This project introduces an innovative solution for converting sign language gestures into text, catering to the needs of individuals who are deaf or dumb. By harnessing computer vision techniques and machine learning algorithms, particularly in pose detection models, the system interprets users' hand movements to generate corresponding textual or auditory outputs. The objective is to facilitate seamless communication for individuals who primarily use sign language, enabling them to interact more effectively with others who may not understand sign language. Unlike traditional communication aids, this approach offers a natural and intuitive interface, potentially enhancing accessibility and inclusivity. The system's adaptability allows integration with various communication platforms, providing a versatile tool for bridging the gap between sign language and spoken or written language. Experimental validations underscore the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solution, highlighting its potential to revolutionize communication for individuals with text conversion. Furthermore, the system's real-time processing capabilities ensure immediate translation, making interactions more fluid and natural. The user-friendly design requires minimal setup and can be easily used by individuals of all ages. Continuous learning and adaptation features enable the system to improve accuracy over time, adapting to different users' unique signing styles. where effective communication is crucial. Overall, this project aims to break down communication barriers and promote inclusivity for the deaf and dumb community.

Modern chip designs, driven by rapid VLSI advancements, have become complex and compact, making post-fabrication testability essential for ensuring operational compliance. Design-for-Testability (DFT) techniques are crucial for fault identification after manufacturing, significantly reducing the need for exhaustive functional tests on numerous devices. DFT enhances controllability and observability across design nodes, facilitating effective error detection without extensive individual device testing. Among various DFT methodologies, the hierarchical approach is recognized for its efficiency in verifying manufacturing correctness. This method uses Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) to create test vectors from a block's netlist, aiming for comprehensive fault coverage with minimal time investment. By integrating compression logic, the number of generated test vectors is significantly reduced. Validation occurs at the block level to ensure compatibility with top-level pins through logical simulation, confirming timing and layout integrity. For blocks with inadequate coverage, a coverage analysis is conducted, followed by test point insertion to enhance coverage targets. The paper concludes with insights into future trends in DFT that can be utilized to improve coverage factor and have a greater yield along with Test point Insertion integration in DFT designs.

This study examines the digital employee experience (DEX) within contemporary virtual workplaces, specifically targeting the IT industry. The primary objectives Additionally, the study examines how demographic variables such as age, gender, and income impact DEX. Data collection involved a self-designed questionnaire which got 151 responses from IT professionals via Google Forms, supplemented with secondary data from journals, magazines, and online resources. The findings highlight the necessity for organizations to enhance DEX to foster a more engaged and productive workforce. The research underscores that improving DEX is an ongoing process of learning, improvement, measurement, and action, essential for the modern workplace's success.

The degradation of novel drug substances and drug products under forced settings is more severe than the degradation under accelerated conditions. It is vital to demonstrate the specificity of stability indicating methods, and it also provides information on the degradation routes and end products of the medicinal ingredient. It also contributes to the illumination of the structure of the degradation products. Forced degradation studies disclose the chemical behavior of the molecule, which contributes in formulation and packaging design. The present study involves the stress induced stability studies such as alkali and acid hydrolytic degradation, oxidative degradation, thermal and photolytic degradation.

This abstract explores the evolution of minor irrigation schemes and farmer participation in agriculture from 1986 to 2018. Beginning with the policies and frameworks established in 1986, which aimed to enhance water availability for agricultural purposes through minor irrigation projects, the study examines the progression of these schemes over nearly four decades. It analyses the changing dynamics of farmer involvement, from initial participation challenges to the development of community-based approaches and technological advancements. The abstract discusses key milestones, challenges faced, and the role of government policies and technological innovations in shaping the landscape of minor irrigation schemes. minor irrigation schemes implemented in different regions or states to provide an in-depth analysis of their impacts on agricultural productivity and farmer livelihoods. Compare these case studies to identify common trends and variations in scheme effectiveness and farmer participation This study is based on secondary data, quantitative data from official records, surveys, and MI Census reports, and statistical databases regarding the establishment, findings, and outcomes of minor irrigation schemes over the specified period. Quantitative (statistical analysis of trends and patterns in scheme implementation and outcomes) methods. Tracing this transition, offers insights into the evolving relationship between irrigation infrastructure, agricultural productivity, and farmer engagement, highlighting the shifts in policy focus and their impacts on sustainable agricultural development. Synthesize findings from the literature review, and data analysis, to conclude the overall transition of minor irrigation schemes and farmer participation from 1986 to 2018. Farmer participation has been pivotal, facilitated by technological advancements and supportive government policies. Looking ahead, continued innovation and community engagement will be crucial for ensuring the resilience and productivity of agriculture amidst evolving environmental challenges.

:- In security and monitoring systems spanning a range of areas, such as public safety, traffic management, and private property protection, video surveillance has emerged as a crucial instrument. Conventional surveillance techniques frequently depend on human error-prone and labour intensive manual monitoring. An overview of deep learning approaches for video surveillance is given in this study, with particular attention to important topics including anomaly detection, activity recognition, and object detection. We have examined how convolutional neural network (CNN), recurrent neural network (RNN), and their different variations process and interpret video input in terms of architecture and functionality. We also go over the difficulties in addressing occlusion, scalability, and real-time processing in video surveillance. This paper demonstrated how the deep learning models may effectively enhance the functionality of video surveillance systems using case studies and experimental outcomes. This research survey the past work on video surveillance on different methods and approaches

Introduction Fibroepithelial polyps (FEP) are rare benign tumours of the glans penis; there are only a few reported cases. The pathogenesis is unknown. However, they have been linked with chronic condom catheter use or prior penile surgery. Case presentation We report a 50 year old male who presented with a large FEP of the penis. The patient had no prior history of condom catheter use or any prior penile surgery. Discussion FEP are a rare occurrence, especially in the penis. Only a few cases have been reported in the literature, many of which are associated with long term condom catheter use. Our patient had a mass of size 20x15x6 cm, which is the largest occurrence so far, as per our review of literature. Conclusion Since FEP are a rare entity, they must be carefully evaluated to differentiate them from other similar conditions. Treatment is by the complete surgical excision of the tumor.
