Objective: The objective of the study is to determine the correlation between Intensity of neck pain, Kinesiophobia and handgrip strength in chronic neck pain participants. Method: A cross sectional study was performed on total 60 participants with chronic neck pain who fulfills inclusion criteria and were selected by convenience sampling method. Readings were taken for pain by using NPRS, Kinesiophobia by using TAMPA Scale for Kinesiophobia (TSK) and Handgrip Strength by using Manual Hand Dynamometer. Results : Results of the study showed a statistical moderate positive correlation between Intensity of Neck pain and Kinesiophobia (r=0.352, p<0.05). But no statistical significant correlation was find between Intensity of Neck pain and Handgrip strength (r = 0.118, p>0.05) as well as for Kinesiophobia and Handgrip strength (r = - 0.013, p>0.05). Conclusion : The study concluded that there is moderate positive correlation between Intensity of neck pain and Kinesiophobia but no correlation was found between Intensity of neck pain and Handgrip strength as well as between Kinesiophobia and handgrip strength.

Today's digital age, children are constantly exposed to various forms of media, including television, social media, and online advertising, which often promote unhealthy food options. The objective of this research is to investigate how media consumption influences the dietary preferences and habits of children. The study explores the impact of media on the food choices of (n = 100) school-going children. This is a cross- sectional offline survey of a convenience sample in Tirupur district ( Annuparpalayam , Palladam, Thilagar nagar), including 25 questions regarding topics relevant to media consumption, media influence and dietary choices. The responses of the 100 participants (48 male, 52 female; 6-12 years) were evaluated. The maximum number (52%) of school going children watching you tube than the others. The majority of respondents (46%) indicated trying such foods occasionally, while only a minority (13%) reported trying them frequently due to media influence. Sharing information about diets, healthy eating, or food trends on social media is prevalent across all age groups surveyed, with the highest frequency (50%) observed among school-going children. 77% of the school-going children surveyed indicated that they have purchased or consumed a specific food or drink product because they saw it advertised in the media. In contrast, 23% reported that they have not engaged in this behavior. The findings reveal the significant role of media in shaping children's attitudes towards food, with exposure to unhealthy food advertisements correlating with a higher likelihood of choosing such foods. The study's conclusions state that using the media is one of the main factors which influences food choices among school going children. The implications of these findings for promoting healthier dietary habits among children are discussed, emphasizing the need for media literacy education and policies to regulate food advertising targeted at young audiences.

The Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic, caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus2 (SARS-CoV-2) is arguably one of the biggest crisis of modern times, with a multitude of repercussions on societal, economic and medical systems. The Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid 19) pandemic has imposed unprecedented hurdles to healthcare systems and medical facilities alike. The Coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic caused significant disruption to teaching and learning activities at all levels. The Covid-19 pandemic radically and without warning changed the laboratory learning environment for students and instructors. Students were faced with having to be receptive to new learning methods; Instructors scrambled to devise innovative ways of providing a realistic lab experience for students. Objectives: a) Impact of Covid 19. b) Use of various tools and teaching strategies to teach lectures and practicals. c) Mental health of students as a result of Covid 19 and e learning. Methods: a) Teaching method consisted of clinical scenarios, videos on microbiological techniques. b)Test evaluation, student evaluation, and Viva voce.. c) Project submission, presentations. Results: Online teaching is more focused on theory rather than practicals. Assessment and feedback is difficult in online teaching. Conclusion: Online teaching in medical colleges is still a new concept.During Covid 19 these online lectures became a crucial candlelight in the dark era of lockdown worldwide.

Cancer health disparities as adverse differences in cancer indicators, such as the number of new cases, deaths, and cancer-related health complications that exist among certain populations, survival and quality of life after cancer treatment, screening rates, and stage at diagnosis. These exposure differences exist across races and ethnicities, socioeconomic groups, and geographic regions. The report showed that large disparities in cancer incidence and mortality rates remain between white Americans and other racial and ethnic groups. Systems and structures put in place decades ago continue to harm the health of racial and ethnic minorities. Eliminating cancer health disparities requires improving access to and utilization of health care services for all and addressing racism and structural inequities that disproportionately affect racial minorities. Cancer care programs need to be urgently evaluated and improved to prevent avoidable morbidity and mortality. This can be achieved through specialized training for clinical staff, increased research with people with disabilities, improved communication and shared decision-making with patients, and reduced physical, social and cultural barriers.

Anita Desai is a distinguished artist of high order and her concern for human lot has imparted profound appeal to her novels of all the contemporary Indian - English Novelists, she is indisputably the most popular and powerful feminist. She has made commendable contribution to the Indian-English fiction. She is a novelist of urban miler and is a fine mixture of Indian, European and American sensibilities. She is essentially a psychological novelist. Anita Desai is mainly concerned with the projection of the "psycho-philosophic, psycho-emotional and socio-psychic states of the female protagonists to living in alien, closed and cloistered world of existential problems and passions, loves and hates" - 10 (p6). Her main characters are mostly educated women. They are highly sensitive and emotional and are tortured by humiliating sense of neglect, of loneliness and desperation. She understands their problems deeply and highlights their miserable position. She agrees that women are denied the existential freedom, the right for responsible self hood for authenticity through individual choice. Her women are very sensitive and they generally rebel against their spouses, children, relations, society, and culture and against their ourselves.

The discussion in this article expresses the computability of various resource scheduling methods and allocation policies in several dimensions. Because there are so many distinct computer systems that are available in a cloud computing environment, each of which has a varied capability, resource scheduling is a challenging and sophisticated process. Resource allocation is often scheduled for the Process, which informs the user of the resources and preferences that are accessible. Cloud computing solutions, which link numerous users to the same physical infrastructure, let users rent computer resources on demand, and charge on a pay-as-you-go basis, have witnessed a stratospheric surge in popularity in recent years. Utility computing is another name for cloud computing. These cloud computing environments provide the impression to cloud users that they have access to an infinite amount of computer resources. Because of this, cloud customers can modify how quickly they use resources to keep up with changing demand. Because cloud computing enables more users to seek more cloud services at once, there should be a clause that guarantees all resources are made effectively available to users who have made requests in order to meet their needs. However, this shouldn't be done at the expense of the cloud's resources performing poorly. Undoubtedly, the process of maximizing the resources that are divided over several virtual computers is the most challenging part of cloud computing.

The intent of this study was to gain a more comprehensive understanding of agriculture technology and input management in Rajasthan. High-tech farming, agro-tools and input faced decline prospect in Rajasthan agriculture. The techno-input management of agriculture by government acquired more time for positive response. But now, about 2/3 of agro-population believes that flow and availability of agriculture techno-input has becomes greater access and profitable. More effective tools and there management by government is mentioned in paper. Pandemic circulation in state has changed the direction of agriculture from nature based to technology based. Regardless of perceiving noticeable improvement, usual in get access to agriculture supplies and technology, over 60% small and marginal farmer's cannot get access to agriculture inputs was presently inadequate to successfully promote productive agriculture practices.
