Lactacuki was formulated for breastfeeding mothers due to its nutritional benefits. It is rich in ingredients that contains essential nutrient required for lactating mothers and also can serve as a galactogogue. There are many varieties of recipes for lactating mothers but the main ingredients used in the making of lactacuki are whole wheat flour, sathu powder, oat flour, shatavari powder, flax seeds powder, sesame seeds. The product was finalized after the third trial using sensory evaluation method. Shelf-life study was conducted for 4 weeks and it was evaluated after every one week on characteristics like Shape, Mouthfeel, Taste, Color, Texture, Overall acceptability. Additionally, nutrition label was designed, packaging material was selected, and budgeting was done. Marketing was carried out using digital platform and selling through known contacts was also done.

Abstract Background Proper perineal care is necessary for healing in perineal area after delivery . It is important that a woman understands how to correctly care for her perineum after childbirth before leaving the hospital. Objective- Aim of the present study is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a Planned Teaching Programme on effectiveness of perineal care among post natal mothers Methods The conceptual Model for this study is based on System Model. Research design of An evaluative approach was used to evaluate the effectiveness of PTP through the difference between the pre test and post test score of postnatal mothers regarding perineal care ,the research study conducted was pre-experimental study and Sample size taken was 50, Convenient sampling technique was used. Then, the data was subjected and analysed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics include frequency, mean, median, mean percentage, median, standard deviation was used to explain the demographic variables and to compute the level of knowledge, and inferential statistics include t-test and chi-square. Results The average knowledge score in 50 samples in pre-test is 12.64.The average knowledge score in 50 samples in post-test is 16.76.Reliability was calculated and came to be 0.96.The Chi square value was calculated and found to be 50.6 Highly significant difference was between pre-test and post test scores demographic variables of post natal mothers. (p>0.005) was been found.

Modular Construction is a term used to portray the utilization of manufacturing plant which creates pre-engineered constructing units that are conveyed to site and gathered as enormous volumetric segments or on the other hand as significant components of a structure. The measured units may shape total rooms, portions of rooms, or separate profoundly overhauled units like latrines . The assortment of discrete measured units as a rule frames a self-supporting construction by its own doing or, for tall structures, may depend on a free primary system.

Smart CCTV Camera is basically implemented using Machine Learning in python. This project mainly focuses on how can we bring the changes in the traditional CCTV. Manual way of taking attendance is classroom is very difficult task. The main objective of this work is to reduce human task and make attendance system efficient and reduce time consumption. The proposed system is made by use of face detection and recognition algorithms. This system records attendance by using recognition technology. In this system, faces will be recognized and then attendance is marked and stored in the database which can also be exported. This will be very useful for security purpose and in can be implemented in all real-time security applications.

Background: BRUGADA syndrome is a rare hereditary channelopathy characterized by cardiac arrhythmia, nocturne epilepsy with/without genitosphincterian disturbance, the diagnosis remains a challenge as patients are often young and asymptomatic. Missing or delayed diagnosis can result in severe cardiac complications such as sudden death. Medical case: here we report the case of a 56-year-old woman, with history of epilepsy and resuscitated death two years ago, who presented with recurrent nocturne syncope and fever, An ECG performed and showed an elevation of ST segment in v1 and v2 leads. The TTE and coronarography are without abnormalities, evoking a Brugada syndrome. Conclusion: The early diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia in patient with Brugada syndrome could help to prevent severe complications, reduce the morbidity and mortality, and improve the outcome of patients.

As innovation upgrades it turns out to be less expensive in cost, more open, and easy to use by all, its applications are progressively profiting all the industrial sector and more in a medical services industry... In order to expedite the process, from disease diagnosis, regular health monitoring to drug delivery while handling pandemics like Covid-19 and emergencies, the use of the latest technology may become the game-changer. In this project, we are proposing an "Automatic Nurse Assistant Robot". It will enhance the performance of medical staff and empowered them to tackle medical emergencies efficiently. The new carrier robot uses a health tracker system-based IoT platform to analyze all the real-time data related to the patient, such as oxygen level, pulse rate, and Temperature, etc. The primary objective of the project is to take care of and track the wellbeing boundaries of the patient's health condition by the use of voice commands, text commands, and also from the database of a cloud server (Adafruit IO, Google Assistant, and IFTTT) with a high level of security by the use of Relays and Sensors over the Internet. The project incorporates some advanced sensors like an oximeter sensor, ECG sensor, and Infrared sensor with LCD. The Internet of Things technology is used to store and retrieve data through the Internet or local areas using HTTP and MQTT protocols. The main goal is to create affordable smart automation so that it reaches out to all sections of the society.

Productive online cattle health monitoring can help those farmers who suffer on a regular basis due to the poor health condition of their cattle and unavailability of good veterinary doctors in their vicinity. In this paper, we present such a device which provides an opportunity to the farmers to monitor and compare the present health parameters of the cattle with the standard reference healthy parameters, by which they would be able to spot any deterioration in the cattle's health. To prepare such a device for real time application, MSP430 microcontroller module and different types of sensors for taking the cattle body parameters have been used. This paper focuses mainly on the parameters like heart rate, temperature, and body humidity of the cattle.
