The primary goal of present research was to examine the relationship among antibiotic sensitivity with E. Coli that is obtained from the infection within Urinary tract. For this purpose, present study has developed and tested theoritical models of microarray technology. Effects of various demographic variables were also sought in relation to the aforementioned variables. The methodology of the present research is comprised of findings that were selected by convenient empirical websites. The objective of this study were to analyse the choices for empirical therapy of UTI and determine the susceptibility variations in urine isolates to routinely used antibacterial agents. Resistance to antibiotics was assessed in two age groups. Children under the age of one year. The second group consisted of women who were not married. The most common causative agent was Escherichia coli followed by Klebsiella pneumoniae , ampicillina, co-trimoxazole was significant in all isolates. Nitrofurantoin was the most active agent against E. coli (2.2% resistant isolates), that was resisted by amikacin, ceftriaxone, and ciprofloxacin. None of the isolates from Group I patients were resistant to ciprofloxacin and a low resistance rate (7.1%) was noted for amikacin. In Children amikacin, and ceftriaxone was the most suitable antibiotic. In conclusion, E. Coli was the most resistant agent present in both the age groups of children as well as women.

Abstract: Ambedkar has written his thesis on Monetary Economics for his Doctoral thesis at London school of Economics, under the guidance of Professor Edwin Cannan, one of the leading experts in Economics. It was later published into a book , The Problem of the Rupee: It's Origin and Its Solution, in 1923. In this book, Ambedkar has analyzed the exchange rate, external trade and the evolution of Indian currency. Ambedkar has done a historical analysis from the year 1800 to 1893 and up to 1920s for the analysis of British currency policy. Ambedkar has presented a pertinent explanation of all important developments dating from the bimetallic experiments of the 1840s, the decline in the value of silver currency in the last quarter of the nineteenth century, the abolition of silver standard and the pegging of the rupee.

The Patanjali Yoga Sutras is a text that provides guidance on the eight limbs of Yoga and has been influential in the development of various schools of Yoga. It offers a holistic approach to living a healthy and fulfilling life by integrating physical, mental, and spiritual practices. Dr. Samprasad Vinod, a well-known International Yoga Guru, emphasizes that Yoga is not an exercise but a way of life, and Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation are tools to help connect with the source of infinite energy within. Yoga is extremely effective in preventing problems with both mental and physical health and is advantageous in getting along with oneself and others. The Yamas and Niyamas teach us how to be decent, kind, and non-harmful to other people, and asanas, pranayama, and meditation can be used in many other ways to improve different aspects of life. According to Dr. Samprasad Vinod, there are four essential requirements for postures to be called asanas.

This study has been undertaken to investigate the strategies and methods adopted by the British Christian Missionaries in converting the Mara into Christianity. Qualitative method of study was employed to study the strategies and methods adopted by Christian missionaries in converting the indigenous and unknown Mara tribe that inhibited the Southern part of Mizoram, India. The Mara Tribe was so primitive that head-hunting was practiced at the time of arrival of Christian missionaries to their land. This study will reveal the major strategies practiced by the Christian missionaries to win the indigenous and primitive head-hunting Mara tribe to a God-fearing Mara tribe.

COVID-19 has had a very unusually negative influence on global banking. In the last twenty-four years, India has had its worst financial period. This empirical study focuses on COVID-19's effects on stock markets with a particular focus on NIFTY banks. The research in the paper makes use of secondary data, which was mostly gathered from the NSE and BSE official websites. By dividing the period into pre-COVID-19 and during COVID-19, the closing price of the shares of these banks has been used for the calculation from the period of October 2019 to July 2020, and a comparison study is done to know the impact using Annualized standard deviation measure. The results show the effect on the share prices of Nifty banks.

This paper aims to study sexuality as a concept depicted in novels or narratives as primarily dominated by men and only lent to women or people who don't identify as a part of the two ends of the conventional gender binary. Three texts that the paper will explore are Giovanni's Room by James Baldwin, excerpts from Plato's Symposium and The Mothers of Maya Diip written by Suniti Namjoshi. All the three texts delve into the concept of sexuality from different perspectives and explore multiple contexts of sexuality while trying to represent it vividly through the stories the novels they seek to tell. The paper will develop on the concepts of representation of sexuality and gender, changes in these representations over the years and the dominance of masculinity/ the male perspective even in texts of queer literature on sexuality, marginalizing women and people who identify as any other gender not restricted by the binary.

Abstract: Argumentation is a prevalent aspect of our daily lives, and it also holds significant importance in fields such as philosophy and medical science. This paper aims to explore the process of argumentation, its necessity, and its outcomes. Additionally, it will delve into why philosophical schools engage in argumentation from a specific philosophical perspective. Argumentation can be categorised into three types: v?da, jalpa, and vita?d?. The distinct characteristics of each type of kath? (discourse) will be examined. Within argumentation, the concepts of pak?a (proposition) and pratipak?a (counter-proposition) play vital roles. This paper will not only discuss their roles in the context of philosophy but also explore their relevance in other domains. Overall, this paper seeks to provide insights into the various facets of argumentation, shedding light on its importance and applications in different areas of knowledge.

This research paper aims to explore the role of microfinance in promoting financial inclusion, poverty alleviation, and economic development. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and an empirical analysis of relevant data, the study will assess the effectiveness of microfinance initiatives in providing access to financial services for the underserved and marginalised populations.. Financial inclusion plays a vital role in driving social and economic advancement in developing nations. At the micro level, it enables impoverished households and small businesses to generate income, accumulate assets, maintain stable consumption patterns, and effectively manage risks. Moreover, an inclusive financial system empowers governments to execute social policies more efficiently in critical areas like education and healthcare by enabling targeted financial transfers. In rural India, women from impoverished backgrounds face limited access to institutional credit due to the high administrative costs and lending risks associated with small loans. To address this issue, microfinance has been adopted as a solution. The research will also examine the socio-economic outcomes of microfinance interventions and their potential to empower individuals and communities in low-income regions This study also aims to analyse the role of microfinance in fostering financial inclusion within this context.

Abstract : It is interesting to note that natural resources had been stored virtually untouched in the Earth for millions of years. But since the start of the industrial revolution vast amounts of these resources had been exploited within a period of just a couple of hundreds of years at unimaginable rates, with all the waste from this exploitation going straight in the environment (air, water, land) and seriously damaging its natural processes. Although pollution had been known to exist for a very long time (at least since people started using fire thousands of years ago), it had seen the growth of truly global proportions only since the onset of the industrial revolution during the 19th century. Environmental degradation in India has been caused by a variety of social, economic, institutional and technological factors. Rapidly growing population, urbanization and industrial activities have all resulted in considerable deterioration in the quality and sustainability of the environment. Environmental ethics have also formed an inherent part of Indian religious precepts and philosophy. The importance of Judiciary in a democratic setup for protection of life and personal rights can hardly be overestimated. India has a highly developed judicial system with the Supreme Court having plenary powers to make any order for doing complete justice in any cause or matter and a mandate in the Constitution, to all authorities, Civil and Judicial, in the territory of India to act in aide of the Supreme Court. The scope of Writ Jurisdiction of the High Courts is wiser than traditionally understood and the judiciary is separate and independent of the executive to ensure impartiality in administration of justice.
