Processing of a digital image by the use of computer algorithm is usually referred as digital image processing. Image filtering is one of the very useful techniques in image processing and computer vision. It is used to remove some unwanted signals capture the image and termed as noise . Digital filters are an integral part of signal processing which help us to remove the frequencies which are of less importance or considered unwanted, also termed as noise sometimes. Thus the digital image filtering technique is frequently used to eliminate noise. Generally image filters follows software approach in systems. But hardware implementation prefered in comparison with software implementation for better processing speed. With a boost in the VLSI technology hardware implementation has given a better choice. This project presents the design of a new hardware accelerator, filtering the input data using Gabor and Box functions and dedicated to image processing. The proposed design obtains a great reduction in terms of resources compared to other state-of-the-art implementations. In this work, a comparative study on FPGA implementation of both the Gabor filter and Box filter is presented. Simulation and Synthesis is done using Xilinx ISE design suite. Verilog code will be used as a description language for mapping algorithm in VLSI and hardware implementation on SPARTAN-3 FPGA.

Nowadays use of big manned helicopters and other aerial vehicles could be replaced for some applications by UAVs, this makes the applications become cheap and accessible. This also helps in economy and risk of operation of the aerial vehicles. UAVs have been widely used for the purposes like disaster scouting, supplying medical aids and extreme rescue operations and they could prove themselves far worthy and economical than its counterpart. This Hexacopter for Controlling Crowd focuses on the navigational capabilities of the Hexacopter system and how well it could be made to move between locations and control the crowd. The performance of the platform was sufficiently upgraded, allowing it to be operated in a much more precise, controlled manner which would have been needed for our intended applications. The UAV designed and developed is a multirotor with six propellers (technically called as hexa-copter). It can vertically take-off and land with the purpose to take aerial surveillance and control the crowd. Understanding and dealing with safety aspects of crowd dynamics in mass gatherings of people related to sports, religious and cultural activities is very important, specifically with respect to crowd risk analysis and crowd safety. In this regard, efficient monitoring and other safe crowd management techniques have been used to minimize the risks associated with such mass gathering. An example of these techniques is real-time monitoring of crowd using a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). In this paper, a crowd monitoring system has been proposed and tested using a bomb dropping technique i.e a smoke granite with be launched in order to control crowd. This paper also presents the non-radiative method of wireless power transmission technology to be applied for the battery charging system of drones which refers to unmanned aerial vehicles. This wireless charging system enables the continuous charging and efficient duties to overcome the limits and the time allocation, where the hexacopter will move to the designated location. The DC-DC converter system capable of charging 100W class transceiver and drone battery through the inductance mapping of the transmitter and receiver in the frequency band of 13.56Mhz, changing the shape and position of the transmitting and receiving antenna, the efficiency was confirmed to be more than 50%. Therefore, if the unmanned charging system is used for this hexacopter, it is possible to increase the utilization of the hexacopter by the efficient arrangement of the duty range and can be maintained by the present power source. The main goal is to reduce the required human resource and time in controlling the crowd. The advantage of this is an increased capability at low cost and at lower risk in terms of cost and safety.

Food production has to increase from 247 to 494 m MT (AD 2050) to feed the ever increasing Population of India. Increase in cultivated area will not add much to this requirement. (Possible increase only 2 m ha from the present 143 m ha). Converting rain-fed crops to irrigation cover (Partial or Full) is the only way out (79 to 146 m ha). Gross Water Requirement increases to 1200 BCM from the present 700 BMC. Available water remain at 1137 BCM. Water deficit will force us to take extreme measures by 2030-2050. Before that happens conservation of water would help us survive better. Irrigation is the largest water user (+ 83%). Reducing water use in irrigation by increasing use efficiency will generate more water for irrigating more land area. Rice is the most important global food crop. Year-to-year fluctuations in its production have a direct bearing on food security and on price inflation in the world market. Given its continuing population growth, India should be producing 1.7 million tonnes of additional rice every year to ensure national food security (Dass and Chandra, 2013). Hence, there is a need to increase sustainably the yields and productivity of rice cultivation, doing this to the extent possible with reduced inputs and with less exploitation of natural resources to feed the increasing global population. This is a challenge for rice-growing countries around the world. Integration of Drip irrigation technology to the field of rice cultivation is the best way to achieve higher productivity with least water use. The results of studies on the justification of the combination of controllable factors of growth and development of rice, providing the usage of drip irrigation to obtain yields 5, 6 and 7 t/ha of grain are observed. During the investigations were determined the reaction norms of periodically watered rice on the various options for the water regime of the soil and to ensure their regulations irrigation, fertilizer application rates. The proposed irrigation technology can reduce the cost of irrigation water in the cultivation of rice in the 2.0-5.6 times in comparison with the traditional, and bring the total water consumption of this culture to a biologically sound one.

Indian Capital market have shown tremendous growth in the post Liberalization era. It remains one of the most resilient globally and poised to be one of the top destinations for domestic and global business to expand and invest into. It promotes economic growth through the mobilization of long term saving and the savings get invested in the economy for productive purpose. The capital market deals with capital. Capital Market is generally understood as a market for long term funds and investments in long term instruments available in this market. Capital markets mean the market for all the financial instruments, short term and long term as so commercial industrial and government paper. Generally for the economic growth of a country an investment plays very important role. People expect best returns by investing some portion of their hard earned income into stock market such as shares, debentures, bonds etc,. More risk is associated with investment in stock market. For the protection of such investors interest and to safe guard their hard earned money a regulatory authority officially formed by Government of India, named as Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). This research paper aims to gain insight into the role of SEBI as a regulatory authority and its impact on Indian Capital market. The study is descriptive in nature. Thus the findings have been made by analysis in order to know the role and impacts of SEBI in Indian Capital market.

Present paper is devoted to study wind pressure on two high-rise building models. Computational fluid dynamic (CFD) model was used in three-dimensional (3D). Utilizing finite volume method to predict the wind pressures on tall building using specific boundary conditions. RNG k-? turbulence model was used in the program to consider the wind turbulence for two models. Current numerical approach was verified by comparison the wind pressure results for different velocity with experimental wind tunnel tests for two models. This valid CFD model was applied in the simulation of the wind analysis for two models, which is located in Baghdad City, Iraq. In addition, the design pressure of the two models was compared. It is connected that wind pressure results for wind tunnel test have a good agreement with the wind pressure results of CFD for different velocity for two models.

Carbon nano-fibers (CNFs), which possess properties like large surface area, unique physical, mechanical properties, inherent high-aspect-ratio, hollow nano-geometry is studied for its hydrogen adsorption capacity. For enhancing the H-storage, CNF prepared from plants as precursor is decorated with Ni nanoparticles, as it offers hydrogen spill-over effect. The hydrogen adsorption isotherms were measured by a static volumetric technique using Sieverts apparatus at ambient temperature. Ni NP decorated CNF showed not only increased surface area as compared to CNF (i.e. from 504.1 to 1080.8 m2g-1) and pore volume (from 0.2973 to 0.4106 cc/g) but also nearly doubled the hydrogen Wt% adsorption capacity i.e. from 3.25 Wt% to 6.05 Wt%.

ABSTRACT Inclusive education also seen as an international agenda, partly running parallel to the objective of education for all ( Srivastwa 2003; Miles and Singal 2010).India also has been trying to incorporate the international commitments into its domestic law and has developed its own policy related to education for children with disabilities ( Sing A.K 2008).Autism disorders are life-long neurodevelopment disabilities with onset before 36 months and are characterized by: Impairments in reciprocal social interactions and in verbal and non-verbal communication skills, stereotyped behavior, interests and activities etc. This disorder represents an abnormality of brain development and function, appearing within the first three years of life. Although the detailed causal mechanism(s) are not known, autism is likely to have multiple etiologies including genetic factors. A range of studies have found that in 10 - 37% of cases, it may be an associated medical condition (e.g. tuberous sclerosis)In the late 1970s, there were a few centers in India that were diagnosing children with autism. A study conducted in the mid-1990s found that many of the older adolescents and young adults who received a diagnosis of autism could be traced to just a few professionals, and those with diagnoses before 1980 had received the diagnosis from abroad (Daley, 2004). Much of the diagnosis was dependent on individual professionals, and knowledge amongst the wider medical community remained limited. In 2000, a boy with autism from Bangalore, Tito Mukkhopadhaya, published his first book, Beyond the Silence: My life, the world and autism. The book includes writings from when he was between eight and eleven years old, which brought international attention to Tito and his mothers methods for teaching him. Recently, internet list servers have expanded the Diasporas of Indian families with autistic children to dozens of countries around the world. Due to limited studies and literature available in this area of education, through this paper I am trying to gain attention of educators for inclusive education for Autism in India.
