Stock market is considered to be one of the most vital source for economic development in every country, but there are various factors that affect the performance of stock market directly or indirectly. The security prices reflect the performance of a company. Both economic and non-economic factors invariably affect stock return behavior. The behavior of stock market is an important determinant for investors decision. This study aims to evaluate the impact of stock market behavior on Indian Infrastructure companies. For this purpose, data of top five Indian Infrastructure companies listed in BSE have been collected on the basis of highest market capitalization rate. For the said study, data have been collected for a period of 10 years from 2010-2019. Data so collected have been analyzed using Excel and E-Views Software. The results of correlation depicted a very strong and positive correlation between Market Price Per Share (MPS) and Earning Per Share (EPS) and a very weak but positive relation with Price- Earning (P.E) Ratio. For the purpose of measuring the impact we have used panel data regression analysis. MPS has been used as the dependent variable and EPS, P.E Ratio and Dividend Yield have been used as the independent variables. As the Time period (T = 10 years) is greater than the cross-sectional unit (I = 5 companies), that is we have a long panel so Fixed Effects Model (FEM) should be appropriate but the results of Hausman test finalized Random Effects Model (REM) to be the best fitted model for the said study.

This experimental paper is about the comparison of ultimate loads of CTTSSCU with conventional CFDSTs with different inner tubes. A Concrete Filled Double Skin Tube (CFDST) column consists of 2 tubes: One is outer and the other is inner with space between them is filled with concrete. Square outer tubes and inner tubes of circular, square cross section and one specimen of no inner tube are used. Concrete filled Triple skin Tube with outer Square Steel and inner Circular UPVCs (CTTSSCU) consist of outer square steel tube & two inner UPVCs (Un-plasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride) of different diameters. The space between all the three tubes are filled with concrete and inner core is left hollow.

Tuls? is an aromatic shrub which is originated in North Central India. Now it grows all over the India. In ?yurveda, tuls? is known as the Mother Medicine of Nature and The Queen of Herbs. It has both spiritual and medicinal value in Indian Society. This plant is used in different Hindu rituals. It has some medicinal use also. Modern researchers have also mentioned tuls? has anti-bacterial, anti- viral and anti fungal properties. Tuls? is known as the liquid yoga for its calming effect like yoga. Regular consumption of tuls? as tea may be compared with the regular practice of yoga. Tuls? is worshiped as a goddess in Hinduism. The leaves of tuls? plant are used in different ceremonial rituals. Both ?yurveda and the Hinduism advocate the usages of tuls? for spiritual and medicinal purposes in our daily life. This paper is an attempt to high light the above mentioned values of this magical plant.

Secondary education holds a critical segment in the education chain as it caters to the needs and desires of the most imperative slice of the population i.e. adolescents who are the source of the prospect human and social capital of the country. Still, secondary education continues to be the most neglected segment of school education in India. This paper makes an honest attempt to cover up the journey of secondary education right after the independence till date by reviewing its position in all the five-year plans. Further, a brief analysis of the budgetary allocation to secondary education has also been presented to show the reason behind its stunted growth in the country.

Here is a brief description of the Physical, Demographical, Social and Economical Profile of the region. The Background interaction is provided to understand the process that led to the Structural changes in the region and help in governing the pattern of rural-urban interaction of the rural settlements with city, which has been studied extensively in the successive pattern. Haridwar Development Region is surrounded by Lesser Himalayas in the North Shiwaliks in the West and East and Plains in the South. It includes the part of Bhabar, Tarai and Indo-Gangetic alluvial Plains. Ganga River flows from the hills to the plains in this region. It covers an area of about 659 sq. kms. In the few last years (2000) the Uttarakhand State came forth as one of the most deserving industrial destination in India. In Hardwar many Industrial areas including SIDCUL came into existence and flourishing at a very large scale. Blooming Industrialization has caused many positive as well as negative impact in this area. This paper is focus on status of Development Industrialization with Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) caused by Industrialization.

Retention of productive employees is one of the major areas of concern for the HR professionals throughout the world. Employee retention is significantly important because of the high costs and time lapse involved in hiring new employees. Moreover, it is in the interest of the employers to retain the valuable employees who contribute their best to the organization. In a global work environment, there are more chances wherein employees may leave a job for various reasons like better career prospects, lucrative salary packages, flexible working hours, better workplace environment etc.

Abstract: It is crucial to study the axial compression behaviour of concrete-?lled steel tubular (CFST) columns to ensure the safe operation of engineering structures. The restriction between steel tubular and core concrete in CFST is complex and the relationship between geometric and material properties and axial compression behaviour is highly nonlinear. These challenges have prompted the use of soft computing methods to predict the ultimate bearing capacity (Nu) under axial compression. This study presents a new approach to simulate the capacity of circular CFST columns under axial loading condition, using a large database of experimental results by applying artificial neural network (ANN). A well trained ANN is established and is used to simulate the axial capacity of CFST columns. The validation and testing of the ANN is carried out. The current study can be used to propose a simplified equation that can predict the ultimate strength of the axially loaded columns with high level of accuracy. The result indicate ANN predict strength of CFST within short time and cost too.

Background: Low back pain is second only to common cold as a cause for office visits to physicians in adults and for work absence in people <55 years of age. Most people suffer an episode of low back pain during life. Several studies have studied the effect of mobilization and various electrotherapeutic modalities in low back pain patients but there are no recommendations of specific type of exercise to be undertaken for strengthening and stretching of core and pelvic floor muscles in low back pain.
Objectives:- To compare the effect of muscle energy technique and Pilates Exercises in patients with non specific low back pain and associated functional disability.
Study design:- Experimental study (Pre-test post-test matched pair design)
Setting:- Outpatient Physiotherapy clinic.
Population:- 30 patients with Nonspecific low back pain, aged between 18-40 years, were randomly assigned to two groups.
Material and Methodology:- 30 patients having Non specific low back pain (female, male) fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria were recruited and were randomly allocated in two groups. Group A subjects were given Muscle energy technique and Group B subjects were given Pilates exercises. The subjects were assessed for Numeric Pain Rating Scale and Oswestry Disability Index prior to the treatment (1st day) and then reassessed after 1 week and then finally assessed after 2 weeks.
Data analysis: Data analysis was done by using SPSS version 11.0
Results: Significant changes were seen between and within both groups for NPRS and ODI (p Licence: creative commons attribution 4.0
