Abstract: In India, nursing admissions have been increasing steadily, but there is a significant discrepancy between the intake of students and the number of qualified graduates. To address this issue, this research aimed to investigate the qualities and behaviors expected from both nursing faculty and baccalaureate nursing students to enhance the teaching-learning process. A cross-sectional survey was conducted, where participants ranked the top 10 qualities/behaviors from the Teacher Behavior Checklist (TBC) list of 28 items. The study involved 23 nursing faculty members and 86 BSc Nursing students. The results revealed six key factors deemed crucial for effective teaching and learning by both faculty and students: Confidence, Professionalism, Knowledge of Subject Matter, Good Listening Skills, Positive Attitude/Humor, and Student Encouragement. Further research is recommended to explore these aspects across different nursing institutions and to compare views on effective teaching between baccalaureate and associate degree nursing programs.

Voice feminization is a multifaceted process that encompasses various interventions aimed at aligning the voice of transgender individuals with their gender identity. While increasing vocal pitch is commonly emphasized as a key objective, it is important to recognize that achieving a truly feminine voice involves more than pitch alone. Nevertheless, both surgical and non-surgical approaches have predominantly concentrated on pitch elevation as a primary focus of voice feminization interventions.

Intrauterine fetal demise is also called as stillbirth describes the death of fetus inside the uterine cavity. This term is usually adopted for loss of baby at / after 20th week of gestation. There are two types of stillbirths according to the gestational age which includes Early and Late still birth. Early stillbirth occurs from the Gestational week of 20 to 27 which is only insignificantly prevalent than Late stillbirth occurs from the Gestational week of 28 and or above. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention claims that IUFD occurs in 1:100 pregnancies globally. In this case, retro placental hematoma seemed to be associated with sudden IUFD. The death of a fetus in late pregnancy can be disastrous. The nurse's role here is to be fully familiarized with the location of equipment, medications, and emergencies trolley to avoid any delay and chaos. They are expected to be emotionally stable and focused, and also to help the mother through the entire process by providing adequate support.

Murshidabad Plain is part of the moribund delta. The position of the Bagri tract is within the quadrilateral, bounded by Bhagirathi, and Padma, and partly by Mahananda. In this study region of the river Bhagirathi, flowing from north to south dividing the district into two topographical divisions showing contrasting physical characteristics. The major old river basins in the Bagri tract are described in this paper. The simulated satellite images in MS form and DEM form demarcate the nature of river actions by their dynamic equilibrium. The main features of satellite images are contour, slope, watershed, flow direction etc.

This paper introduces a novel hybrid classifier designed to achieve rapid and efficient face recognition by leveraging Local Binary Pattern (LBP) algorithms. Our proposed approach capitalizes on the strengths of LBP-based feature extraction methods while incorporating different classifiers, such as Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest (RF), to enhance recognition performance. The process involves extracting LBP features from the input face image, which are then utilized as input to the classifiers. By combining these elements, our hybrid classifier achieves high accuracy in face recognition while significantly reducing computational complexity and processing time compared to traditional LBP-based methods. To validate the effectiveness of our approach, we conducted experiments on publicly available face recognition datasets. The experimental results confirm the superiority of our hybrid classifier, making it a suitable choice for real-time face recognition applications.

With the rapid evolution of technology and the increasing dependence on digital infrastructure, cybersecurity has become a critical concern for individuals, organizations, and governments. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review of emerging cybersecurity threats and the countermeasures employed to mitigate these risks. The study investigates the current landscape of cyber threats, including malware, ransomware, social engineering attacks, and advanced persistent threats (APTs). It explores the evolving tactics and techniques used by cybercriminals and highlights the potential impact on various sectors, such as finance, healthcare, and critical infrastructure. Moreover, the paper examines the existing cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and best practices implemented to safeguard against these threats. The paper further evaluates the effectiveness of technological advancements, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and blockchain, in enhancing cybersecurity defenses. Finally, it presents recommendations for future research directions and proactive measures to combat emerging cyber threats effectively.
