: The study has been undertaken & investigate white topping is rehabilitation treatment on asphalt concrete. It is defined as plain cement concrete overlay on asphalt concrete. It provides a new innovative method of rehabilitation at a very low cost with very good results and low maintenance cost. By adopting proper construction methods, we can rehabilitate large network of roads at reasonable cost and we get additional long life. This project presents a methodology to adopt white topping as rehabilitation treatment and cost-effective rehabilitation alternative for preserving bituminous pavements on long-term basis. Ultrathin white topping (UTW) is a concrete overlay of a distressed asphalt pavement, 50 to 100 mm thick, with close joint spacing. The overlay is specifically bonded to the existing asphalt pavement. It may or may not contain fibers. By bonding the UTW to the existing asphalt surface, the UTW forms a composite pavement section with the under- lying asphalt, which reduces the stresses in the concrete layer. This composite pavement section delivers the longer life and durable performance characteristics of concrete pavement and is cost competitive with ordinary asphalt. In addition, rapid developments in concrete material technology and mechanization are favoring concrete overlays as a sustainable option. White topping is gaining momentum in road construction across the country. It can act as a long-term alternative for the rehabilitation or structural strengthening of roads.

Aims: The removing of toxic heavy metal ions from industrial wastewater has been widely studied in recent years. The aim of present study was to investigate the various methods of lead removal from industrial wastewater, evaluate their advantages and drawbacks in applications. Methods: This study was a review research. The data were collected through different databases in multifarious articles. The various methods and techniques for Lead removal from industrial wastewater were compared to each other, according to their efficiency, economic, and eco-friendly. Results: the current study showed the various techniques for lead removal from industrial wastewater including chemical precipitation, ion exchange, membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, coagulation and flocculation, electrochemical operations, and adsorption. The key factors that play major roles in the selection of most suitable treatment technique for industrial effluents are technical applicability, plant simplicity, and cost-effectiveness. Conclusion: Adsorption has been investigated praiseworthy over other methods and is more suitable for removal of moderate to low concentrations of lead and other heavy metals because it is simple, effective and economic.

Background of study: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is currently considered as an important health problem in terms of its prevalence, incidence and relationship to premature mortality, as well as due to costs involved to control and treat its complications. Nurses are involved in different types of health care. Nursing care is enhanced by nursing care plans which outline the nursing activities to be provided for a patient. Through this study we identify as much as possible nursing diagnosis of patient with diabetes and the common nursing diagnosis of diabetic patients. Also this study helps the nurses who have lack of knowledge regarding diagnosis of patient with diabetes. Methodology: Non experimental descriptive research study conducted. The non-probability convenient sampling technique was used for the study. The physical examination & Demographic variable tool was used for 66 patients. An information booklet was prepared on identified nursing diagnosis and at the end of data collection it was distributed among staff nurses of different wards. A study was conducted between 23rd January 2020 to 4th February 2020. The data was analysed by descriptive & inferential statistical method and based on study objectives. Result: Researcher found that nursing diagnosis like impaired skin integrity, impaired physical mobility, activity intolerance/ fatigue, disturbed sensory perception most among the sample of the study with percentage of 40.9%, 78.8%, 43.9%, and 37.9% respectively. For association between demographic data and nursing diagnosis, Association between Impaired visual activities and whether complications related to diabetes present. Hence, it shows that higher the diabetic complications presence incites the impaired visual activity. Association between Ineffective breathing pattern / respiratory function and Weight of the respondent, it shows that higher weight induces higher chance of ineffective breathing pattern / respiratory function and whether respondent has family history of diabetes, it shows that family history of diabetes induces the high chance of ineffective breathing pattern / respiratory function. Association between Dysfunctional gastrointestinal mobility and Gender of the respondent, it shows females are at a higher risk of gastrointestinal complications than males. Association between Impaired physical mobility and age of the respondent, it shows that older individuals seem to have higher risk of developing impaired physical mobility problems as per the observed samples. Association between Impaired physical mobility and dietary pattern of the respondent, meat consuming seem to be at high risk of impaired physical mobility. Association between Impaired physical mobility and whether insulin administration necessary, it shows that insulin administration increases the chance of impaired physical mobility respondent. Association between Disturbed sensory perceptions and whether complications related to diabetes present, it shows that complications of diabetes increase the chance of disturbed sensory perception. Conclusion: In the identification of nursing diagnosis of diabetic patient, out of 66 samples, researcher found that 27 samples have nursing diagnosis impaired skin integrity with percentage of 40.9%. 50 samples have nursing diagnosis of impaired physical mobility. 29 samples have nursing diagnosis of activity intolerance/ fatigue with percentage of 43.9% of sample. 25 samples have nursing diagnosis of disturbed sensory perception with percentage of 37.9%. In the association of demographic data and nursing diagnosis, researcher found association between Ineffective breathing pattern / respiratory function and weight of the respondent, Association between Ineffective breathing pattern / respiratory function and whether the respondent has family history of diabetes, Association between Dysfunctional gastrointestinal mobility and Gender of the respondent, Association between Impaired physical mobility and age of the respondent, Association between Impaired physical mobility and dietary pattern of the respondent. Association between Disturbed sensory perception and whether complications related to diabetes present.

Poverty is a persistent socio-cultural problem that necessitates precise definition in order to develop well-designed intervention policies. Unfortunately the poverty-wealthiest scale is not used to categorize people. Surveys are a simple way to establish this. The population is quite large. Subjective opinions are frequently skewed, and the data available is limited. Poverty is a complex issue that varies with the passage of time and geographical location. Our research focuses on (1) a method for predicting outcomes based on a multidimensional concept by taking into account numerous household variables, poverty can be reduced. (2) a story to find a feature, use the feature extraction framework .a household in a certain poverty level (3) Establishing four distinct classes instead of poverty. For more accuracy, we will divide data sets into numerous distinct data sets using the random forest machine learning technique.

The principal aim of this paper was to provide a summary of current trends in the development of e- learning in India. We know, the traditional classroom education offers the benefit of face-to-face interactions with peers which are typically moderated by a teacher. As students progress to higher classes in school, they seek more autonomy and intellectual freedom. Online learning can help them pursue highly individualized learning programs, possibly even college level courses. These, combined with hands-on exercises, real world exploration, and thorough assessments, can be highly beneficial to their learning progress. They can explore their options by trying out introductory topics from different fields, before committing to a specialization. Online learning platforms can help these students become more independent learners, before they make their way into college.

Abstract : The present research paper is concerned with community based Art practices, carried out in contemporary Indian urban context. The discussion is restricted to only those community art projects that either addresses some urban issues or specifically executed in some urban sites. The aim of this paper is to identify prominent figures, wheather artists or organizations, that have been long engaged in such participatory ventures. Also, the significant artworks, that have outcomed from some of the remarkable community art activities, are highlighted. This study discovers how art is utilized in urban grounds and what future possibilities as well as challenges are being ceded to artists, through such collective actions. It also focuses on how art is being coherented with other existing realms and how this symbiotic associations help in developing utilitarian and aesthetical structures.
