The U.S. Congress on October 1, 2008, gave final approval to an agreement facilitating nuclear cooperation between the United States and India. The deal is seen as a watershed in U.S.-India relations and introduces a new aspect to international non proliferation efforts. First introduced in the joint statement released by President Bush and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on July 18, 2005, the deal lifts a three-decade U.S. moratorium on nuclear trade with India. It provides U.S. assistance to India's civilian nuclear energy program, and expands U.S.-India cooperation in energy and satellite technology. But critics in the United States say the deal fundamentally reverses half a century of U.S. non proliferation efforts, undermines attempts to prevent states like Iran and North Korea from acquiring nuclear weapons, and potentially contributes to a nuclear arms race in Asia. This Paper examine the civil deal implications on India's Foreign Policy.

Recent advancements in AI have surpassed our wildest expectations, particularly in the realm of Deep Neural Networks. These breakthroughs have enabled AI to manipulate various forms of multimedia, including video, audio, and photos. Deepfakes, a novel technique, allow for the complete transformation of multimedia, molding it into any desired perspective, whether positive or negative. The implications of realistic and high-quality deepfake videos are concerning, as they contribute to the dissemination of invasive information, incite political unrest, create social imbalances, and instill fear in vulnerable individuals. While creating deepfakes using AI-powered tools has become easier, detecting them and restoring the original layered multimedia from rasterized or altered versions remains a significant challenge. This situation fosters a sense of fear, instability, and profound desperation within national democracies. Consequently, the need arises for a system capable of assessing the authenticity of photos ensuring the safeguarding of individuals' security and privacy.

Empty Nest indicates the emotional and psychological distress and misery experienced by parents when their children move out of their homes and live independently. (Woll,M. 2022). Life satisfaction, on the other hand, refers to a person's overall wellbeing, happiness and contentment with life (Hall,A.2014) This research explores the relationship between empty nest syndrome and life satisfaction of middle aged adults. A total of 249 parents, including 120 fathers and 129 mothers aged between 45 to 65+ years, were surveyed. The study's objectives and hypotheses were constructed to meet the research aim, using the Empty Nest Syndrome Questionnaire and Life Satisfaction Scale for data collection. The findings suggest that there was a significant gender difference in empty nest syndrome, while there was no significant gender difference in life satisfaction of middle aged parents. Additionally, there was a negative correlation between the two variables signifying that an increase in empty nest syndrome led to a decrease in life satisfaction. Limitations and future implications of the study were also discussed. Moreover, the parents were encouraged to engage in self-care activities, mindfulness, pursue hobbies and interests and were motivated to seek social support. The findings of the study can be used to develop interventions to help middle aged adults manage their feelings of isolation caused because of empty nest and improve their life satisfaction.

Shear As a result of modern civilization, constructions of multistoried building of elevated height are increasing day by day. These structures are made safe prior to earthquake and wind load. For the durable constructions, the study of impacts of earthquake loads and wind loads on these structures with respect to different elevated heights is compulsory. It is exceptionally rudimentary to consider the impacts of horizontal loads initiated from wind and earthquakes in the analysis of strengthened RCC structures. In this study, three different types of asymmetrical buildings are used in seismic zone V of G+20 floors are selected for analysis and layouts of these structures are drawn in AutoCAD. These structures are modeled in STAAD PRO. All the floor finish (FF) and live loads (LL) were considered as per design and code. After successful modeling, the structures were analyzed for both earthquake and wind load on STAAD PRO as per the codal information. The purpose of this research is to conduct a thorough comparative examination of an asymmetrical multistory structure subjected to wind and seismic stresses in seismic zone V. The structural reaction and performance of the structure are evaluated using the STAAD.Pro programme. The basic goals of this study are to investigate structural factors such as storey drift, time period, base shear, and average displacements. The analysis is carried out the help of Staad Pro V8i Structural Software. The building model in the study has twenty storeys with constant storey height of 3.3m. Models are used to analyze with different bay lengths and the number of Bays and the bay-width along two horizontal directions are considered un equivalent to make building asymmetrical values of SEISMIC ZONE FACTOR (z) in ZONE V is taken and the corresponding effects are interpreted in the results. The technique entails a thorough examination of the building's structural characteristics in accordance with applicable codal rules such as IS 456-2000, IS 1893-2016, and IS 875 parts 1 to 5. The structure's asymmetrical character, as well as its special geometrical and material qualities, are modelled in the STAAD.Pro programme. The wind forces are simulated using the relevant wind load provisions, and the seismic forces are estimated using the seismic zone V design response spectrum.

Rebecca Maria Torres is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography & the Environment and holds a post of Associate in Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies (LLILAS) at the University of Texas at Austin. Her areas of interest include migration, gender, children's geographies, rural restructuring in Latin America, and activist/engaged scholarship. As a feminist, Rebecca was not simply taking notes, in a courtroom normally observing the things which was masculinist, going on, but she was making spaces of migration controls & telling what can expect some unexpected findings in what she was doing as a feminist with geopolitics on her mind. In my present research, I need to momentarily uncover to you the likely occasions that will happen in the fairly not so distant future. The world's nation-states are competing for limited resources in our current economic and political structure. For the time being, that will remain the case. Spirit has provided us with sufficient resources to support the entire planet's population. However, our self-centred and avaricious sides of humanity are also in play because we live in a polarized world.

Abstract-- Credit cards are widely used in most financial aspects due to the exponential development in online purchases, which increases the risk of fraudulent transactions. By examining different user behaviour from past transaction history databases, these fraudulent transactions can be demonstrated. Any deviation from the usual patterns of behaviour raises the risk of a fraudulent transaction. In this research, ensemble learning algorithms (XGBoost) is used. The builded system will determine whether a transaction is authentic or fraudulent using this models. Therefore, financial losses brought on by fraudulent transactions can be reduced by incorporating this methodology into fraud detection systems.
