Most of people going to far off districts find it trying to get onto the right way. These issues grow up during the night time, in view of nonappearance of detectable quality and non-working of GPS, etc since not any place all over town we find versatile associations which can be used for course. Around then in case there is any one additional means which can outfit the wayfarers with the right pathway and fitting region, it will surely reduce the furor and urge more explorers to go making the rounds outing. Accordingly, to beat this issue, we really want to present Li-fi in the streetlights.

Abstract Infrastructure is the backbone of a teacher education institution to maintain the quality education. Infrastructure of teacher education institutions includes important elements like classroom, library, laboratories, recreational facilities, staff-office facilities and health-sanitation facilities. Teacher professional excellence means teacher capabilities in teaching, training with pedagogical and technological skills, and research aptitude resulting publication. The study was destined to find out the relationship between infrastructure and teacher professional excellence of teacher education institutions. Population was consisted of teachers of B.Ed. institutions of Binod Bihari Mahto Koyalanchal University (BBMKU), Dhanbad; Ranchi University (RU), Ranchi; and Vinoba Bhave University (VBU), Hazaribag; Sample of 154 teachers from 25 colleges under BBMKU, RU and VBU taken and primary data were collected by standardized tool 'B.Ed. Infrastructure Quality Observation Schedule' and 'Teacher Professional Excellence Tool'. Data were analysed by Pearson correlation by use of SPSS software. Findings showed that there is no significant correlation between the infrastructure and teacher professional excellence of teacher education institutions, (p=0.492, N=22) at 0.05 level of significance. The study reflects that teacher professional excellence is not significantly associated with the infrastructure of teacher education institutions, that teacher are independent of infrastructure, at the same time infrastructure facilities are essential to bring up quality education for the learners and so institutional learning output.

The study of fluid dynamics, a subfield of physics, focuses on the Newtonian or non-Newtonian behaviour of fluids. Non-Newtonian fluids display a more complex behaviour than Newtonian fluids, which show a linear relationship between shear stress and shear rate. An overview of the several fluid types used in fluid dynamics is given in this review article, including viscoelastic fluids, shear-thinning and shear-thickening fluids, Newtonian fluids, and more. Each type of fluid's characteristics and uses are covered, with an emphasis on their significance in real-world fields like materials research, biomedical engineering, and the creation of consumer goods. The article emphasises how crucial it is to comprehend fluid behaviour in order to optimise procedures and create new materials and goods.

An art form constituting the interlocution of human psyche, emotions, subtlety and other forms of creativity confirming the mastery over artistic merit can be accounted as literature. In this aspect, literature evokes rationale and critical thinking in human psyche. Furthermore, literature connects the readers through various modes of literary composition and enriches social consciousness and aesthetic appreciation at the peripheries. Being located between the Tropic of Cancer and Capricorn, Africa as a nation consists various ethnicities who would sensitise the sensibilities of nationhood irrespective of cultural diversity. Moreover, African Literature addresses the issues of slave trade, gender discrimination, racism and embodies literary aspects on slave narratives, postcolonial perspectives and trauma narratives prior to colonization. With the emergence of literary theories, psychoanalytic criticism facilitates the reader in analysing the psyche of characters in literary texts. In this view, Zakes Mda, South African novelist depicts the Post-apartheid South Africa in one of his works Ways of Dying. Toloki, the predominant character, was marginalized and traumatized by the society finds solace in his own community. The chief motive of the paper is to analyse the traumatic events encountered by Toloki in his lifetime in the violent city of South Africa.

This research describes a unique conformal antenna design that delivers higher bandwidth and gain while using a compact and mild flexible substrate appropriate for Military aviation Communication. Conformal antennas are widely used in satellite communication because they may be built to adapt to the curvature of the surface, allowing for better aerodynamics and lower drag. The antenna's conformal design allows it to be fitted into a variety of military platforms, offering effective communication and sensor capabilities. The antenna substrate is made of RT5880(lossy) flexible Rogers with a dielectric constant of 2.2 and a loss tangent of unity. Rogers RT/duroid is a high-frequency laminate material that is frequently used as an antenna substrate. The material is appropriate for high-frequency applications due to its low dielectric constant, low loss tangent, and great thermal stability. Copper is used to create the Patch and Ground planes. The antenna was measured and simulated with one element powered and the surrounding elements terminated in 50-ohm resistive loads. The microstrip patch antenna components' estimated reflection coefficients suggested a narrowband match at 5.2 GHz. The antenna's performance is optimized during the design process by using electromagnetic simulation software. The radiation pattern, gain, and impedance matching are all evaluated throughout the analysis.

Soil having poor bearing and shearing strength need stabilization to make it suitable for construction purpose. If the soil is weak and has not enough stability to resist heavy loading, the soil should be reinforced and stabilized. As the quality of the soil is increased, the ability of the soil to distribute the load over a greater area is generally increased. Soil stabilization refers to alteration of soil properties to improve the stability or bearing power of the soil by controlled compaction, proportioning or by adding admixtures. Soil stabilization can be done by different methods like mechanical, chemical stabilization or by using different types of admixtures. The samples are prepared at their respective maximum dry density and optimum moisture content. From the study, it is observed that the friction angle increases by 26% at fiber content of 0.5% and fiber length of 6mm. The fiber reinforced low plasticity clay exhibited crack fracture and surface shear fracture failure modes, implying that polyester fiber is good earth reinforcement material with potential applications in civil engineering.
