 Abstract

The Modi 3.0 government has unveiled a budget that carries significant implications for India's trajectory. This budget, presented amidst evolving global economic conditions and domestic challenges, offers insights into the government's approach to managing fiscal responsibilities, stimulating economic growth, and addressing socio-economic issues. The Union Budget 2024-25 was presented by the finance minister of India, Nirmala Sitharaman, in parliament on July 23, 2024. The nine priorities listed in the budget are productivity and resilience in agriculture, inclusive human resource development and social justice, urban development, infrastructure, employment and skilling, manufacturing and services, innovation, research and development, energy security, and next generation reforms (Money Control, 2024). The budget, however, also poses difficulties that will call for close observation and calculated modifications. The budget of the Modi 3.0 government demonstrates a proactive approach to economic management, marked by large expenditures in important industries and an emphasis on growth spurred by innovation.

 Abstract

Human Emotion Recognition (HER) Holds an important role across various fields, including human-computer interaction (HCI), mental health monitoring, and affective computing. In this study, we propose a new method to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of human emotion recognition by combining electroencephalogram (EEG) signal analysis with fuzzy inference systems (FIS). EEG signals offer crucial information about the brain's electrical functioning, closely related to emotional states. Fuzzy inference systems, on the other hand, offer a powerful framework for modelling complex relationships and uncertainties in the data. By integrating these two techniques, our goal is to create a durable and effective system for recognising emotions. This entails initially pre-processing EEG signals to identify important features and then designing and implementing a fuzzy inference system to predict emotions. We explore various fuzzy logic rules and membership functions to capture the nonlinear relationships between EEG features and emotional states. We assess the efficacy of the suggested system through examination of real-world EEG datasets, against existing methodologies. Our findings indicate a notable enhancement in both efficiency and accuracy of human emotion recognition when employing the integrated approach, as opposed to conventional methods the results of this research carry significant consequences for the development of advanced emotion recognition systems with potential applications in healthcare, gaming, virtual reality, and beyond.

 Abstract

This study examines the changing patterns of Indian migration to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, with a focus on Telangana. It highlights the historical context and the socioeconomic drivers, such as agricultural stagnation and high unemployment that propel migration. The study reveals that remittances from Gulf migrants are crucial for their families and contribute to India's economic growth. However, migrants face challenges like exploitation and poor working conditions. The research underscores the need for better migration management, skill development, and legal protections. The COVID-19 pandemic has further complicated the migration landscape, reducing job opportunities and exposing vulnerabilities. Policy recommendations include utilizing existing skill development programs, creating comprehensive migration databases, and enhancing legal and social protections for migrants.

 Abstract

One's face is an essential physical feature that gives everyone their own identity. The face recognition system can be used by using the features of the face as a biometric. Any organization's most difficult responsibility is recording attendance. Huge amount of time is often wasted to record the attendance. Under the conventional attendance system, teachers call on the students, and their attendance is recorded, accordingly. These conventional methods are laborious and time-consuming. In this project, we suggest Facial Recognition Method through which the photo of the entire class can be taken and then the attendance can be marked. This model combines an input image-capturing camera, an algorithm for facial recognition from input images, facial encoding, and identification, and finally attendance tracking in a CSV file for the required office. The database is created by training the system with the faces of the authorized students of every class and then their facial encodings are taken and then the model is trained. The library of Python is trained by HOG algorithm and SVM Classifier for identifying faces.

 Abstract

This study has demonstrated the effectiveness of lotion bars formulated with extracts of guava, papaya, and green tea. The inclusion of these natural extracts has not only enhanced the moisturizing properties of the lotion bars but also provided significant antioxidant and skin-rejuvenating benefits. Guava extract, rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, has shown to improve skin texture and promote collagen synthesis. Papaya extract, with its natural enzymes and vitamins, aids in gentle exfoliation and skin renewal. Green tea extract, known for its potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helps protect the skin from environmental damage and reduces the appearance of fine lines. The lotion bars have shown to be particularly effective in providing prolonged hydration and nourishment to the skin, making them suitable for various skin types, including sensitive and dry skin. The solid form factor of these lotion bars also offers practical advantages such as ease of application, portability, and reduced environmental impact due to minimal packaging requirements. Our findings suggest that these lotion bars can be a valuable addition to the natural skincare market, meeting the growing consumer demand for sustainable and effective personal care products. These ingredients provide synergistic effects that enhance skin hydration, protection, and rejuvenation. Further research and clinical trials are necessary to validate the product's efficacy and safety for commercial use. Future studies could explore the optimization of the extract concentrations to further enhance the efficacy and stability of the lotion bars. Additionally, consumer feedback and long-term usage studies would be beneficial to understand the market acceptance and potential improvements. In conclusion, lotion bars with extracts of guava, papaya, and green tea represent a promising innovation in the realm of natural skincare, offering multifunctional benefits and aligning with sustainable practices.

 Abstract

Regular exercise is crucial for staying healthy but doing it wrong can lead to pain and injury, especially for older people. Personal trainers can be pricey, and not everyone can afford one. That is where our smart fitness training system comes in. It is like having a virtual trainer that helps you with your exercise postures, using just a webcam. We tested different computer models to see how well they recognize different exercises, and they did well. This means our system could be a reliable way to make sure you are doing your exercises right and staying safe. In addition, utilizing technology you probably already have makes it way cheaper and easier than hiring a personal trainer. Our research shows that this system could be a game-changer for keeping people healthy and happy during their workouts.

 Abstract

This article explores the theme of absurdity and relationship between past and present in Tom Stoppards Arcadia. Literature is a mirror of life its always shows what is happening in the society. In this particular work Tom Stoppard explored the relationship between past and present. The past and the present have a mutual relationship which is essential for the traditional poet's work. When it comes to a literary work's conformity with the past, the past also do the accepted thing to it. T.S. Eliot analyze that a literary work of art have to be new or else it would "so not be a work of art." In order for a literary work to be traditional to the past at all, it must be new in some way--a new take on the past or else it would not be literary art at all, and would not fit in with all art as a complete. As a final point Eliot maintains that in order to know the past, one must be in the present. He explores that the present is "an awareness of the past in a way which the past's awareness of itself do not show." This proposes that the present is a essential vantage point for viewing the past as it actually is. In other words, with no the present, there would be no past. There is a likeness between both the past and literature we all understand completely, but not concretely. As we observe that Aesop's tales are measured mythical works of narrative yet at the same time we recognize the fact that they signify a fragment of history that is perpetually embedded in the timeline of the ancient works. The connection between history and literature will always be enveloping because one is the collection of activities and the other is the reflection of human life in its ever shifting form. Together they make up the representation of our humanity, but still leave sufficient space for more questions.
