 Abstract

Aquaculture is one of the fastest growing sector in the world, especially in Asia. it has become an important economic activity for many countries. Various kind of diseases are the major problem associated with this sector it reduces the yield considerably. Usually antibiotics are used against diseases. But antibiotic administration has many problems; to overcome these problems probiotic can be used as an alternative.Anatagonestic activity is a major characteristic of probiotics. Probiotics produce an array of antimicrobial compounds , so the location and characterization and effect of these compounds against the fish pathogens are very much beneficial. The compounds may be present either intracellularly or extrecellularly. So the antimicrobial activity determination of all these components is necessary. For that 4 cellular components such as intracellular product(ICP), extracellular product(ECP), heat killed whole cell product(HKWCP), and whole cell product(WCP) can be used, and their antimicrobial activity pattern determination and comparison of this with standard antibiotic will show their activity. Then the highest activity showing fraction then subjected to various analysis to identify which is the component which contributes this effect; for that Dialysis, Tricine SDS -PAGE, TLC analysis etc can be done . After that the effective component should be used for some field trails to find whether thy are effective in invivo conditions or not.

 Abstract

Thyroid nodules, which are characterised as aberrant thyroid cell growth, might be an indicator of an excessive iodine intake, thyroid degeneration, inflammation, and other diseases. Despite the fact that thyroid nodules are mostly benign, the likelihood that they are malignant rises noticeably every year. The labour of medical practitioners is reduced and unnecessary fine needle aspiration and surgical excision are avoided and thanks to a number of studies that have been done to identify thyroid nodules using deep-learning-based image recognition analysis. A novel deep learning architecture is proposed in this study to reliably identify benign and malignant thyroid nodules. We imported this data from Algeria's hospitals exactly in Setifcity, and it was labelled by volunteer doctors. There are 1546 images belonging to three different classes namely normal thyroid, benign and malignant nodules where benign referring to less harmful and malignant being highly dangerous. First, a ResNet50 model pretrained on ImageNet database was applied to a collection of ultrasound thyroid images. The trained model has now able to classify the thyroid nodules into different categories like normal, benign and malignant. Overall, the proposed model demonstrated that ultrasound images and deep learning may be used to distinguish between benign and cancerous thyroid nodules.

 Abstract

Surface finish is a vital aspect of manufacturing, and grinding is commonly used to achieve the desired surface quality. This study focuses on using a surface grinding machine to obtain high surface finish and metal removal rate on automotive engine parts and other components. EN31 steel, a versatile alloy used in various industries, is chosen as the material. Three input parameters, namely the number of passes, feed rate, and depth of cut, are considered to optimize surface roughness and metal removal rate. The Taguchi Method, MINITAB software, MATLAB, and ANN techniques are employed to analyze the experimental data and determine the most influential parameters. These findings can be applied in different manufacturing settings to select optimal performance parameters for achieving desired surface quality and metal removal rate.

 Abstract

Arvind Adiga's "The White Tiger" is a pressing commentary on the socio-cultural and political India. It presents itself as an unravelling of the hidden darkness of India and as a voice of the underclass. He highlighted the dark side of democracy in an exaggerated way that seems that India is not a country worth living in because of the corrupted political system's backwardness. Posed against the highly sophisticated luxuries of development, prosperity and glory of the rich India, are presented the sewage sunk stinking village of misery, pain and hunger of the poor India. Adiga therefore through the first-person narration expresses the various difficulties in the modern world such as poverty, caste suppression, lack of freedom and inequality. People in the modern world have incongruity towards society.

 Abstract

The majority of the time allotted to the professors for teaching is spent recording the attendance of the pupils who are present in the class. This is viewed as a problem because it deprives teachers of time they could use for teaching and interacting with students, as well as because it causes greater disruption and a loss of decorum in the classroom. The current manual attendance management system is further complicated by the existence of proxy attendance. These issues are addressed by an automatic attendance system, which monitors students' attendance in each class using a continuous stream of images from a video streaming device placed within the classroom. The suggested remedy might lessen the time spent by teachers monitoring attendance will also lessen the commotion in the classroom. For automated face identification utilising Deep Learning models like YOLO-v3 (You Only Look Once) and face recognition using Siamese Network, this piece of study offered a superior conclusion. The model has hardware that allows it to keep track of pupils' attendance in rooms with cameras. For the purpose of storing student information, a database is kept up to date. The data in the database can be changed, destroyed, or both. The framework has a connection to a dynamic web page that facilitates obtaining the attendance record directly. There are many different institutions, colleges, and universities that can employ this sophisticated face recognition-based attendance system.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT - AIM - The main aim of the study is to increase the knowledge of Primi Gravida Mothers regarding Weaning diet to prevent malnutrition in infant and to promote good growth and development in infants. METHODOLOGY - METHOD A descriptive Research design was used to assess the knowledge regarding Weaning diet in order to develop and disseminate information booklet among Primi Gravida Mothers in Teerthanker Mahaveer Hospital and Research Centre, Moradabad. In this study Purposive sampling technique was used to select 60 Primigravida Mothers. Structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. An information booklet was prepared containing necessary information to provide important information about Weaning to Primigravida Mothers. RESULT The result of the study showed that out of 60 samples, 42(70%) had average knowledge 18 (30%) had good knowledge and none of the Mother had poor knowledge. CONCLUSION The study concluded that Maximum Numbers of Mothers had average knowledge Regarding Weaning diet but lacks excellent knowledge regarding diet therefore there is need to educate mothers about healthy Weaning Practices. Measures should be taken to Educate Mothers with relevant information about benefits of Weaning diet.

 Abstract

India, just not like most countries of the world, is diverse in its population and the people are culturally diverse. It is also characterized by other aspects of diversity in terms of age, gender, number of employees region wise, which are even evident in making the workforce heterogeneous. Currently, employing a diversified workforce is a necessity for every organization. This paper analyzes the workforce diversity and its impact on productivity of an organization called Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.
