Considering the growing amount of time people spend in enclosed places, indoor air pollution has become a serious health and environmental issue. This review article offers a thorough examination of pollution in the indoor environment, addressing a number of issues including its identification, origins, effects on health, adverse effects on vulnerable groups, methods of assessment, and mitigation tactics. Household goods, building materials, and external contaminants that seep into inside environments are only a few of the many sources of indoor pollutants. Long-term exposure to these contaminants has been associated with a number of health problems, such as allergies, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory diseases. Children, the elderly, pregnant women, and people with pre-existing medical issues are some of the population groups that are most susceptible to the negative effects of indoor pollution. The evaluation assesses several methodologies and technologies. In order to improve indoor air quality and protect public health, it also highlights the importance of putting into practice efficient mitigation techniques, such as adequate circulation, purifying the air, and environmentally friendly construction materials. This review study calls for more awareness and group action to create better indoor environments for overall well-being by illuminating the complex aspects of indoor air pollution.

Bioplastics have emerged as a promising alternative to conventional plastics due to their potential for reduced environmental impact and enhanced biodegradability. Among the various sources for bioplastic production, algae, a diverse group of photosynthetic organisms, have gained considerable attention as a sustainable and renewable feedstock. This review paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of knowledge regarding algae as a viable source for bioplastic production. It explores the unique characteristics of algae, discusses the different types of bioplastics that can be derived from algae, and addresses the key challenges and opportunities associated with algae-based bioplastics. Additionally, this paper highlights recent advancements in bioplastic processing techniques and explores potential applications of algae-based bioplastics across various industries. Overall, the findings of this review underscore the significant potential of algae as eco-friendly and commercially viable alternative to conventional plastic materials.

The importance of followers in the leader-follower relationship has been overlooked in leadership research, with scholars often prioritizing the study of leadership itself, as noted by Meindl's "The Romance of Leadership". However, it is crucial to recognize that successful execution and goal achievement heavily rely on the actions and attitudes of followers. Given the current COVID-19 situation and widespread adoption of remote work culture, there has been a permanent shift in the dynamics of leadership and followership in favour of the latter. The purpose of this research is to provide a valuable contribution to the academic field by conducting an empirical investigation of Kelley's The Followership Questionnaire (TFQ), specifically focusing on its sub-scales of Independent Critical Thinking (ICT) and Active Engagement (AE), within the Indian context. Specifically, the study seeks to identify prevalent followership styles within a chosen organization and analyse the relationship between these styles and demographic variables. By administering the Followership Questionnaire to 228 participants from the State of Maharashtra in India, this study can shed light on the importance of followership in the leader-follower relationship, particularly in the context of the prevalent work from home culture and ongoing pandemic. The findings of this study have practical implications for leadership practices and strategies aimed at fostering more effective relationships between leaders and their followers. Ultimately, the research highlights the need to recognize the critical role of followers in achieving organizational success and emphasizes the importance of studying followership in various contexts.

Live in Relationship literal means cohabitation. There is always a strong presumption in favour of existence of Marriage. Today is the World of free will no body care about their religion, morals and values. We can say that "A dream modern world".Basic Human rights are on the centre of the thinking that all humans beings are equals in the world. All humans beings whether they are man or woman have dignity. We should expect that they should be treated equally in all over the country. Article- 14 of Indian Constitution also define the term of equality before the law and equal protection of laws. Anything that underestimate that the dignity of a human being is a violation and as it violates the principle of equality which are defined in Article 14 of the constitution and its open the doors for the discriminations which is also given in Article 15 and 16 of the Indian Constitution. Homosexuality is one of the most current and hot issues not only in the India but also in the world which raises the questions on human rights. People in the world become the victim of violence and discrimination from time to time. The reason only is the whom they love and how they look. In the year 2018 ushered a ray of hope for the LGBT community who has been fighting for a long period for their rights. The result of this long battle is that, homosexuality has been decriminalized by the supreme court of India, no doubt, the laws have changed but violence and discrimination against the LGBT community still persists. That is the evidence of the low status its actually grants to the LGBT community. In India same-sex marriage is still a dream. We must look forward to the Human rights statues for the attainment of the real objective of the Constitution .Which means that all citizens are equal. There is a need to bring reform in the society and to amend the thinking that it is no shock or mental condition and to make everyone believe that human rights stand for all and all humans beings are equal.

In today's terms, education is an essential tool to empower our community. When we talk about education, it comes in many ways to individuals in today's world, where there is plenty of informationavailablereadilyaround us, all thanks to social media. However, a significant concern with that kind of information available to the community via social media is how much of it is authentic regardingGender sensitivity. Gender problems include all facets and issues about the lives and circumstances of men, women, and other genders. Their interactions, variations in access to and utilization of resources, activities, and responses to adjustments, interventions, and policies. In this article, we will specify specifically major issues of transgender. The way that transgender persons display their gender identification often causes them to be excluded from society and marginalized. Both outdoor and internet media are increasingly showing transgender persons. These portrayals have a significant influence on how transgender youngpeople establish their identities and conduct their lives while also educating the broader public about transgender cultures. Nevertheless, there is still a dearth of studies on the viewpoints of transgender people despite growing awareness of this depiction. Transgender people are portrayed in modern media, and the patterns in modern media depictions of transgender people are discussed in this article, along with the theoretical foundation for doing so.

The available related literatures have reached at a long last conclusion is that the exposure of optimal genetic factors to the optimum training environment produces champion athletes. Sporting ability is found that racial athletic ability reify race as inherited permanent biological characteristics. In order to adapt the training load, the athletes have to develop physiologically to meet the physical demand required at elite levels. The present investigation was an attempt to evaluate the influence of insulin and hemoglobin on performance of tribal athletes. Seventeen (N=17) middle distance tribal male athletes (800mt. and 1500mt.) were selected as subject from different training clubs of Jalpaiguri district assuring their minimum district level participation for two times. The age of the respondents were ranged from 18 to 22 years. Venous blood samples were collected through Venipuncture Sampling technique and were tested in pathological laboratory for the assessment of fasting insulin and hemoglobin of subjects. Performance level was measured through time in 1500mt. run. In order to analysis the collected data, Pearson's product moment correlation of coefficient was adopted to find out the existence of relationship between the selected variables and performance of tribal athletes. The major findings of this investigation was that fasting insulin was significantly associated with performance level of middle distance tribal athletes and also noted a profound insight on the influence of lower range of fasting insulin on higher performance in middle distance running event. On other hand, an insignificant relationship was found between hemoglobin and performance.
