Skin disorders are a prevalent public health issue in every region of the world. It is impossible to see the dangers posed by the diseases, which not only wreak havoc on one's physical health but also set the stage for mental sadness. In addition to this, it has been linked to incidences of skin cancer in extreme circumstances. As a consequence of this, one of the most difficult jobs involved in medical image analysis is the diagnosis of skin disorders based on clinical photographs. In addition, identifying skin illnesses manually by medical professionals is an arduous and time-consuming process that is also very subjective. As a direct consequence of this, patients and dermatologists alike want automated skin disease prognosis, which allows for more efficient treatment planning. In this study, we provide a method for the removal of unwanted hair from digital photographs that is based on morphological filtering, namely the Black-Hat transformation and the inpainting algorithm. Following this, we use Gaussian filtering to deblur or denoise the images. In addition, we use an automated ANN segmentation approach to separate the healthy lesions from the ones that are impacted. We use a technique called the Grey Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) in conjunction with statistical characteristics in order to extract the underlying input patterns from the skin photos. Three computationally efficient machine learning techniques, Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classifiers are applied using the extracted features for effectively classifying the skin images as melanoma (MEL), melanocytic nevus (NV), basal cell carcinoma (BCC), actinic keratosis (AK), benign keratosis (BKL), dermatofibroma (DF), vascular lesion (VASC), and Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). the HAM10000 datasets are utilized in the process of validating the models. SVM has a performance that is marginally superior to that of the other two classifiers. In addition to this, we have evaluated our procedures in light of the most recent scientific developments

Background: Hair loss, or alopecia, is a common problem affecting both men and women. There is a growing demand for herbal cosmetics due to their minimal side effects. Aim: The present study aims to formulate a polyherbal hair oil, designed to promote hair growth and treat alopecia. The polyherbal hair oil formulation was developed using a combination of herbs, including amla, pumpkin seed, green tea, aloe vera, almond oil, sesame oil, and coconut oil. Method and Results: The potent chemical constituents responsible for the hair growth were determined by phytochemical screening of the herbs. Formulated polyherbal hair oil underwent a series of evaluations to ensure its quality and safety. Parameters such as viscosity, pH, saponification value, colour, odour, sensitivity, irritation, and acid value were assessed. These provided important information about the physical and chemical properties of the hair oil, ensuring its suitability for use. Increasing popularity of polyherbal hair oils for alopecia can be attributed to the growing preference for natural and safer alternatives to conventional hair care products. Conclusion: By harnessing the therapeutic potential of herbal ingredients, these formulations offer a holistic approach to hair care, by promoting healthy hair growth. It provides a promising solution for individuals experiencing hair loss. These formulations offer the benefits of herbal ingredients with fewer side effects and improved safety and efficacy. The combination was carefully selected to obtain the best possible formulation for stimulating hair growth.

The recent moves of Indian government, whether it be Digital India or demonetization or DBT, all intends to drive India towards cash-less economy. Although these initiatives are the key to address the issues of financial inclusion, poverty alleviation, cheap access to credit and corruption, but the fact that 95 percent of transactions in India are cash based cannot be overlooked, as India is a cash based economy, with the cash-to-GDP ratio being 12 percent. Only 10-15% of the population is estimated to have ever used any kind of non-cash payment instrument, compared to 40% of people in countries like Brazil, and china. Thus, the journey of Indian economy from cash towards going cashless is highly debatable. Therefore, this study discusses the concept and the various dynamics of going cashless along-with the current position of India. The study also puts forward the benefits and adverse impact of going cashless. It also assessed the growth on the path of being cashless in terms of digital payments. Moreover, an effort is made to know about pitfalls on the way of going cashless for India. It is obvious from this study that the future of the Cashless India looks pretty promising. In spite of the pitfalls in going cashless, the response of the people towards this move of the government is a clear indication that the journey of Indian economy from cash to cashless is likely to succeed in near future, if the prerequisite infrastructure are made available and the hindrances are removed. This revolutionary shift, into the new era of digital payments, entails a need of series of radical reforms in a phase wise manner, especially in rural areas as it can't be forced abruptly.
