Texture Factor ,A* and Magnetic Crystalline Anisotropy Energy Density,E* K0,K1,K2, K3 Constants are important parameters for Pure Iron. While the former indicates volume density of crystals having preferred Orientation, latter indicates the easy and hard magnetization directions. Evaluation of these parameters for Pure Iron and Electrical Steel enables in reduction of core losses and improving the electrical energy efficiency in Transformers, Rotating Machines. In this research article,an attempt is made to compute Magneto-Crystalline Anisotropy Energy Density for pure iron based on Texture Factor for Ideal fibres.

Introduction Anemia is a major health problem in India. One in every two Indian women is suffering from a form of anemia. The adolescent population is facing a series of serious nutritional challenges which are not only affecting their growth and development but also their livelihood as adults. Objectives The objective of the study were to determine the effectiveness of nutritive balls and drumstick leaves extract in improving the hemoglobin level among adolescent girls and to compare the effectiveness of Nutritive Ball and Drumstick Leaves Extract in improving the hemoglobin level among adolescent girls. Methods The study is pre-experimental research (group I and group II experimental study). 60 Adolescent Girls with Anemia (divided into two groups with 30 samples each) who fulfill the inclusion criteria were selected for the study.Nutritive ball and drumstick leaves extract were administered to Group I and Group II respectively as the interventional method to improve Hemoglobin level. Hemoglobin level measured using Sahli's Hemoglobinometer. Results The results indicates that on comparison of the effectiveness of Nutritive Ball and Drumstick Leaves Extract in improving Hemoglobin Level among Adolescent Girls, both methods are equally effective in improving the hemoglobin level.

Background: The development of a thrombus, or blood clot, in a deep vein is known as deep vein thrombosis(DVT).Thrombophlebitis, another name for clot, is an condition in which vein becomes inflamed. The leg's femoral vein or popliteal vein are frequent affected in DVT. Pulmonary embolism (PE), an major cause of DVT which mainly occur when lungs get affected due to blood clots. Medical emergency can also occur because pulmonary embolism is an life threatening condition. Treatment:-DVT affect the elderly population, with an slight male sex preferences. Clinically symptoms vary based on obstruction and blood vessel wall inflammation and are often asymptomatic. Diagnosis of DVT is based on some popular test. These test are D-dimer test and compression . . Ankle pumps, Knee motion, heel raise, Straight leg raise these are the treatment which were given to the patient for the treatment of DVT. Results: DVT is an clinical condition that carries some risk because it can result in pulmonary embolism, as a result it requires prompt diagnosis and treatment . DVT, consulting a physiotherapist for DVT treatment and prevention is the recommended plan of action if you are prone to the condition. Physical therapists have extensive knowledge of the anatomy and the responses of the body to various stimuli. Being active is the first step in treating DVT. Ankle pumps, Knee motion, heel raise, Straight leg raise these are the treatment which were given to the patient for the treatment of DVT.

Literacy forms an important input in overall development of individuals enabling them to comprehend their social, political and cultural environment better and respond to it appropriately. It acts as a catalyst for social upliftment enhancing the returns on investment made in almost every aspect of development effort, be it population control, health, hygiene, environmental degradation control, employment of weaker sections of the society. Literacy rate in India (Census of India, 2011) was found to be 74.04 percent. When compared to the adult literacy rate, the youth literacy rate was about 9 percent higher. During the last decade, the highest improvement in literacy rate was observed among rural females (24 percent). This paper is descriptive in nature and examines the regional inequality in literacy aspects in India based on 75th round of National Sample Survey data. This will be useful in decision support, frame policy measures to improve literacy rate among the regions.

It is a paper that attempts to bring to light the traditions that our forefathers have practiced and handed down generations after generations. Traditions that have protected and kept the tribe from surviving the test of times. Traditions that kept the people simple, honest, generous, and committed. Despite the absence of written records and scientific methods, they have been able successfully continue with their activities depending on many such traditions which may seem unscientific, superstitious and ancient but was followed and adopted successfully. Unfortunately, such beautiful traditions have been discarded and lost for various factors especially the introduction of Western education and culture. It is a paper written with the sincere intention to keep it alive and remembered that those were the traditional practices that kept the community alive.

The Indian poultry industry has experienced phenomenal expansion since the late 1970s. States in South and West India have taken the lead in this area. According to the 19th Livestock Census from 2012, there are 729.2 million birds in India, which is a significant increase from the country's population of 73.5 million in 1951 and a growth rate of 21% each year in the grill industry alone. Poultry is one of the livestock species that is raised the most intensively and provides significant quantities of animal protein to the world. They frequently provide some environmental threats to both human and animal lives through water/soil and air pollution, in spite of their enormous socioeconomic advantages in terms of the production of eggs, and meat. These wastes include, but are not limited to, litters, on-farm fatalities, avian faces, and waste from hatcheries. These wastes cause severe environmental issues if they are not utilized properly. Due to their abundance in keratin proteins and amino acids, poultry feathers may be used to make important goods including feather meal, biodiesel, biodegradable plastic, and fertilizer. Additionally valuable as a source of fertilizer, methane, and power is poultry dung. This review goes into great length about the potential for using various poultry wastes. A lot of poultry waste is produced. The trash can still be recycled into valuable items, but cost-effective solutions have not yet been discovered.

Teacher Education; the concept itself is vast than it seems; a programme which prepares teachers, who are capable of building characters in such a way so that they can contribute towards society. In this ever changing world where people are dealing with challenges in every step of their life, teacher education has also gone through numerous challenges. A holistic approach is always a necessary step to provide quality to the whole process. Looking at things from one perspective restricts the knowledge and hence cannot help in educational sustainability. The constructivist approach is one such approach which is a paradigm shift from the teacher centric mode of educating the learners. Learner here is allowed to construct ideas or knowledge on their own out of the existing one. They actively participate in the process of teaching-learning. Teacher Education; pre-service or in-service both focus on building up teachers who are updated with all the new knowledge, techniques, approaches, etc. to deal or cope up with dynamic nature of the society. To provide quality education to the learners, teachers need to understand that knowledge cannot be gathered in isolation which suggests that learners need to be guided to be the part of larger community in the process of constructing knowledge. Sustainable development in education encompasses the goals of equipping learners with the knowledge, skills and attitudes which is required to address global challenges, promote social justice and foster environmental sustainability. This approach thus is a step towards Educational sustainability which focusses on shaping a sustainable future of the prospective teachers. This gives a different outlook to deal with the challenges that people all over the globe are facing. This paper is descriptive in nature and focusses on the pivotal role played by constructivist approach in the field of teacher education.

MSME is the backbone of Indian economy as it plays a crucial role in development of Indian economy by its volumetric contribution in Indian GDP, providing employment and in total export of India. Despite having such an important role to play, MSME faces a lot of challenges in their functioning. Vivid literature review has been done to build the conceptual framework and understanding the challenges of MSMEs for this paper. The paper talks about the challenges that MSMEs in India are facing in different stages of its life cycle. Some of the major challenges are lack of adequate and timely finance, regulatory issues, poor technology intervention, poor infrastructure, absence of trust etc. These challenges must be addressed by the relevant authority. It is expected to be useful for the policymakers of MSMEs in India. It also aims to provide a basis for the future empirical research and further academic studies.
