xy) = | f(x)? f(y)| is a bijection onto the set {p_1, p_2,..., p_q}. A graph G(p,q) which admits a Super Padovan graceful labeling is called a Super Padovan graceful graph, where p_q is the qth Padovan number in the Padovan sequence

In India, most of the study in case of ear infection is done on otitis media but otitis externa is also one of the main causes of ear infection which may lead to impairment of hearing. Otitis externa is the infection and inflammation of the external ear and ear canal up to eardrum. It is also called swimmers ear as it is always associated with the swimmers. Present study concerns with the isolation and identification of bacterial pathogens from the patients of otitis externa and age-wise and gender-wise distribution of patients. The samples were collected by using a standard collection method from the infected ear and processed in the laboratory for the isolation of pathogenic bacteria. The bacteria were identified on the basis of 16SrRNA gene sequencing and phylogenetic analysis. A total of six bacterial species was identified as Staphylococcus, Klebsiella, Bacillus, Acinetobacter, Exiguobacterium, and Enterococcus. Staphylococcus was found as the most frequently isolated bacterial species. In an age-wise distribution study out of 80, 43 patients belonged to the age group 0-18 years, 35 from the age group above 40 years, and 2 from the age group 19-40 years. In the gender-wise distribution study from a total of 80 patients, 57 were females and 23 were males. The most affected age group of otitis externa is children while the females were more affected than males. The high incidence of Staphylococcus showed the commonest cause of otitis externa. The data regarding isolated pathogens will be useful for topical antibiotic treatment.

The current study has been undertaken to assess knowledge score regarding Covid-19 & its prevention among antenatal mothers by awareness programme in Gram Dham kheda sarvdharm kolar road, Bhopal. The research design used for study was pre- experimental in nature. The tool for study was self-structured knowledge questionnaire which consists of 2 parts-PART- I consisted questions related to Socio-demographic data, PART-II consisted of self -structured knowledge questionnaire to assess knowledge score regarding Covid-19 & its prevention among antenatal mothers. The data was analyzed by using descriptive & inferential statistical methods. The most significant finding was that 20.5% of antenatal mothers were having average knowledge regarding Covid-19 & its prevention whereas 79.5% had fair knowledge after post-test. It was suggested that nurses must educate antenatal mothers regarding Covid-19 & its prevention.
