Dentifrices are important in our daily life to maintain good oral health and hygiene. Gingivitis, plaque, periodontal diseases are the crucial problems related to tooth. These major issues are due to poor oral hygiene and negligence in good caring of tooth. This negligence encourages plaque formation on teeth, by causing inflammation of gum tissues which ultimately leads to gingivitis and tooth loss. The oral hygiene can be maintained throughout the day by using various dentifrices prepared by herbal and synthetic ingredients. This work was carried out to prepare a tooth paste which can be used as a tool for proper oral hygiene and to overcome the side effects of the conventional toothpaste prepared by synthetic ingredients. In this study an attempt is made to dispense an alternative to the users by formulating herbal tooth powder using Ginger, Tulsi, Liquorice, Neem, Clove, Camphor, Cinnamon, Activated charcoal and Rock salt. This work was carried out to prepare a tooth powder which can be used as a tool for proper oral hygiene and to overcome the side effects of the conventional tooth powder which can be used as a tool for proper oral hygiene and to overcome the side effects of the conventional tooth powder prepared by synthetic ingredients. Tooth powder is used in combination with tooth brush to maintain the oral hygiene such as freshness of mouth and to avoid tooth decay. In the present work, the herbal tooth powder was formulated and standardized by analysing necessary evaluation parameters such as organoleptic, physical and phytochemical evaluation of herbal tooth powder.

The SLS Launch vehicle with Orion spacecraft is going to be used for NASA's Artemis project to send humans back to the moon's first after 1972. It has been observed that during the journey to orbit, the spacecraft undergoes various payload conditions. The outer body of the nose cone and the connecting compartment have to undergo temperature changes with respect to speed, atmospheric, and pressure conditions. Due to such conditions, the spacecraft can have a serious impact on the outer surface of the nose cone. When the system is directly integrated with the Abort origin or payload fairing in both versions of SLS, it is going to have an impact. To avoid the impact and to standardize the deformation on the spacecraft, there have been changes in the design, and a modified design is compared with the current existing SLS models. This paper also reveals the study results of the simulation analysis of the nose cone of the SLS model, which have carried out simulations of the pre-existing materials, such as metals and alloys, and a new composite material is taken as a review for the analysis under the harsh and extreme conditions faced by the spacecraft and launch vehicle during the launch sequence, in space, and atmospheric re-entry. Comparing the results to get an efficient material outcome that makes the design robust, sturdy, and efficient, considering safety parameters.

Abstract: Ayurveda is a complete system of healthcare with its greatness in preserving the health of individual as well as in curing disease. Complete understanding of Principles of Ayurveda Science as described by Acharyas is essential to get mastery and supremacy in clinical methods. Thorough examination of the patient is the initial step in clinical medicine followed by planning suitable appropriate therapeutics. Acharya Charaka has described Rogapariksha & Rogipariksha for the diagnosis & prognosis of the disease. In Rogi Pariksha Acharya Charak has mentioned ten fold examination i.e. Dosha, Dushya, Desh, Kal, Vaya, Satmya, Sattva , Saara, Samhanan, Aahar Shakti, Vyayam Shakti are Dashvidh Rogi Bal Pariksha. All these areas of examination are important for examining patient's health and prognosis of disease. In today's era people are having stress, strain, anxiety , depression and multiple mental issues. This affects their complaints and history taking to Doctor which affects proper diagnosis and prognosis of their actual disease. For example we observe people having Laghu Vyadhi (minor disease) like Acne or mild Fever focusing only on these minor conditions to people and exaggerating their condition to doctor and as well as we observe people having Guru Vyadhi (major illness) like Cancer and behaving calmly , accepting disease and going properly for treatment. This mindset of people is called "Sattva" in Ayurveda. It is essential to determine Sattva of patient to avoid misdiagnosis and ultimately making mistake in treating them. Sattva is considered as mind and proper examination of mental condition is mentioned in Charak Dashvidh Rogi Bala Pariksha. Present article elaborately discusses about the need of Standardization anf performing Sattva Pariksha described in Ayurveda for the diagnosis of disease.

The oral cavity is the home of various bacterial species. All through some of the oral bacteria are harmless and there are certain species that are harmfull which may causes oral plaque, bad breath and mouth disease. Thus maintain a good oral hygiene is essential for healthy mouth and body. The importance of herbs are highly considered as effective in contrast chemical products. Medicinal plants play important role in curing diseases due to their antimicrobial and antifungal activity against human pathogen through decades. Herbal product help to control dental plaque, inhisa growth of bacteria, freshen breath, cleame tooth. Herbal mouthwashes can be used as an adjunct to various oral hygiene practices like tooth brushing, flossing. They have effective anti- inflammatory, anti-plaque properties and hence can be used in supportive periodontal therapy. Various herbal product and their extract such as Neem, Turmeric, clove, peppermint have shown significant advantages over chemical ones. Medicinal plants play a vital role in curing disease due to their anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-fungal activity against human pathogen through decades, Natural mouthwashes may offer significant advantages over chemical ones. If such formulation can be formulated by which can be casily prepared and used safety by people at home using nataral product. It may lead to improvement in the general dental health of population. Herbal mouthwashes are in high demand because they act on oral pathogen and relieve the pain, instantly and are also less or no side effect. One of the most common infectious diseases encountered by many individuals are dental carries and periodontal disease at different stage of lifetime. This review is an attempt to outline such natural substances can be used as a effective mouthwashes. The present shady aimed to formulate polyherbal mouthwash that have amibacterial properties.

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are cylindrical carbon structures with diameters measured on a nanometer scale. They are derived from graphite sheets and resemble rolled-up, seamless hexagonal mesh structures where carbon atoms form at the vertices. Depending on the number of layers, CNTs can be categorized into single-walled (SWCNTs), double-walled (DWCNTs), or multi-walled (MWCNTs) nanotubes. Fabrication methods include chemical vapor deposition, electric arc method, and laser deposition. CNTs exhibit properties such as high elasticity, thermal conductivity, low density, and chemical inertness, making them pivotal in nanotechnology, electronics, optics, and materials science. Applications range from drug delivery to sensing and water treatment. Surface functionalization enhances solubility and compatibility with biological systems, facilitating targeted delivery and immune recognition in medical diagnostics and drug delivery applications.

Knowledge, attitude, and practices (KAP) for an antenatal care during pregnancy is a key indicator of a healthcare facility in a community. Antenatal care (ANC) is a useful practice for lowering infant and maternal mortality. Therefore, the present study was planned to estimate knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding ANC among pregnant women. This cross-sectional study was conducted on 100 pregnant women through convenience sampling. A semi structured questionnaire included sociodemographic and obstetrical history, and scored questionnaire on KAP was used. The finding of the study revealed that pregnant women had average knowledge (88%), positive attitudes (88%), and good practices & fair practices (58% & 41% respectively) toward ANC. The sociodemographic association showed that age, education, and occupation had a significant association with knowledge and practices about ANC (p< 0.04) Further, exploratory studies are required and need to be planned to provide awareness to improve practices in prenatal care and ultimately improve their health.
