1 Abstract; After 68 years of Independence, too many of Indias Citizens are shackted by the lack of quality education that enables them to be free and Independent. Our earlier generations taught to end the injustice impaired by the British Raj. We now need a second freedom movement that ensures equality of rights and opportunity by all citizens of India particularly for scheduled caste children who look for the access of getting education. In this context has been constructed a module on quality improvement of education of scheduled caste children which discusses socio-cultural issues and problems. Therefore, this module deals with the Educational policies, Education and society, Curriculum development, School and reproduction of inequality, Cultural capital and learning. Education should not be seen in a static model. Like society, education also must follow the model of dynamic equilibrium. There are pressures from new subjects.

The AC and Thermo-drain are the typical equipment used in the buildings to maintain the climate in the building. The Air conditioner (AC) typically cools the air inside with the help of thermostat containing a radiator and cools the temperature inside a room. The thermo-drain on the other hand uses water for cooling with the help of a radiator containing thermostat and passes the cool water thoroughly through pipes which indeed reduces the temperature of the room. In India, we've hot summers and buildings are un-insulated. They absorb the solar heat and emit it inside. The interior surfaces get heated and radiate heat. Sufficient evidence has been gathered till date to show that un-insulated buildings in India absorb radiation during the day and release it within the night.

India harvested 223.089 million tonnes of horticultural produce from 20.876 million hectares of land in the 11thfive year plan. The major crops contributing to it are fruits and vegetables (approx 204 million tonnes from 14.314 million hectares area). Horticulture sector contributing 30 percent to the Indias agricultural GDP from 8.5 percent of cropped area. As the waste utilization technology are adopting in developed countries and the scales of economies of these technologies does follow in Indian conditions due to various factors. Therefore, there is a need for development of cost effective technologies for the production of value added products. Post harvest management of fruits and vegetables provides ample opportunities for value addition besides providing wealth from waste. Its effective utilization helps in reducing the cost of production of crops besides optimum utilization of biomass. A several process technologies used to utilize fruit and vegetables such as drying & dehydration, freezing, fermentation, extraction, etc., are some treatment examples that can be useful to recycling and upgrading waste of fruit and vegetable market.

This paper gives an analytical and experimental investigation on the web stiffened built-up cold-formed columns with batten sheets. Initially, the paper presents the axial compressive test result on 6 specimens under fixed-end conditions. It is shown that the batten sheets have a significant influence on the buckling and ultimate strength of the model under axial compression. The test specimens were also analytically investigated by the finite element program of ANSYS. The test result of finite element analysis is close to test results. The parameter studies were conducted by using the program of ANSYS. In which the effect of increasing height, width-thickness ratio, batten spacing were all investigated and it all concluded that the height, thickness-width ratio, batten spacing contribute to the column strength and mode of failure.

Deep learning such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are an important workload increasingly demanding high-performance hardware acceleration. One distinguishing feature of deep learning workload is that it is inherently resilient to small numerical errors and works very well with low precision hardware. This paper presents a novel method to double the computation rate of convolutional neural network (CNN) accelerators by packing two multiply-and-accumulate (MAC) operations into one DSP block of off-the-shelf FPGAs (called Double MAC).There are several technical challenges, which we overcome by exploiting the mode of operation in the CNN accelerator. We have validated our method through FPGA synthesis and Verilog simulation, and evaluated our method by applying it to the state-of-the art CNN accelerator. While a general SIMD MAC using a single DSP block seems impossible, our solution is tailored for the kind of MAC operations required for a convolution layer. We find that our Double MAC approach can increase the computation throughput of a CNN layer by twice. In this paper we implement a Multiply Accumulate (MAC) unit based on a modified 8-bit Ripple carry adder which is again replaced by 8-bit Kogge Stone adder (KSA) for a DSP module in order to achieve high throughput. Our evaluation results shows that not only our Double MAC approach can increase the computation throughput of a CNN layer by twice with essentially reduced area, delay and power

Network, as a component, plays a very important role in automotive. The main concept of this project involves the communication between different ECU's within the vehicle through the CAN Protocol. There are different components configured in an ECU. Here, in this project NET component covers the major role. The development of the software includes three stages. The developing of the software is based on the customer expectation which is provided in the form of CAN-matrix. First stage involves Implementation or Configuration. The configuration of software is built by the reference of the base software provided by the customer by the use of AEEE tool base. The different layers of AUTOSAR and Bosch specific layers are configured, DBC is created and the application container is generated which contains the final configured software. Second stage is of testing the software. Testing is done on the LABCAR, where the generated application container is flashed and the logs are measured. Third stage involves the reviewing part, where the derived test logs are reviewed in the offline mode using MM6 and Canalyzer tool. Thus the message is communicated to different ECU's through CAN communication protocol.

Stress is characterized as "the vague reaction of the body to any request put upon it". Mental pressure may have advanced from a genuine occasion that caused a passionate unsettling influence before. This occasion may have been the untidy separating from a relationship that prompts passionate agony. As the occasion subsides into the past, different conclusions inside the individual mind will in general reason tension and stress. Stress is a mental reaction of the body that happens at whatever point we should adjust to evolving conditions, regardless of whether those conditions be genuine or seen, positive or negative. In brain science, stress is an inclination of tired, dejection, loss of memory, unreasonable annoyance, negative reasoning. It might cause progressively genuine conditions like heart issues. The primary goal of this examination is to discover the contrast among utilized and jobless ladies in their mental pressure. This investigation is illustrative in nature. Accommodation testing strategies were adjusted for choosing the sample. The sample size is 100 (50 Employed womens and 50 unemployed womens). In this examination that there is a noteworthy distinction among utilized and jobless ladies in their mental pressure.

Recent advances in positioning techniques, small devices, GIS-based services, and ubiquitous connectivity, have enabled a large variety of location-based services able to tailor services according to the location of the individual requiring the service. Location information, however, if on one side is critical for providing customized services, on the other hand, if misused, can lead to privacy breaches. Location Privacy is the serious issue where the location can be easily traced with the given system. In images there will be metadata where it contains all the image details in at. At first the feature extraction will be made using Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) thus the location feature are get known. A dummy location is done with the Pseudo random Function and the metadata location is changed. The user can access only when the access is provided to them. Here the user access can be provided by the authority who they wish to share their location. Our scheme employs an entity, termed Function Generator, to distribute the spatial transformation parameters periodically, with which the users and the LSP(location service provider) can performs the mutual transformation between a real location and a pseudo location. Without the transforming parameters, the anonymizer cannot have any knowledge about a users real location. The main merits of our scheme include (1) no fully trusted entities are required; (2) each user can obtain accurate POIs, while preserving location privacy.
