AIM: the aim of the study is to find out the effectiveness between core stabilization vs Mc kenzie exercises in the treatment of patients with mechanical low back pain METHOD: 30 subjects with mechanical low back pain were selected between the age group of 20 to 40 years were randomly assigned into two groups. Group A was treated with Core muscle strengthening exercise and Group B was treated with Mc kenzie exercise for mechanical low back pain patients.VAS, The revised oswetry questionnaire were used as measuring tool, before and after treatment were recorded for further analysis. RESULTS: Data analyzed and result indicates that Core muscle strengthening exercise has improved back pain and disability than in Mc kenzie exercises. CONCLUSION: The results present here are important as they demonstrate that lumbar stabilization exercise program are aimed at improving pain, range of motion and functional disability From the result, Study can be concluded that Core stabilization exercise has significantly improve pain and disability than Mc kenzie exercise in subjects with Mechanical low back pain.

Plant-parasitic nematodes have been reported to constitute serious impediments to crop production. Information on the occurrence and distribution of these pests in various irrigation sites in Katsina state is scanty. This study investigated the geographical distribution and population density of nematodes associated with some irrigation sites in the state. Ten irrigation sites across the state were surveyed in consultation with the Department of Irrigation in the Ministry of Agriculture and natural Resources, Katsina State. Five composite soil samples were taken at different crop fields in each of the irrigation sites. Extraction of nematodes from the samples was done using modified sieving and decanting techniques as described by Coyne et al. Analysis of the samples revealed 23 genera of plant parasitic nematodes. The most prominent nematodes found in all the samples collected from the irrigation sites were: Rotylenchus, Tylenchus, Pratylenchus, Scutellonema, Aphelenchus, Aphelenchoides, Meloidogyne, Hoplolaimus, and paratylenchus. While Telotylenchus, Belonolaimus, Ditylenchus, Heterodera, Longidorus, and Criconemoides occurred in very low numbers. The study indicated a widespread distribution of economically important plant-parasitic nematodes in the irrigation sites. The major nematodes identified in this study portend serious implications on profitable production of crop in the irrigation sites, because these nematodes are known to be damaging to crops. Enlightenment programme for the farmers in the irrigation sites should therefore be embarked upon by the proper agencies to inform them of the presence of plant-parasitic nematodes in their crop fields and the implications. This paper presents an augmented reality application for the working of a difficult word like environment, photosynthesis, molecules, matters etc. Quick Response (QR) codes is a 2D barcode that can store information such as animated or video appear everywhere these days. Technological advances brought applications of innovations to education with new technologies accompanied by more learner active environments using QR Codes by using the Internet. There are learners preferring self-learning. Traditional learning materials have been upgraded to be more appealing, motivational, and technologically advanced. The main aim to develop this AR application for understanding particular word to make learning more interesting and easier for students.

The present study emphasizes the impact of coping strategies on the management of stress among health professionals in Kerala during COVID 19. The Kerala health departments have proven their quick and efficient responses in handling the Nipah virus outbreak and the COVID 19 pandemic. Health professionals from Kerala are working all around the globe, and many of these countries have openly acknowledged the contribution of these health professionals to their countries. At the same time, this group faces a lot of challenges in their occupational as well as their family life. They are forced to work beyond their working hours, in several shifts, thus managing their children and family are also affected. This directly or indirectly affects their patients, colleagues, family, friends, and every other person related to or depended on them. It will negatively reflect on the health system of the nation. A healthy population which is the pillar of a nation's strength is in the hands of health professionals. So it is necessary to study the issues faced by the health professionals.

Life Skills is very much essential for a teacher to deal with the challenges in the classroom. The purpose of this paper was to study the status of Life skills of B.Ed. Trainees. The major objectives of the study was to find whether there is significant difference between Life skills of B.Ed. Trainees on the basis of their gender, types of institution, medium of study, pedagogical specialization and educational qualifications. The population consisted of all the B.Ed. Trainees of Patna district and the sample consisted of 352 B.Ed. Trainees. Random sampling technique was used to select training institutions for the study and survey method was employed for data collection. A self-constructed and validated Life skills assessment scale (LSAS) was used to collect the data. Mean, S.D., t test, Anova was used to analyze the data to infer the findings. The findings of the study reveal that there is no significant difference between Life skills of B.Ed. Trainees on the basis of gender, types of institution, medium of study, pedagogical specialization and educational qualifications.

Bioethanol is one of the most important alternative renewable energy sources that substitute the fossil fuels. Lignocellulosic substances such as agricultural wastes are attractive feedstocks for bioethanol production because agricultural wastes are cost effective and renewable. The main objective of the current study deals with the conversion of lignocellulosic waste materials such as Banana pseudostem, Bengal gram husk, coir pith, cotton pod and wheat bran into liquid based energy fuel. The experimental studies have been carried out to optimize the pretreatment process of ligncellulosic substances and efficient conversion of cellulose to sugars using the enzyme cellulose, isolated from Trametes sp. In the pretreatment process, the lignin, hemicellulose, and cellulose are separated to enhance the hydrolysis process. The cellulase was used for the hydrolysis process, which helps in converting the cellulose to sugar which was analysed using Dinitrosalicylic acid. The reducing sugars were fermented to produce bioethanol using the yeast inoculums and the yield was estimated using HPLC. Among the lignocellulosic substances used in the present study, wheat bran found to be a good producer of ethanol.

Angiotensin- Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitors are very frequently used as a standard therapy in treatment of hypertension and heart failure. They are also prescribed in the management of diabetic nephropathy to prevent its progression. Moreover, they have other indications. Side effects of ACE inhibitors drugs like dry cough, hyperkaliemia, hypotension, renal failure, proteinuria are very common. They can cause other side effects such cutaneous manifestations that are rare and not very recognized. However, they rarely cause cutaneous vasculitis. We report the case of 65-year-old male who had history of dilated cardiomyopathy with severe left ventricle dysfunction, treated with ramipril with good tolerance at first and who developed cutaneous vasculitis after second introduction.
