Abstract The increasing technology advancements have caused significant changes in education, from of the old Gurukul institution to the contemporary school. The educational procedures will undoubtedly have been through significant modification when the schooling institution does. The broad aim of the present study was to investigate an empirical-based examination of the relationship among attitude of secondary school teachers towards E-learning in relation to their Self-efficacy. The objectives of the study were to ascertain if there exists any relationship between gender, locality, type of school and between Attitude towards E-learning and Self-efficacy. The present study aimed to investigate the Teachers' attitude towards E-learning in relation to their Self-Efficacy. The study was carried out on a sample of 200 teachers from government and private secondary schools situated in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. 100 teachers were selected from government schools and 100 from the schools that are managed privately. The data were collected by using Self-efficacy tool by Dr Vishal Sood and Ms. Sapna Sen and a self-made E-learning tool. The findings revealed that no gender difference existed in attitude as well as perceived Self-efficacy of secondary school teachers. The teachers working in private schools were found to be having significantly favourable attitude towards E-learning and high level of perceived Self-efficacy than those working in government schools. It was also found that teachers with high level of Self-efficacy have favourable attitude towards E-learning than those with low level of Self-efficacy. On the basis of the findings of the study it is suggested that efforts should be made by the authorities to provide Pre-service as well as In-service training to teachers to enhance their skills in E-learning so that they develop a positive outlook towards using E-learning in their classrooms.

This research paper helps to formulate a natural preservative oil using Thyme oil, Apple skin oil, Clove oil, Bark of Cassia oil for nutrition addition and longer storage of chicken meat. This will reduce the use of sodium nitrate and sodium nitrites, and also decreases the risk of heart disease, diabetic and other chronic diseases. A natural preservation as an alternate for the commercially exiting preservatives; the natural preservative contains naturally occurring compounds which have antimicrobial properties to prevent the growth of microorganisms. The antioxidant properties of the preservatives help in increasing the nutritive value of raw meat in a cost effective and without any artificial preservatives. The natural preservative can helps to replace the chemical preservatives used. It implements the nutrition values and also implements the antimicrobial and antioxidant properties which are present in the essential oil to raw chicken meat. By this the nutrition value, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties of the chicken meat will be increasing and also helps to increase the shelf-life of the chicken meat. This paper also shows that chicken meat to which the oil is applied and kept at 50C is consumable up to 10 days than the normal chicken meat or the marinated chicken meat. The growth of E.coil and the appearance of the chicken meat is also noted and from this it came to the conclusion that the meat to which the oil is been applied can withstand up to 10 days in 50C.

Personality plays an integral part in identifying attachment styles and dimensions in individuals. While a lot of personality traits are influenced by the environment in which the individual lives, different situations and circumstances can also influence a lot of negative personality traits in an individual as they grow up. As a result, it can impact the ability of an individual to form secure and trustworthy relationships or attachment dimensions in his/her life. While there has been much research on the same in early childhood and adolescents, only a handful of them focuses on the impact of it on young adulthood. For this purpose, we conducted this study, to understand how the personality traits of an individual correlate with the different attachment dimensions in young adults. The objective of this study is whether personality facets were significantly correlated with different attachment dimensions. To investigate our objective, we used two different tools a) the NEO-FFI and b) the Revised Adult Attachment Scale. The results of this study indicated that only some of the personality traits were significantly correlated with attachment dimensions.

B?diy?n (Foeniculumvulgare Mill.) is one of the most important medicinal herbs due to its commercial relevance and pharmaceutical industry applications. It is commonly known as fennel and for a long period has been used in traditional medicine for a variety of diseases such as digestive, endocrine, reproductive, respiratory problems and many more. It has established itself as a valuable source of traditional medicine, as well as a remarkable foundation in pharmaceutical biology for the development/formulation of new medications and future clinical applications.
