Abstract: Many global economies are on a defending mode by bringing changes to their fdi policy to protect their companies from opportunistic takeovers, following acute slow down witnessed during Covid 19 pandemic. Almost all countries hit by Covid 19 pandemic, followed the same policies at the individual, societal and the macro level with subtle differences. This article highlights the FDI policy changes initiated by India and many other global economies. Many countries felt that they are vulnerable to opportunistic takeovers by China. Opportunistic takeovers by host countries may be considered as predatory takeovers by home country as these takeovers are done when the economies were in shambles. This article also examines why many global economies fear China when it comes to takeovers.

A compact dual-band antenna using grounded asymmetric coplanar strip (GACS) proposed in this paper for Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN) application. The GACS techniques is used to miniaturization of antenna. It has compact size is 19 mm 19 mm 1.6 mm3. The suggested antenna has been design on FR4 material with ?r =4.4 with 1.6 thickness. The monopole antenna is modified byadding L-shape element in radiating structure of patch to obtain dual-band resonance. The proposed antenna has WLAN application in the bands of 2.45 GHz (2.41 GHz-2.52 GHz) and 5.55GHz (5.46 GHz-5.60 GHz).The bandwidth of antenna getting 110MHz and 140MHz at 2.45GHz and 5.55GHz. All the three band has VSWR less 1.4. The experimental and simulated results observed good matching except some slight variation.

Every year millions of tons of agriculture waste are generated which are either destroyed or burnt inefficiently in loose form causing air pollution. Briquetting technology is one of the renewable sources of energy that was devised to address problems regarding global warming. In India biomass is the most dominant source of energy and is used significantly in the domestic sector notably charcoal and wood fuel. Despite huge amount of agricultural waste generation in the rural areas, the rural folks use charcoal and wood fuel, which leads to deforestation. Therefore to reduce the use of conventional fuels, use of biomass as a fuel can be placed as a substitute. Biomass can be used in the form of briquettes to replace the conventional fuels to some extent. Comparison of different biomass ratio for the briquette production was carried out In initial sample rice straw and cow dung in proportion of produced briquettes, in second sample we take Rice husk, Rice straw and cow dung and in third sample we take saw dust, Rice straw and cow dung in proportionate to produced briquette by using Hand operated Briquetting machine. And compare its finds proximate analysis and ultimate analysis of briquettes.

Vernacular Architecture is the art that showcases the traditional built environment of the people of a particular region. The traditional, ethnic and a primitive approach of the inhabitants to create built environment to establish the title of vernacular which is specific and critical to the region. The term vernacular is used to categories methods of construction to use locally available resources and traditions to address local requirements. Vernacular architecture tends to evolve over a period of time to reflect the traditional, climatic, cultural and historical context in which it exists. It has often been dismissed as crude and unrefined, but also has proponents who highlight its importance in present situation. This study initiates to understand the socio-cultural, economic and ethnic traditions of river island Majuli, Assam that is influencing over the years to develop the unique vernacular architecture of region. Three case studies of the dominant Mising, Deuri and Sonowal Kachari tribes have been made to showcase various character of tribal architecture of Majuli and analyse the local construction techniques and locally available building materials of the region.

This paper focus on advance study of Gesture control based robot. The first part of the paper provides an overview of the current state of the art regarding the recognition of hand gestures as these are observed and recorded by typical video cameras. We derive a set of motion features based on smoothed optical flow estimates. A user centric representation of these features is obtained using face detection, and an efficient classifier is learned to discriminate between gestures. A number of hand gesture recognition technologies and applications for Human Vehicle Interaction (HVI) are also discussed including a summary.

In the present study, there was an attempt to make fast dissolving tablets using the direct dissolution method containing Nifedipine-Manitol solid dispersion. The main objective of the work was to prepare Nifedipine solid dispersion with Manitol to initiate action. The solid dispersion was prepared by the solvent evaporation method and evaluated for cumulative drug release. FDT was formulated by direct compression method using different superdisintegrants such as, CCS and SSG in different range (1-3%). Preformulation studies were performed on the powder mixture for tablets. The flow properties (F1-F18) of the mixture were evaluated by the determining of Carrs index, Hausner ratio and angle of repose. The formulated tablets were evaluated for thickness, hardness, friability, weight variation, wetting time, drug content uniformity, disintegration time and In-vitro dissolution studies. Thus it was concluded that FDT with Nifedipine-Manitol solid dispersion with reduced dissolution time can be prepared by direct compressing method, using co-processed mixture of Cross Carmellose Sodium and Sodium Starch Glycolate in the ratio1% and 2% prepares as superdisintegrants respectively.

In this paper classification normal and diabetic retina scan images , which uses the FFT transform over the retina images as feature detector and a constructive one hidden layer multilayer perceptron neural network as classification normal and diabetic retina scan images classifier technique is applied to a database consisting of images of 145 having normal and dibetic retina scan images of 116 are used for network training, and the remaining images of 29 are used for cross validation. It is demonstrated that the best recognition rates are 99.45% for the training and 100% cross validation. Furthermore The Average Classification Accuracy of GFF Neural Network comprising of one hidden layers with 6 PEs organized in a typical topology is found to be superior (99.72 %) for Training . Finally, optimal algorithm has been developed on the basis of the best classifier performance. The algorithm will provide an effective alternative method of Classification of Diabetic Retinopathy using Neural Network Approach

This examination presents quantum dabs and investigates the amalgamation, and comparision of vitality States atoxicity. QDs are one among the essential nanomaterials to be joined with the clinical sciences and are relied upon to before long be used in assortment of business clients and restorative merchandise. Semiconducting quantum specks, whose molecule sizes are inside the nanometer go, have exceptional properties. The quantum spots have band holes that depend during a confused style upon various components, portrayed inside the article. Preparing structure-properties-execution connections are looked into for compound semiconducting quantum spots. Different techniques for incorporating those quantum dabs are talked about, also to their subsequent properties. Quantum states and restriction in their excitons can likewise move their optical ingestion and outflow energies. Such outcomes are basic for tuning their Luminescence propelled by methods for photon or electric fueled field. during this article, decoupling of quantum results on excitation and outflow are depicted, close by with the usage of quantum dabs as sensitizers in phosphors. Also, we explored the multimodal uses of quantum specks, which joins in electroluminescence gadget, Solar cell and organic imaging. this content says that the examination of quantum speck and accordingly the vitality conditions of quantum dab by differing the qualities in reenactment. We use Nano center point programming to recreate the quantum dot.
