 Abstract

Abstract Background: The fundamental challenge of this study is assessing people's attitudes towards research. There are several aspects to one's attitude towards research. Understanding the students' views towards research would help to bridge the gap among the research supervisor and his ward. To solve the many challenges that post-graduate students face, it is necessary to assess their attitudes and diagnose the areas that need to be addressed. Aim of study: The study's goal is to analyse post-graduate students' attitudes towards research and identify the many characteristics of attitude. This survey also delves into the top factors that influence their choice to pursue a Post-graduate. It also seeks to identify several factors that led students to enrol in post-gradaute programmes. Obtaining adequate knowledge to proceed on the investigation is an important step in the research process. This research also indicates the areas in which students require training at various levels in order to effectively finish the programme. The approach used to carry out this research is a questionnaire to measure research attitudes. Methodology: This study's sample consists of 200 post-graduate students who have completed one year of course work in M.eD, M.Sc or M.A. The variables include research interest, research fear, research usefulness, research obstacles, research importance, and research advantages. Teachers, an enthusiastic mentor, and friends are the top three elements that affect a student's decision to pursue a Post-graduate degree.

The aim of the research is to understand the relationship between Character Strengths and Life Satisfaction; and to further see which of the Character Strengths have the most impact on Satisfaction of the Young People in India. A sample of 100 college students (age 18-25) completed the Value in Action Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS; Peterson et al.; 2005) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS; Diener et al.; 1985). The mean and standard deviation scores were obtained; as well as the Pearson Correlation Coefficient of each of the Character Strengths of Value in Action Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS; Peterson et al.; 2005) with the Life Satisfaction scores of Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS; Diener et al.; 1985). The results suggest character strengths such as gratitude; fairness; hope; judgement; perseverance; self-regulation; teamwork; zest; and forgiveness are found to be correlated with Life Satisfaction in young people in India.

 Abstract

Social media and mobile technology have made it easier to access information. News spread rapidly among a large number of clients with an extremely limited ability to focus due to the increase in the usage of online media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. It is notably challenging for a human being to recognize and discern all instances of fabricated or misleading information commonly referred to as "fake news." In this paper, we intend to perform using Python, IDLE/ PyCharm to perform tokenization and feature extraction of text data with the assistance of thoughts identifying with AI, and Machine Learning. Our objective is to endow the user with the capacity to categorize news as either "factitious" or "authentic".

 Abstract

Abstract Systems of herbal use developed regionally in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, China, Japan, Australia, and the Americas. Two well-known systems still in use are the Ayurvedic herbs in India and herb combinations developed as part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in China . In Europe and the United States, use of herbs declined as purified extracts and synthetic chemical drugs became available. In recent years, there has been a resurgence of the use of herbs due to the following reasons: the side effects of chemical drugs became apparent, there was a call to return to nature, natural remedies became a part of the green revolution, and there was a return to organic produce. Herbal remedies, including those for skin disorders, are currently gaining popularity among patients and to a lesser degree among physicians. In Asia, especially in China and India, herbal treatments that have been used for centuries are now being studied scientifically. In Germany, the regulatory authority Commission E oversees herbal preparations and their recommended uses . Currently, the United States does not regulate herbal products except as dietary supplements.

 Abstract

The effective management of expanding complexity is well-known problem in the domain of communication networks. The cognitive network can be a beacon light for this problem. In this paper, we have studied the current research on cognitive networks, along with that we also studied the associated and enabling methods and tools. We have found that through analysis and learning, the cognitive communication network is capable of recognizing both internal and external changes. environments. Also, our studies have found cognitive communication network automatically adjusts the communication capabilities and resources distributed across each layer in accordance with user demands. It also can be intelligently adaptable to the changing environs and user demands.

 Abstract

Today's age is characterized by unprecedented dependence on digital devices and the internet. Additionally, procrastination is a prevalent issue in the academic sphere. In recent years, the constant availability of the internet, the prevalence of social media, and streaming services have amplified the temptation to engage in these activities instead of completing one's academic tasks. Additionally, poor self-regulation is also a huge contributor to procrastination. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-regulation, screen time, and procrastination among school and college/university students. A survey method was employed to collect data from a sample of 200 participants. The data was collected using self-reported measures, which included the Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire, and the Procrastination Assessment Scale - Students. The findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between self-regulation, screen time, and procrastination. Additionally, it was revealed that school children spend less time on screen as compared to university students, The study has several implications for educators and parents, highlighting the importance of promoting self-regulation skills and reducing screen time to prevent procrastination in students. Limiting screen time and encouraging self-regulation skills could help students to become more productive and effective learners, ultimately improving their academic performance and overall well-being.
