The mucus layer that covers the mucosal epithelial surface interacts with mucoadhesive drug delivery systems, and mucin molecules lengthen the dosage form's stay at the absorption site. The situation in which two materials, at least one of which is biological in nature, are kept together for extended periods of time by interfacial forces is known as bioadhesion. Since mucosal layer lines many parts of the body, such as the gastrointestinal tract, urogenital tract, vaginal tract, eye, ear, and nose, it represents prospective sites for the attachment of any bioadhesive systems. The mucoadhesive bilayer tablets include two different therapeutic molecules that each exhibit a unique set of effects at their respective locations.

The sunlight consists of harmful radiations which affects the skin. The Ultraviolet radiations are of 3 types Ultraviolet A, Ultraviolet B and Ultraviolet C. This article gives a detailed review on different types of Ultraviolet radiation. To protect our skin from Ultraviolet radiation sunscreen formulations are used which either absorbs scatters or reflects the radiation. The harmful effects on skin like photo aging, skin cancer, DNA damage are explained. The present review explains the various types of sunscreen formulations and the agents used for the purpose of sun screening. The agents are of two type's physical and chemical sun screening agents. The physical agents which block the sun light and the chemical agents which absorb the sunlight are listed and explained. To know the efficacy of the formulation sun protection factor calculation is done. The equation used to calculate the Sun Protection Factor value is explained in detail. The ultraviolet spectroscopic method is employed to calculate the Sun Protection Factor. The proposed method is found to be easy and rapid for the calculation of Sun Protection Factor values in the in vitro studies. The herbal formulation is more advantageous than the chemical formulation because of its fewer side effects. Few herbal sun screen agents are listed and explained its activity.

Abstract-- Nowadays, cosmetics are becoming more high demand in daily life and it was used frequently by many of people per year. Mankind uses various products to enhance beauty and elegance to look young and charming. Cosmetics thus play a vital role in human life. Now days, herbal cosmetic are widely used because of the belief that they have fewer side effects and better safety. Hair is one of the primary parts of the body which acts as a protective appendage. The main objective of the present work is to develop an herbal hair serum for general purpose (daily use) using various herbs with this evaluate the characteristics of cosmetic serum and to identify the best formulation of cosmetic serum. Three formulations of cosmetic serum (H1, H2 and H3) with different concentration of excipients have been developed. They were evaluated for its physical appearance, pH, homogeneity test, viscosity, spreadability test and stability test. All the parameters were found to be good and within the standards. Current research has revealed that herbal formulations are effective in enhancing hair consistency. In the mammalian system, the hair follicle is known to be the most significant organ that determines appearance, gender distinction, give violent temperature protection, and plays a part in tone- defense. The youngish generation have begun to suffer from extreme hair loss problems due to numerous life- related changes similar as fatigue, anxiety, input of junk foods, use of diiferent hairstyling/ coloring styles, etc. The loss of hair isn't temporary in utmost cases, but it results in alopia. numerous people suffering from hair loss are in hunt of multiple treatments due to extreme anxiety and pressure, from tradition to traditional and remedial mending to the use of minoxidil and finasteride. To ameliorate hair growth and to help hair loss, hair root activation is needed. Herbal dress are still generally used by average citizens because of smaller side goods and lesser protection and safety profile. The present study was intended to use different sauces to formulate herbal hair serum for general purposes (hair operation).

ABSTRACT: Background: Academic stress is a mental suffering caused by the expected dissatisfaction of academic failure. Whereas emotional intelligence is a personality trait that indicates an individual's ability to comprehend and tolerate one's own emotions as well as those of others. Aim and Objective: The broad aim of the present study was to investigate an empirical-based examination of the relationship among academic stress and emotional intelligence in secondary class students. The objectives of the study were to ascertain if there exist any gender, family structure and single child differences between academic stress and emotional intelligence. Method: The present study aims to investigate emotional intelligence and academic performance of students at the secondary level. Using random sampling technique 200 students, from the secondary level in different systems of education, namely, state, matriculation and central board schools are chosen. The Emotional Intelligence Scale has been used to assess the emotional intelligence and the marks scored yearly performance. The data collected is subjected to statistical analysis, namely, mean, standard deviation, 't'- test, Karl Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Co-efficient 'r'. Result: Results show a positive significant correlation between emotional intelligence and academic performance among the students. Further the students belonging to the central board schools have a higher level of emotional intelligence compared to students in state board but did not differ with students in matriculation board schools at the secondary level. Similarly, students belonging to central board schools are found to perform better in academics compared to students in state and matriculation board schools at the secondary level.

Accreditation ensures the standard of healthcare, yet accreditation effects on service quality are much debated. Some perceive it as improving quality and organizational performance, whereas others see it as overly bureaucratic and time-consuming, so adding it has limited advantage. The aim of the present study was to understand the perception of hospital staff working in quality management (i.e., doctors, nurses, management and administrators) on accreditation, and determine whether years of accreditation have had any impact on their perception. This was a cross-sectional, descriptive, data-based study initiated by the Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations. It consisted of primary data obtained in form of responses to a 30-item questionnaire and collected from 100 respondents. A probability (p) value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: For all 30 items, a significantly greater number of participants had a favorable response (p , 0.001). A greater number of administrators, as compared with doctors and nurses, responded positively on the impact of accreditation (p , 0.05). Participants from hospitals with 1-4 years of accreditation, as compared with participants from hospitals with 4-12 years of accreditation, gave a favorable response (p , 0.05). One of the most important hurdles to implementing accreditation programs is the dilemma of healthcare professionals, especially senior hospital staff, regarding the positive impact of accreditation. The need to educate healthcare professionals about the potential benefits of accreditation, which should resolve any cynical attitude of healthcare professionals towards accreditation, is of utmost importance. Accreditation is viewed as a reputable tool to evaluate and enhance the quality of health care. Following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines, two reviewers independently screened initially identified articles, reviewed the full-text of potentially relevant studies, extracted necessary data, and assessed the methodological quality of the included studies using a validated tool. The accreditation effects were synthesized and categorized thematically into six impact themes. Accreditation on healthcare workers and particularly on job stress, our results indicate a consistent positive effect of hospital accreditation on safety culture, process-related performance measures, efficiency, and the patient length of stay, whereas employee satisfaction, patient satisfaction and experience, and 30-day hospital readmission rate were found to be unrelated to accreditation. Paradoxical results regarding the impact of accreditation on mortality rate and healthcare-associated infections hampered drawing firm conclusions on these outcome measures.

The identification of mobile malware has emerged as a critical concern due to the widespread usage of mobile devices in our daily lives and the storing of significant personal and financial data on these devices. It has become more and more important to protect sensitive information on smartphones and tablets from unwanted assaults. Since machine learning enables us to automatically identify patterns and features in the data that may be suggestive of mobile malware, it can be a strong tool for malware detection on mobile devices. Following are some steps: Data gathering: In order to train and test the machine learning models, a significant dataset of mobile apps-- both malicious and benign--must be gathered first. Model choice: Mobile malware can be detected using a variety of machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, random forests, and support vector machines. model education The labelled dataset, in which each app is classified as either benign or malicious, is used to train the machine learning model. To reduce prediction errors, the model's parameters must be improved iteratively during the training phase. The model gains the ability to generate precise predictions by modifying its internal parameters after being exposed to a sizable dataset of input-output pairings. The training algorithm's optimisation goal is to reduce the discrepancy between the model's predictions and the desired results. The model continuously increases its capacity to make precise predictions and generalise to unobserved data through numerous iterations and modifications. Metrics including precision, accuracy, F1 score, and recall are frequently used to judge a model's efficacy. exemplary deployment The model is prepared for use in real-world scenarios for mobile virus detection following the completion of the training and evaluation phases. It's important to note that creating a machine learning strategy that effectively detects mobile malware can be difficult because malware authors are continuously coming up with innovative and complex ways to avoid detection.
