Aphthous stomatitis, one of the most common ulcerative diseases, is primarily associated with the oral mucosa and is characterized by excruciatingly painful, recurring, single, or multiple ulcers in the upper throat and oral cavity. The condition is also known as canker sores, cold sores, recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS), and recurrent aphthous ulcers by both the general public and medical professionals (RAU). During the active disease phase, eating, drinking, and swallowing are all affected, lowering the quality of life. In most cases, analgesics, antibiotics, and topical steroid application are the only medications used to treat symptoms. These over-the-counter medications can have serious side effects on occasion. Herbal medicine is a safer and more effective alternative to pharmaceutical medications. The goal of this article is to examine the regularly use herbal remedies and determine how it is working to treat mouth ulcers.

National highways and express ways play a crucial role in the development of states, but there is a pressing need for a road safety system to address this problem. Road traffic accidents have been identified as detrimental factors that hinder economic growth in developing countries due to their high associated costs, leading to social and economic concerns. Maharashtra, one of India's more advanced states, boasts a relatively dense road network and a higher concentration of motor vehicles compared to other states. The rapid growth of the population, coupled with increased economic development and motor vehicle usage, is a primary contributor to road accidents.

Due to growing environmental awareness, as well as stricter regulations on managing industrial waste, the world is increasingly turning to researching properties of industrial wastes and finding solutions on using their valuable component parts so that those might be used as secondary raw material for other industrial applications. Lime sludge production is a by-product of paper making in the paper mill industries. To date, these by-products are being used in other industrial branches and in the field of civil constructions, such as in cement manufacturing along with clinker and in masonry work for civil works. Considering the specificity of physical and chemical properties of lime sludge and a series of possibilities for its use in concrete, this research work demonstrates the possibilities of using lime sludge as partial replacements of cement in concrete. This research work presents an investigation of different properties of materials used for mix design. Quality tests were conducted to check the suitability of material for mix design. Mix design was done according to IS guidelines and the result of it was 1:1.62:3.40. The objective of the study is to check the compressive strength of concrete by adding lime sludge as partial replacement of cement in various percentages. In this work 20% cement has been replaced by five proportions of lime sludge. The five proportions are (0% Lime sludge), (5% Lime sludge), (10% Lime sludge), (15 % Lime sludge) & (20% Lime sludge). It has been observed from the 3, 7 & 28 days tests of compressive strength of concrete that compressive strength decreases as the percentage of lime sludge increases in the mix when compared with controlled concrete. The compressive strength, analysis carried out in this work gives a deeper insight into the cementitious properties and pozzolanic behaviour of such by-products when used for construction purposes. The results show that the strength properties of concrete vary significantly when cement is partially replaced by lime sludge.

This study investigates how Basalt Fiber Reinforced Self-Compacting Concrete (BFRSCC) performs in exterior beam-column joints subjected to positive quasi-static loading. The research focuses on understanding the behavior of basalt fibers when combined with M30 grade Self-Compacting Rubberized Concrete (SCRC) and 12mm chopped Basalt fiber. The aim is to provide valuable insights for the design and construction industry on the use of BFRSCC in reinforced concrete structures, following the principles of strong column weak beam theory for ensuring structural integrity. Experimental findings consistently show that the initial crack occurs near the bottom of the beam close to the joint and progresses upward during loading cycles, resulting in flexural cracks and beam hinging at the joint interface. Shear failure is identified as the primary mechanism leading to failure. By incorporating smaller proportions of crumb rubber and basalt fiber, the ductility of the specimens is improved in terms of displacement and stiffness. Crumb rubber inclusion enhances crack load and ultimate deflection, while basalt fiber reinforcement enhances crack load, ultimate load, and ultimate deflection. However, careful selection of the fiber content is crucial to balance the load-carrying capacity and stiffness. Challenges in meeting flowability requirements limit the exploration of higher fiber percentages, calling for further research. The study evaluates ductility and reveals significant enhancements with crumb rubber and basalt fiber. The findings contribute to construction practices and provide guidance for engineers, researchers, and practitioners involved in the construction of resilient and durable moment-resisting frame structures. Future research can explore alternative mix designs and examine the behavior of BFRSCC under different loading conditions to expand its practical applications.

The mucus layer that covers the mucosal epithelial surface interacts with mucoadhesive drug delivery systems, and mucin molecules lengthen the dosage form's stay at the absorption site. The situation in which two materials, at least one of which is biological in nature, are kept together for extended periods of time by interfacial forces is known as bioadhesion. Since mucosal layer lines many parts of the body, such as the gastrointestinal tract, urogenital tract, vaginal tract, eye, ear, and nose, it represents prospective sites for the attachment of any bioadhesive systems. The mucoadhesive bilayer tablets include two different therapeutic molecules that each exhibit a unique set of effects at their respective locations.

Abstract-- Nowadays, cosmetics are becoming more high demand in daily life and it was used frequently by many of people per year. Mankind uses various products to enhance beauty and elegance to look young and charming. Cosmetics thus play a vital role in human life. Now days, herbal cosmetic are widely used because of the belief that they have fewer side effects and better safety. Hair is one of the primary parts of the body which acts as a protective appendage. The main objective of the present work is to develop an herbal hair serum for general purpose (daily use) using various herbs with this evaluate the characteristics of cosmetic serum and to identify the best formulation of cosmetic serum. Three formulations of cosmetic serum (H1, H2 and H3) with different concentration of excipients have been developed. They were evaluated for its physical appearance, pH, homogeneity test, viscosity, spreadability test and stability test. All the parameters were found to be good and within the standards. Current research has revealed that herbal formulations are effective in enhancing hair consistency. In the mammalian system, the hair follicle is known to be the most significant organ that determines appearance, gender distinction, give violent temperature protection, and plays a part in tone- defense. The youngish generation have begun to suffer from extreme hair loss problems due to numerous life- related changes similar as fatigue, anxiety, input of junk foods, use of diiferent hairstyling/ coloring styles, etc. The loss of hair isn't temporary in utmost cases, but it results in alopia. numerous people suffering from hair loss are in hunt of multiple treatments due to extreme anxiety and pressure, from tradition to traditional and remedial mending to the use of minoxidil and finasteride. To ameliorate hair growth and to help hair loss, hair root activation is needed. Herbal dress are still generally used by average citizens because of smaller side goods and lesser protection and safety profile.
