 Abstract

ABSTRACT Charing is a famous region in Assam, located in the easternmost part of India. In ancient times, Assam included both mountains and plains. However, the political map of Assam changed a lot in the post-independence period. The present area of Charing is not as extensive as that described in history, but about 40 villages form the present larger Charing area. Charing has made indescribable contributions to the socio-economic, political, religious, educational, literary, cultural, scientific, commercial, etc. aspects of Assam and India. This research paper gives a comprehensive insight into an analytical account of the beginnings and progress of modern education in Charing.

 Abstract

This study has been undertaken to Plastic waste is silent threat to the environment and their disposal is a serious issue for waste managers. Now a day society does not have any alternative to plastic products like plastic bags, plastic bottles, and plastic sheets etc. In spite of all efforts made to limit its use but unfortunately its utility is increasing day by day. To circumvent this issue many efforts were made in the past to reuse the plastic waste but no significant results were achieved. On contrary concrete being the widely used construction material is facing problem due to unavailability of construction material (Cement, sand and coarse aggregate). Various attempts were made through experimentation to check the feasibility of plastic waste to be use partially in concrete with respect to various properties of strength, workability, durability and ductility of concrete. This paper includes review of various studies conducted on utility of waste plastic material used in the concrete. Moreover this paper will draw our focus toward the impingement on the various properties of concrete when partially replacing with waste plastic.

 Abstract

The present study has been undertaken to formulate and evaluate an herbal cream that contains a combination of Tridax procumbens and Curcuma longa extract. The selected medicinal plants Tridax procumbens and Curcuma longa are very promising species that produce secondary metabolites reported to have a variety of medicinal uses with specification to wound healing properties individually. Commercial antibiotics are ineffective due to multidrug resistance. The development of novel therapeutic bioactive potentials from ancient herbal medicines necessitates the betterment of human welfare becoming a need of an hour. In scenario of scientific findings, the development of Multi-drug resistance (MDR) of pathogens is overwhelmed by traditional herbal medicines due to their safety, cost-effectiveness and minimized. Ethanopharmacopia states that the two medicinal plants that were chosen, Tridax procumbens and Curcuma longa, are very promising species that contain secondary metabolites that are said to have a range of medicinal applications, with a focus on their unique roles in wound healing. The synergistic effect of these two plants has not been recorded to date. Hence, the present research envisioned the synergistic effect of best extracts from both the selected medicinal plants and their bioactive phytocompounds application against diabetic wound pathogens.

 Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has brought significant changes to the legal field. Due to the impact of technology in the legal field, the concept of virtual hearings and remote participation becoming increasingly prevalent, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research paper examines the guidelines, challenges, and acceptance of virtual alternative dispute resolution (ADR) hearings in the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (US), and India. The paper begins by defining the key terms "virtual hearings" and "remote participation" in the context of legal proceedings. It then delves into the guidelines and protocols developed by various organizations, such as the London Maritime Arbitrators Association, the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and the High Court of Delhi in India, to facilitate the smooth conduct of virtual ADR hearings. The paper highlights the key challenges faced by these jurisdictions, including security and confidentiality concerns, difficulties in assessing witness credibility, and technical difficulties. It also explores the unique challenges faced by India, such as the urban-rural digital divide and building trust in virtual ADR processes. Despite these challenges, the paper discusses the benefits of virtual ADR hearings, including lower costs, reduced emotional intensity, and increased flexibility. It also presents the findings of surveys conducted in the UK, US, and India, which suggest varying levels of acceptance and positive experiences with virtual ADR hearings. The paper concludes by emphasizing the need to strike a balance between innovations and safeguarding the principles of justice to unlock the full potential of virtual ADR hearings. Addressing the specific challenges faced by India, such as the digital divide and concerns about confidentiality, will be crucial for the country to fully embrace the benefits of this emerging trend in dispute resolution.

 Abstract

Literature shares the fundamental premise that it does not float above the material sphere in some aesthetic ether, but rather plays a significant part in an immensely complex global system in which energy ,matter and ideas interact in a perpetual dance.Barry commoners first law of ecology is "Every thing is connected to everything else "Literature acts on people and people act on the world .The world today grapples with devastating effects of climate change ,environmental ills ,destruction of rain forests and global warming .Literature plays an important role in promoting environmental awareness and encouraging action to mitigate the impact of human activity on the natural world and encourages readers to appreciate and protect it and bring about healthful actions .The paper aims to figure out how ecocriticism encourages to engage literature with raising human's awareness of environment. The paper argues how literary works play roles in this process .Literature as mirror of society and literature as model of society and how a green thread is winding its way through some literary works of kashmiri writers knitting the globe together intellectually by creating network of literary scholars committed to environmental service.who pose key questions through their works pertaining to the orientation of our social and cultural paradigms vis-a-vis the nature.

 Abstract

In recent times, there has been vast interest amongst researchers and financial analysts in the application of deep learning and optimization approaches to the prediction of trends in the stock market. The financial markets bear inherent complexities and non-linearities such that forecasting into their trends calls for very complex methods. In this paper, we take a deep dive into the state-of-the-art deep learning models and optimization algorithms applied in stock market trend forecasting. We investigate various architectures, including RNNs, LSTMs, CNNs, and hybrid models. In our attempt to improve the prediction accuracy and efficiency of the model, we also investigate several optimization methodologies, including genetic algorithms, particle swarm optimization, and reinforcement learning. This review addresses the merits and demerits of these methodologies, analyzes the practical applications of these approaches, and even identifies prospective areas for further research. Our findings show that the integration of deep learning with sophisticated optimization methods has the potential to demonstrate significant advances in the forecasting capabilities of financial markets.

 Abstract

Pediatric stomach cancer is an exceedingly rare malignancy with varied incidence rates and outcomes across different regions. This systematic review aims to comprehensively analyze the epidemiology, diagnostic strategies, and treatment modalities for pediatric stomach cancer from 2020 to 2024. A systematic review of literature published between 2020 and 2024 was conducted. Databases searched included PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. Studies were included if they reported on pediatric patients (age 0-18) with stomach cancer, and provided data on epidemiology, diagnostic methods, or treatment outcomes. 10 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. The result showed that incidence of pediatric stomach cancer ranged from 0.3 to 2 per million children annually, with higher rates reported in urban settings. Genetic predispositions, particularly mutations in CDH1 and TP53, were identified as significant risk factors. Endoscopy emerged as the primary diagnostic tool, demonstrating high sensitivity and specificity, while complementary imaging techniques such as MRI and CT scans played crucial roles in staging. Despite these advancements, the median time to diagnosis remained between 2 to 4 months, indicating ongoing challenges in early detection. Treatment involved surgery and chemotherapy, with multimodal approaches showing improved survival outcomes. However, variability in treatment protocols and the occurrence of adverse effects like neutropenia and cardiotoxicity were noted. Studies highlighted the need for standardized treatment protocols and enhanced diagnostic capabilities, particularly in resource-limited settings. This review concluded that underscores the importance of early detection and standardized treatment protocols in managing pediatric stomach cancer. Future research should focus on large-scale, multicentric studies to validate genetic findings and optimize treatment strategies, as well as addressing barriers to early diagnosis in different regions.
