 Abstract

Pharmaceutical analysis plays an outstanding conspicuous role in quality assurance similarly to internal control of bulk medication and pharmaceutical formulations. As a consequence, analytical methodology development has become the essential activity of study. New drug molecules are being developed and the analysis is also gaining equal importance. A huge survey was conducted for the determination of antidiabetic drugs including Vildagliptin, Sitagliptin, Metformin etc. from the research articles published in various pharmaceutical and analytical chemistry Journals. Nowadays, many antidiabetic drugs are available in tablet dosage forms. The present article focuses on the different analytical methods for the quantitative estimation of antidiabetic drug. The present paper accentuates the review of analytical methods including UV/Vis-Spectroscopy, HPLC, RP-HPLC, HPTLC, GC-MS, LC-MS etc. which involve the estimation of antidiabetic drug in pharmaceutical dosage form. The investigatory review may provide comprehensive details of various analytical techniques and their experimental condition to the researchers who are working in the area of analytical research of antidiabetic drugs. The present studies revealed that the gas chromatographic method combined with mass spectroscopy has specific advantages and sensitivity for antidiabetic drug analysis in pharmaceutical dosage form and biological matrices.

 Abstract

Brain abscess / intracranial abscess is a central nervous system disease caused by the infection from bacterial viral ,fungal etc. sources leading to a pus filled capsule inside the brain. It is a complicated and life threatening disease since currently there are no widely accepted neurosurgical management guidelines. Brain abscess has a high morbidity and mortality rate thus, the disease is currently a major public health problem. Majority of the pathogens are bacterial in nature eg -streptococcus , staphylococcus etc. In this study ,we have established some therapeutics against brain abscess using in silico network biology approaches. The selection of therapeutics and antibiotics depends on the microorganisms isolated from blood or CSF and their ability to cross the natural barriers of brain (BBB). The construction of network consisting genes associated with brain abscess were collected from different databases like malacard, genecard, and thorough literature study using cytoscape. The network consists of nodes representing genes and interactions between them. We identified two hub genes (STAT3 and IL6)from the network having highest degree and satisfying various parameters like MCC,MNC,stress etc. .We analyzed the role of target gene in brain abscess. A virtual library consisting of various antimicrobial compounds as ligands was made .Molecular Docking using auto dock vina1.5.6 version was done and through this study we found out promising therapeutics against brain abscess .In conclusion we found out the role of STAT3 and IL6 gene in brain abscess and established therapeutics against the causative agents . The docking simulations revealed several promising candidates with high binding affinity and favorable interaction patterns with the target proteins implicated in brain abscess pathophysiology. Furthermore, structural analysis of the ligand-receptor complexes provided insights into the molecular mechanisms of action and potential modes of inhibition for the identified compounds. Our findings highlight the potential of computational docking techniques in accelerating the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for brain abscess treatment. Future experimental validation of the identified lead compounds is warranted to confirm their efficacy, selectivity, and safety profiles in preclinical and clinical settings. Overall, this computational study contributes to the ongoing efforts to combat brain abscesses and improve patient outcomes through the rational design of targeted pharmacological interventions.

 Abstract

Customary law constitutes a prominent part of the culture, especially in North East India ie the tribal society. There is also an interesting interest in the customary law of tribal societies. Customary Laws are the customs, traditional practices, and rules followed by the tribal society from time immemorial. It reflects and represents the distinct a unique features of a tribe because customary law differs from tribe to tribe. If we investigate the definition of customary law there is no accepted definition, Customary laws include principles or values rules, and code of conduct, and established economic practices. They are enforced by community institutions and can have sanctions attached. They are locally recognized. Orally held, adaptable, and evolving (Swiderska,2009). The present paper aims to study the customary laws relating to women's inheritance and marriage in the Lotha tribe in Nagaland. The primary source was collected through the interview method and for secondary source it was relied on studies that were conducted on similar papers relating to tribal areas. The Lotha society is patriarchal and patrilineal so according to Customary law dealing with property rights in traditional Lotha society it was the son who inherits the immovable property. Women had less say when it came to property inheritance. The daughters have no share in it. In the absence of sons to inherit the father's property, then the properties are divided among the father's immediate relatives. All properties are exclusively inheritable, both movable and immovable goods, according to the Lotha custom. Women can purchase any property by using the money given by their parents or self-earned money. Yet her sons can only inherit those properties. In no case or condition, these properties can be diverted back to her parents or to their family members. (Athungo,2015:140) Equality and equal treatment of genders have become universally accepted norms. The women's rights movement has gone through a long struggle to achieve this recognition. More efforts are needed to ensure the proper implementation of equality and equal treatment of genders. There is a question of whether customary law relating to gender should be discarded and given up in order to achieve gender equality.

 Abstract

Introduction Inclusive education is a concept that recognizes the diverse needs of all learners and aims to provide equal opportunities for education and personal development. It emphasizes creating an inclusive learning environment that accommodates students with varying abilities, backgrounds, and learning styles. Inclusive education goes beyond mere integration, focusing on meaningful participation, respect, and equity. This article explores the significance of inclusive education and its potential to shape a more inclusive and equitable society. Kew Word - Embracing,Inclusive,Equality and empowerment Promoting Equal Access to Education One of the fundamental principles of inclusive education is providing equal access to quality education for all students, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Inclusive classrooms accommodate diverse learners, including those with physical, intellectual, emotional, or sensory impairments. By embracing inclusive practices, schools eliminate barriers to learning and ensure that every student receives appropriate support and resources to thrive academically and socially. Equality and Empowerment Equality refers to ensuring that all individuals have the same rights, opportunities, and treatment regardless of their characteristics such as race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, or abilities. It's about eliminating discrimination and bias to create a level playing field where everyone has equal access to resources, opportunities, and decision-making processes. Empowerment, on the other hand, is about enabling individuals and communities to take control of their lives, make choices, and achieve their full potential. It involves providing people with the necessary skills, knowledge, resources, and support to advocate for themselves, participate in decision-making processes, and pursue their goals without being held back by structural barriers or social norms. Achieving equality and empowerment requires addressing systemic injustices, challenging stereotypes and prejudices, promoting diversity and inclusion, and creating policies and practices that support the rights and dignity of all individuals. It also involves fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and solidarity where everyone's voices are heard and valued. Ultimately, by promoting equality and empowerment, societies can unleash the full potential of all their members, leading to greater social cohesion, economic prosperity, and overall well-being for everyone. Nurturing Diversity and Acceptance Inclusive education fosters a culture of diversity and acceptance, promoting understanding and respect among students. When students from different backgrounds and abilities learn together, they gain exposure to diverse perspectives, experiences, and cultures. This exposure cultivates empathy, breaks down stereotypes, and promotes a sense of belonging. Inclusive classrooms create opportunities for students to appreciate and celebrate differences, fostering a more compassionate and inclusive society. Enhancing Academic Achievement Contrary to conventional beliefs, inclusive education has been shown to enhance academic achievement for all students. When students with diverse needs are included in mainstream classrooms, they have access to high-quality teaching, peer interactions, and a broader range of learning opportunities. Inclusive settings encourage collaboration and cooperation among students, enabling them to develop essential social and academic skills. Additionally, inclusive education promotes differentiated instruction, allowing educators to tailor teaching strategies to meet individual needs and maximize learning outcomes. Building Inclusive Communities Inclusive education extends its impact beyond the classroom walls. By promoting inclusive practices within schools, we nurture inclusive communities that embrace diversity and equality. Inclusive schools involve parents, families, and community members in decision-making processes, creating partnerships that support the holistic development of students. This collaborative approach fosters a sense of ownership and shared responsibility, empowering all stakeholders to contribute to the well-being and success of every learner. Preparing for an Inclusive Society Inclusive education plays a crucial role in preparing students for an inclusive society. By learning alongside peers with diverse abilities and backgrounds, students develop crucial life skills such as empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving. They become equipped to navigate the complexities of the real world, respecting and valuing differences. Inclusive education nurtures future leaders, advocates, and change-makers who are committed to building a more equitable and inclusive society. Conclusion Inclusive education is not just an educational approach; it is a powerful catalyst for social transformation. By embracing the principles of inclusive education, we can create learning environments that celebrate diversity, promote equality, and empower all learners. It is essential for educators, policymakers, and communities to work together to ensure that inclusive education becomes a cornerstone of our educational systems. Only then can we build a society where every individual, regardless of their abilities or backgrounds, can thrive and contribute meaningfully.

 Abstract

Language is a means of communication. It is a method of communicating ideas, emotions, desires etc., by means of a system of voluntarily produced symbols - auditory and visual. The former constitute spoken language, to which the modern technological society pays more attention. On the other hand, the latter i.e. visuals symbols constitute written language, sign language, body language and so on. Language greatly enhances the ability of human beings to express their emotions, feelings and interaction with one another. Despite the fact that for centuries there has been a comprehensive approach towards the understanding of human language, a concrete consensus has not been arrived at regarding what this language is. Linguists, philosophers, psychologists and other researchers have all contributed to our understanding of what language is, and how it is acquired and used. These studies show that language is a complex, natural bestowed entity on each and every human being which is very difficult to be decoded in terms of scientific explanation. The complexity of the structure and its use involve many diverse, interacting psychological operations of which is human speech is one. Man being a social animal, requires something that will link him to the milieu in which he lives. It is language, and particularly speech, which performs this task as O'Connor (1973:9) rightly puts it: The spoken word is, and is likely to remain , by far the most frequent medium of communication between man and his neighbor and it is, to this ex tent at least the most important such medium.
