The behaviour of retail investors has long been a subject of interest and study in the field of finance. Understanding how individual investors make decisions, react to market conditions, and participate in financial markets is crucial for retail investors. This review paper aims to provide an overview of the existing literature on retail investor behaviour, and it begins by exploring the factors that influence retail investors' decision-making process. It highlights the role of cognitive biases, heuristics, and psychological factors that impact investor behaviour. Additionally, it delves into the effects of demographic characteristics, such as age, gender, and education, on investment decisions. The paper also examines the relationship between investor sentiment and stock market returns. It discusses the various sentiment indicators and models used to measure and predict retail investor sentiment, highlighting their impact on asset prices and market volatility. Furthermore, the review explores the phenomenon of herding behaviour among retail investors, analyzing the causes, consequences, and implications for financial markets. Additionally, the review covers the impact of information and communication technology on retail investor behaviour. It discusses how the proliferation of online trading platforms, social media, and financial news portals has influenced investors' access to information and their decision-making processes. It also investigates the role of financial literacy and investor education programs in shaping retail investor behaviour. Furthermore, the paper examines the effects of market conditions, such as bull and bear markets, on retail investor behaviour. It investigates the behavioural biases exhibited during periods of market euphoria or distress, shedding light on the implications for individual investment decisions and overall market dynamics. The present paper emphasizes the need for further research to explore the evolving landscape of retail investor behaviour, considering the impact of new technologies, regulatory changes, and market dynamics. Understanding and predicting retail investor behaviour is crucial for policymakers, financial institutions, and market participants, as it has implications for market efficiency, stability, and investor protection.

Introduction: Anaemia is a public health problem affecting both developing and developed countries with major consequences for human health as well as social and economic development. Prevalence of anaemia in all the groups is higher in India as compared to other developing countries. In India, anaemia affects an estimated 50% of the population. The survey further revealed that among the states, Assam is the worst affected with 72% of married women being anaemic, followed by Haryana (69.7%), Jharkhand (68.4%) and Gujarat (55.3%). Objective of this study is the prevalence of anaemia with special focus on adolescent girls and women of reproductive age group of Jamnagar District. Materials and Methods: For data collection, Pandu project team conducted more than hundred camps in different places and 10,000 participants were included in the study. Anaemia is routinely diagnosed with a blood test. Hemoglobin is the outcome variable for this screening. Hemoglobinometer available in a standard calibrated form and do not need any manual adjustment were used for the screening. Result: In total screening, 83.22% were from below 20 years of age groups and 16.78% were from 20-50 years of age group. As per the heamoglobin level tested for all participants the results shows that 60.58% adolescence girls and women of reproductive age were non anemic while 39.42% of total participants were found anemic. Of these, 0.55% were severely anemic, 15.67% were moderately anemic, and the remaining 23.20% were mildly anemic. Discussion: The prevalence of anaemia for this screening is 39.42%, which is less than that which has been reported in recent research in India. As observed by earlier studies, the change in prevalence was likely caused by variations in the target population.

This study describes a machine learning-powered flight price prediction system. As the price of an airline ticket is determined by numerous factors, the advent of flight price prediction using machine learning approach ,aided clients in purchasing the most convenient and reasonable air ticket. This study provided a model that correlates with the elements of an ideal system, which include ticket pricing, seat availability, seasonal change and price rise, accuracy, market trends, and route time. Overall, this study structured the benefits and negatives of the current system, imprinting the future idea for improved air travel and accommodation.

ABSTRACT Waste is the by - product of household, industrial and environmental resources. The term solid waste means, material such as household garbage includes recycling food wastes, yard waste and demolition or construction debris. It also includes discarded item like household appliances, furniture, scrap metal machinery can parts and abandoned or junk vehicles. Solid waste is characterised by the presence of an abundance of degradable carbon and solid waste microbiology is influenced by the nature of this carbon. Thus it is important to understand the composition of the waste which may undergo biodegradation. Waste Management is the learning that refers to the collection, processing, recycling, transport, and monitoring of waste products.

The concept of mutual fund is similar to that of a portfolio which follows the policy of "not all the eggs in the same basket". The pool of funds collected through mutual funds is invested in diversified financial instruments. The funds are managed by professional fund manager who apply their special managing skills in devising superior portfolio strategies for maximum gain of investors at minimum risk. The study is to measure the performance of the selected mutual funds of HDFC and SBI, on the basis of NAV and different parameters, along with make a comparative analysis of performance of similar funds of HDFC and SBI. The period of the study is for ten years commencing from (1-4-2009 to 1-4-2018). Coefficient of correlation is used to get an effective view regarding the NAV movement of the mutual fund schemes. For the purpose of performance evaluation Sharpe Ratio is calculated for the period 3 years. The mutual fund schemes are ranked accordingly on basis of Sharpe Ratio in decreasing order of performance. The equity based funds are generally highly risky but along with they provide higher value of NAV over the period. These are favorable for that investor who is interested to take high risk with comparatively high return. One of the options in the hands of the investors is that they can take the SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) option which helps the investors to equalize the volatility of the market to a certain extent.

In nature, the environment is pure. However, due to various human activities, the environment becomes polluted and is referred to as environmental pollution. Therefore, in this study, it was more appropriate to focus on the soil sample for its physicochemical analysis of certain parameters. Seventeen representative samples were collected and analysed for their texture and colour, as well as for their pH, EC and Potassium.

So far as human rights are concerned women are the worst sufferers. They are not only marginalized but also ill-treated in most cases. Violence against women and girls is the worst form of deprivation and denial of dignity and equality of rights, respect and resources but also most pervasive human rights violation in the globalized world today. Women face multiple problems at homes and at workplaces, particularly in the informal sector. Low wages, lack of security and sexual harassment are some of the fundamental issues even in India where women constitute 50 per cent of the population. The problem gets confounded when viewed from the legal perspective. Lack of effective legal channels not only slackens the pace of organisation per se but also hinders women empowerment. This paper attempts to study the concerns and conditions of women in India's unorganized sector. While discussing the various exploitative forces and tendencies, the paper also analyses the alternative evaluator and enabling mechanisms for women in general and working women in particular. Based on the findings conclusion is derived that for a changing perception (attitude) and practice (behavior) towards women, our society should strengthen the decision making roles of women rights from the grassroots level. From Panchayats to Parliament - women need to be productively engaged and empowered.
