Copper has been utilized to make nanoparticles because it is readily available. However, aggregation and rapid oxidation are difficulties in the research sector. In the current work, pure copper nanoparticles were produced chemically in the presence of a chitosan stabilizer. The quality of the nanoparticles was confirmed using a variety of characterization techniques, including as ultraviolet visible spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The antibacterial and antifungal abilities of the nanoparticles were tested on a number of important pathogens, including Candida albicans, Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella choleraesuis, and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. The development of the microorganism is affected by the chitosan medium, according to studies on the issue. The size of the copper nanoparticles that were created varied from 2-350 nm depending on the quantity of the chitosan stabilizer.

Natural fibers have lot of commercial values . The natural fibres such as banana fiber and coconut fibre can be used to make materials such as ropes , furnitures , mattress, etc . The secondary products like cocopeat is also obtained that be used to grow saplings . Currently there are lot of machines that can be used to extract fibres . These machine require lot of initial investment , require frequent maintenance and are bulky . Our research work proposes a compact fiber extracting machine that can extract both banana fibre as well as coir fiber . The single machine shall be designed to extract multi fibers . The design shall be compact and pocket friendly.

Changed eating behaviours and poor quality of sleep are common issues among people, especially young adults, these days. Their interplay is found to have a detrimental impact on various aspects of one's life, their physiological, cognitive, emotional and overall well-being. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between stress eating and sleep quality among stressed young adults and examine gender differences in stress eating and sleep quality. A descriptive-regression research design was employed, utilizing a quantitative approach to collect and analyze data. A purposive sampling method was used to select 230 participants aged 18-25 years from Delhi and Delhi NCR regions. The participants completed the Stress Scale, Salzburg Stress Eating Scale, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index along with a demographic form. The results of regression analysis revealed that stress eating did not significantly predict sleep quality among young adults. Additionally, results from independent t-tests indicated no significant difference in stress eating between males and females. However, a significant difference in sleep quality was found between male and female young adults. These findings contribute to the understanding of the relationship between stress, stress eating and sleep quality in young adults and underscore the importance of further research and targeted interventions to support the well-being of those young adults under stress. However, caution should be exercised when interpreting these results due to study limitations, such as small sample sizes and cross-sectional data.

Solar energy is one of the most reliable and sustainable sources of renewable energy. However, the efficiency of solar panels decreases due to various environmental factors such as dust, dirt, and shade. In this paper, we propose an automatic solar tracking system with an automatic cleaning solar-based water spraying tool to maintain the efficiency of solar panels. The design, implementation, and assessment of a solar tracking system with an automatic panel cleaning mechanism are covered in this research study. By increasing solar energy absorption and preserving the cleanliness of solar panels, the system seeks to increase the effectiveness of power generation. The suggested solution makes use of a water-based cleaning mechanism that is activated by a light-dependent resistor (LDR) and managed by an ESP32 microcontroller. The system keeps track of the output voltage of the solar panels and only engages the cleaning mechanism when it is essential, ensuring optimum performance and extending the life of the solar panels. Abstract: The aim of the present study was to study the effects of abusive parenting styles on social and emotional competence and psychological well-being of young adults (17 - 25 years). Parenting is the process of nurturing and raising a child from infancy to adulthood. It entails a variety of tasks and duties, including attending to the child's bodily, emotional, and social needs, imparting morals and values, establishing rules and expectations, and directing the child's growth. Parenting that harms a child physically, emotionally, or sexually is referred to as abusive parenting. Social Competence describes the capacity to communicate clearly with others in a number of social contexts. Emotional competence is the capacity to appropriately identify and manage one's own emotions as well as those of others. Psychological well-being is a condition of excellent mental health and functioning in which people feel good, are completely present in their life, and are able to deal with stress and obstacles. A random sampling technique was used to collect a sample of 200 young adults (18 - 25 years). Multi-Dimensional Parenting Scale (MDPS) 1985, Social Competence Scale (SCS) 1992, Emotional Competence Scale (ECS) 1994 and Psychological Well-Being Scale 1989 were administered through a google form and offline mode. The data was analyzed quantitatively for correlation and regression using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between Abusive Parenting styles with Social Competence, Emotional Competence and Psychological Well-Being of Young Adults. Also, Findings suggest that predictors explain 26.6% of variance in social competence, 25.4% of negative variance in Emotional Competence and 36.6% of negative variance in Psychological Well-Being.

The study on the influence of mindfulness and creativity on flow among adolescents in rural and urban areas aims to examine the impact of these factors on the experience of flow among adolescents between the ages of 14 to 19 years. The study will investigate the potential differences in the influence of mindfulness and creativity on the flow between rural and urban areas. The data in this particular study has been obtained with the help of the scales named "Five Facet Mindfulness Scale", "Flow for Presence Questionnaire", and the "Baquer Mehndi test" as well as a demographic information form. The results showed a positive correlation between creativity and mindfulness, as well as between creativity and flow. However, the correlation between flow and creativity was not statistically significant. The study also found significant gender differences in creativity, mindfulness, and flow, with males scoring higher than females.

Tropic and sub tropic countries receive maximum sun light, due to which these places are hotter when compared to rest of the world. More than 125 of the world's countries and territories are geographically located at least partially in the tropics which includes Brazil, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, Cuba, Colombia, India, etc., These 125 countries experience maximum sun light when compared to the countries that are far from equator. Employees, construction & non-construction workers, students, hawkers and security personnel living in these countries travel from one place to another place either by bikes, cycles, walk or by buses in which AC is not available or possible and hence they get exposed to hot climate for longer durations. Due to excessive exposure to hot climate and sweating, people living in these areas get affected with health problems like skin diseases, sun stroke; temperature fatigue related problems and also has to bear lots of discomfort. Design and fabrication of human air comfort jacket will be a best solution to the above problem. The human air comfort jacket produces cold air using thermos electric coolers and circulates it around upper body via channels that are cut inside the jacket. By implementation of this technology, we can protect humans from health problems like sun stroke, dehydration and skin diseases, and discomfort due to hot weather and upon this jackets cost is lower when compared to commercial large sized heavy air conditioners that cannot by carried by human himself.
