E-learning is an instructional approach that uses electronic resources to deliver education. It allows knowledge and skills to be transmitted to multiple learners simultaneously or at different times. The main goal of e-learning is to provide an efficient user interface that integrates hardware, software, and networking components to meet the needs of various stakeholders. By incorporating multimedia tools such as graphics, video, music, and text, e-learning enhances the learning process. It offers flexibility, personalized learning experiences, and opportunities for collaboration, making it a valuable method of education in the digital era. The survey method was adopted for this study. The present study consisted of 540 B.Ed. students of Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Jogulamba gadwal, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet and Rangareddy (Part) districts of Telangana state. The data was obtained from the identified sample. Standardized Attitude towards e-learning scale was used for this study. For statistical analysis hypotheses testing, Mean and F test were applied. The results of the study indicated that male B.Ed. students exhibited a relatively more favorable attitude towards e-learning compared to female students. Moreover, B.Ed. students with mathematics methodology were appear to be definitely better in their attitude towards e-learning when compared to students in other disciplines, such as Physical Sciences, Social Sciences, and Biological Sciences. Additionally, B.Ed. students who had access to a computer/laptop facility at home certainly better in their attitude towards e-learning in comparison to their counterparts without such access.

Photovoltaic system is gaining increased importance as a renewable source because of its advantages such as the absence of fuel cost, little maintenance and no noise and wear due to the absence of moving parts. But there are still two principal barriers to the use of photovoltaic systems: the high installation cost and the low energy conversion efficiency. The main idea is to utilize inverter for reactive power injection during active power decrement. Using a low pass filter and power limiter in control system, produced oscillations due to unbalanced load is eliminated and inverter works in safe condition simulation results show the proposed method to be viable in controlling inverter.

The study stresses on socio economic and psychological factors of young women being af ected by the COVID 19 PANDEMIC. The COVID-19 pandemic has engulfed countries across the world in a short span of time. For India, It was and continues to be the biggest health and humanitarian crisis since independence. The Government of India declared COVID-19 as a National disaster and, to contain the spread of the Disease, imposed a complete lockdown across the Country on March 25, 2020. This continues till date, in myriad forms and with variations across states and zones. The pandemic and the prolonged lockdown have adversely impacted a wide range of areas, including Health, economy, livelihood, social and professional Interactions. It led to loss of livelihoods for millions of people, and an exodus of migrants from cities back to their villages, with a devastating cost of Human lives and suf ering. Although the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, included reproductive health And family planning as essential health services in its Guidelines, the lockdown and the focus of the public Health machinery on containing the pandemic, Restricted women's mobility and access to health Services. Slowly but steadily, the adverse impact of COVID-19 On mental health is beginning to emerge globally. There was a surge in gender-based, and intimate Partner violence across countries such as China, UK, USA, and India, and a high prevalence of Psychological distress, anger, depression and posttraumatic stress disorder. The implications of interrupted reproductive Healthcare and on mental health have to be critically explored among young people in India. Constituting nearly one-fifth of the country's population, Adolescents face educational uncertainties (with the Closure of schools and colleges, and a patchy access to digital learning), restrictions on their mobility, Freedom and socialization, an increase in domestic Chores and household conflict (disproportionately Borne by women), and anxieties around their Employment prospects, among others. To understand how Bangalore's young women are Coping with these challenges, this study is conducted with a rapidassessment to understand the level of Knowledge and attitude of young women aged between(15-24 years) towards COVID-19, how it has impacted Their lives and mental health, and their needs and Priorities. Birds that dwell on or near water, whether they are freshwater or marine, are referred to as water birds or aquatic birds. Wetlands are a good habitat for many water birds because they provide a modest amount of food due to the enrichment of organic components that contribute to the growth of aquatic weeds, phytoplankton, and zooplankton. This study presents diversity of water birds at Ekana wetlands for a period of four months from January 2023 to April 2023.A total of 17 species from 6 orders and 8 different families were observed throughout the study period. Anatidae family had the highest species density (7 and 41%), followed by Rallidae (2 and 11.7%), Ciconiidae (2 and 11.7%), Alcediinidae (2 and 11.7%), Jacanidae, Charadriidae, and Scolopacidae, which had the lowest species density (1 and 5.8%). The order Anseriformes, which contains 41% of all species, has the highest species abundance, followed by Charadriiformes (3 and 17.6%), Gruiformes, Ciconiiformes and Coraciiformes (2 and 11.7%), and Pelecaniformes (1 and 5.8%). The present study of wetlands helps to maintain a record of water birds to restore and maintain the present condition of wetland. The attempt of study is to provide the information about biodiversity of water birds to recognize these sites as globally important habitat for the conservation of water bird population because baseline information is a condition for planning and monitoring management actions for water birds and their habitats.
