Hospital waste and containers including disposed of push, needles, glucose, drip bottles, plastic papers and bandages are separated by hand which has detrimental long-term health impacts. An automated trash segregation system is what is being suggested. This system has the ability to distinguish garbage by waste recognition and identify waste on its own. In addition to making the neighborhood safer and healthier, this medical waste segregation shields the workers from potentially dangerous items.

Anonym Pay represents a pioneering advance in mobile payment applications and prioritizes user privacy and security in an increasingly digital world. Anonym Pay offers a solution that allows people to make payments without revealing sensitive information such as phone numbers or bank account details, meeting the critical need for anonymous transactions while keeping personal information safe. At the heart of Anonym Pay is an advanced facial recognition system combined with multi-factor authentication (MFA), which ensures secure access to user accounts. This multi-layered authentication process not only strengthens security, but also increases users' trust in the platform. Users must create accounts in the Anonym Pay ecosystem, link them to their bank accounts or add funds using UPI credentials. These assets are then converted into digital tokens or a cash equivalent, which ensures anonymity during transactions. Central to the application architecture is the use of encryption technologies, in particular the bcrypt algorithm, for storing sensitive user data in the database. By using encryption, Anonym Pay reduces the risk of data breaches and unauthorized use, thus protecting users' privacy and financial information. Additionally, Anonym Pay uses machine learning algorithms for its facial recognition features, which improves the authentication process during transactions. In conclusion, Anonym Pay represents a paradigm shift in mobile payment applications by prioritizing user privacy and security through innovative features such as facial recognition, MFA and strong encryption technologies. Anonym Pay provides a platform for anonymous transactions without compromising security, giving people peace of mind as they conduct financial transactions in an increasingly interconnected digital environment.

The increasing number of people suffering from mental health issues, especially depression, is a growing problem on a worldwide scale. The abundance of textual data made available by people's frequent online expressions of emotion and ideas on social media platforms is a promising resource for the early diagnosis and treatment of depression. In this review article, we take a look at the latest methods for identifying depressive symptoms in social media posts using machine learning and natural language processing. We review the pros and cons of many techniques for reliably detecting depressive symptoms, including topic modelling, sentiment analysis, deep learning, linguistic feature extraction, and sentiment analysis. Data privacy issues, sample bias, and language subtleties are just a few of the obstacles we investigate when it comes to using social media data for mental health evaluation. Our hope is that this review will shed light on the present state of depression diagnosis from social media texts and point the way toward future studies that will improve these approaches while also considering their ethical implications.

The human gut microbiome, a complex ecosystem of trillions of microorganisms, plays a critical role in human health and disease. This review delves into the intricate world within our gut, exploring its definition, composition, and the diverse factors that influence its delicate balance (diet, genetics, lifestyle, medications). We then navigate the potential links between gut microbiome dysbiosis (imbalance) and various diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and even neurological disorders. Finally, the review explores emerging areas of research, such as the role of the gut microbiome and its therapeutic Interventions with future directions. By understanding the intricate relationship between the gut microbiome and human health, we can pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies and personalized approaches to disease prevention and management.

Introduction: Beta thalassemia syndromes are the group of disorder which is hereditary (Autosomal recessive)with characterized by reduced or absent beta globin chain synthesis resulting in the reduced hemoglobin in Red blood cell(RBC), Decreased RBC production and anemia. Material and Methods: We studied on the 50 patients attending the blood bank for transfusion from the pediatric department of C.U.Shah medical College and hospital, Surendranagar from the October 2022 to September 2023. Aims and objectives: To determine the age of patients, at the age when they diagnosed , frequency of transfusion, total number of transfusions till the study done and correlation with The serum ferritin level, and hemoglobin level and MCHC is also studied from records. Result: Among 50 patients, mean age is 9.48years, with the mean duration 8.25 years till study done having mean hemoglobin up to 7.04gm/dl, mean level of MCHC is 36.48g/dl, due to once or twice a month transfusion to maintain the serum ferritin level, majority are on the chelation therapy (96%), mean Serum ferritin level is correlated with the number of transfusion in <150 is 2948+1745.69 and in >150 is 3100+1365.42 microgram/dl. Male to female ratio is 1.38 in the study done. Conclusion: It is mandatory to monitor the duration of disease hemoglobin level, serum ferritin level with the transfused units in beta thalassemia major patients to give them better and prolonging life expectancy

This study investigates Generation Alpha, born from 2010 to 2025, and their interaction with digital media and technology. Growing up in a digital age, understanding their technological habits is crucial. Through a comprehensive approach integrating literature review and empirical analysis, this paper scrutinizes their digital patterns, preferences, and their impact on cognitive development. Generation Alpha's digital engagement spans various platforms, from smartphones to social media. Their usage habits across these platforms shape their digital experiences significantly. Additionally, this study delves into the repercussions of digital media on their cognitive evolution. Digital media consumption has become integral to Generation Alpha's upbringing, influencing their thinking, learning, and information processing. Analyzing these effects provides insights into their critical thinking skills, attention spans, and overall cognitive development. Furthermore, the research explores implications for education, health, and cultural paradigms. How does digital interaction affect their educational outcomes and mental well-being? Understanding these dynamics is crucial for developing strategies to support Generation Alpha's cognitive growth and mitigate risks associated with excessive digital media consumption. By illuminating the complexities of their digital experiences, this study contributes to understanding how digital technology shapes the cognitive development of Generation Alpha. In conclusion, this research underscores the importance of recognizing the multifaceted impact of digital media on Generation Alpha. By understanding their digital habits and their implications for cognitive development, we can better equip them to navigate the challenges and opportunities of growing up in a digital age.

The sustained release system includes any drug delivery system that achieves slow and extended release of drug over an extended period of time. The present study was carried out to develop and evaluate the matrix tablets of Metformin HCl 500 mg strength containing cellulose derivatives as release modifying polymer. The matrix tablets of 500 mg strength were prepared by direct compression. The data generated from in-vitro studies showed, the drug release from matrices containing HPMCK100M was based on diffusion and erosion. Therefore, HPMCK100M can be used to modify release rate of Metformin HCl in matrix tablets. The results of in-vitro drug release studies in simulated GI fluids was showed that matrix tablets containing HPMC K100M in (F-5) batch in direct compression are able to control the release of water-soluble Metformin HCl. Therefore it was concluded that HPMCK100M is suitable for the formulating matrix system of Metformin HCl. Metformin HCL was stable in the designed matrices.
