Self-management has very broad meaning and its gives many benefits to the human beings. However, majority of the people has not identified the importance of self-management. They always try to manage others. The most important part is first we should manage our self then we should try to manage others. The main purpose of this study is to emphasis the importance of self-management and several future research suggestions have been identified. These future research suggestions may help to find research problems for researchers in this area. Based on the analysis of the existing literature the researcher of this study has introduced a model for self-management. According to that model, self-management consists with many very important components called: self-care management, self-mastering, self-quality management, self-career management, self-finance management, self-development, self-marketing management, self-disciplinary management, and self- performance management. In addition to that, the researcher has introduced a conceptual framework in order to test empirically to establish the relationship between self-management and Self-performance, and to identify the mediating role of self-competency on that relationship. More over the researcher of the study has directed some future research suggestions, specially in the area of strategic self-management.

ABSTRACT Stress is a common problem in modern society. It put its impact on people of every field. Stress affects all dimensions of an individuals life in the form of physiological, psychological or emotional. Nursing has been spotted as a high-stress profession that is not just physically demanding but also emotionally and intellectually demanding, which can develop the various kind of stress. The main aim of the current study was to see the influence of self-esteem and social support on perceived occupational stress among nurses. 100 nurses participated in this study. Nurses filled questionnaires and also completed the family support scale. Rosenberg self-esteem scale and the stress management scale by Bhargawa were used. Results indicate that there is a remarkable interconnection among self-esteem, family support and occupational stress. The study revealed that positive self-esteem and family support minimizes the occupational stress & both are the functions as stress inhibitors.

Steelconcrete composite structures have been widely used because of the excellent composite action of concrete and steel. In this paper, behavior of outer prismatic inner non-prismatic and outer non-prismatic inner prismatic circular tubed steel- reinforced concrete (CTSRC) columns with high-strength concrete under axial loading were studied. A total of eight specimens considering the following parameters were modeled in ANSYS WORKBENCH 16.1 and tested: two taper ratios (0.8, 1.2) and two shapes (L, V). As a result of the project deformation along the path, the stress distribution along the height of the column for both prismatic and non-prismatic columns were studied, ultimate stiffness for all the columns were calculated and the best taper ratio is found out.

The Communicate Bond Belong (CBB) theory states that much everyday talk occurs in episodes. CBB theory specifies qualifying criteria for an episode. Frequently undertaking communication episodes is seen as realizing relational satisfaction. Self-disclosure is a type of episode, and literature specifies content of a particular nature that realizes liking. This study investigates the extent to which everyday talk occurs in episodes, and the extent to which self-disclosure is an episode of social interaction. The study is conducted using mixed methods. Data collection adopts diary record as the tool. Data analysis is based on frequencies and interpretation. Findings suggest that appropriate content is related to relational satisfaction from self-disclosure.

Infrastructure projects such as highways, railways, water reservoirs etc, requires earth materials in very large quantity. One of the most important aspect for construction purposes to improve the soil strength is stabilization. Soil stabilization regime improves engineering properties such as volume stability, strength and durability various researches and have shown promising results for application of such expansive soils after stabilization with additives such as lime, fly ash, demolished concrete etc..In this project we used rice husk ash as an additive to the expansive soil . Extensive laboratory/ field trail shave been carried out by Sieve analysis, liquid limit, plastic limit, California bearing ratio, heavy compaction test.

Soil is defined as sediments or other accumulation of mineral particles produced by the physical or chemical disintegration of rocks. The main aim is to study the feasibility of stabilizing the soil by using rice husk ash ., thus re-using the waste materials and providing an economical and eco-friendly method of soil stabilization. Soil stabilisation is a system to treat the soil to improve the performance of the soil.

Abstract : Digitalization is the talk of the day. In digitalization, digital payment plays very important role because of its uses to the country as well as to its individuals. Digital payment has provided an opportunity for India to empower its people and make them to use it and overcome the outdated banking system. RBI has taken diverse steps to persuade the people to opt for digital payment and improve the financial inclusion by using digital platforms for payment. At this juncture, it has become essential to understand and review the present status of digital payment. This study has analyzed present status of different digital payments by using secondary data and found that there is a sharp increase in use of digital modes in the last five years. But, still cash play a major role due to lack of proper infrastructure and technical challenges which needs to be addressed immediately. The study is intended to seek the attention of policy makers so that the benefit of digitalization reaches everyone.

Cold-formed steel columns are increasingly applied in engineering recently. This study focusses on the performance evaluation of two limbed built-up cold-formed steel (CFS) columns under lateral loading. Specimens of built-up columns were fabricated into two limbed and three limbed rectangular columns. Two nonlinear finite element (FE) models were modelled for two limbed and three limbed columns each and its behaviour under lateral loading was observed. Tests were conducted for two different values of slenderness. Later hot rolled steel columns were modelled using ISMB100 with different slendernesses. The load carrying capacity of cold form steel (CFS) columns were compared with hot rolled steel (HRS) columns.

Background of the study:-Every year water-borne diseases like Diarrhea, cholera, and Typhoid claims the lives of millions of children in the developing world. Water and sanitation related diseases are one of the major causes of under five mortality in the world. Objectives: - To assess the pre-test knowledge scores. To determine the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on knowledge regarding selected water borne diseases and their prevention among upper primary school children in selected schools of Indore city and To Find out the association of pre-test knowledge scores regarding selected water borne diseases and their prevention with their selected socio- demographical variables. Material and methods : - 400 upper primary school children, studying in 6th, 7th and 8th class were selected by non-probability convenient sampling technique for the study. Data was collected through socio-demographic proforma & structured knowledge questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Result: -The mean pretest knowledge score was 9.575 and mean posttest knowledge score was 20.845. Calculated t value was 45.16 (df=399) found to be significant at 0.05 Hence research hypothesis HA1 is accepted Conclusion:- after the structured teaching programme knowledge of upper primary school children was markedly increased.

The prime purpose of the paper was to explore the status of Utilization of Community Resources in the teaching of sociology at pre- university level in Bagalkote district. To find out the The Utilization of Community Resources in the teaching of sociology at pre- university level a Questionnaire was developed by researcher and administered. Taking cognizance of the nature of sample, Incidental sampling technique? was used. On the other hand, sample was Incidental and on the other hand it was purposive as it served the purpose of the study. Government, Aided and unaided pre- university colleges were considered for data collection. Even though all educationists have stressed the need for revitalizing the teaching of sociology, in actual practice, it is found that there are hardly any attempts by the sociology lecturers in this context, by linking college and community. It also helps the lecturers to Utilize Community Resources in sociology teaching at pre- university level and find out their effect on students learning.
