The purpose of this research paper is to obtain access to the teacher empowerment of secondary school teachers in relation to their gender. For the conduct of the research, the Descriptive survey method was used. The Teacher Empowerment Scale (2019) which was created by Dr. Manju N.D. and Dr. G. Sheela is used to gather data from teachers in secondary schools. Samples of 100 secondary school teachers from the Prayagraj City were randomly chosen for this research. To analyze the results, statistical techniques such as Mean, SD, and t-test were used. The result showed that there is no significant difference between female and male high school teachers.

The main aim of this article is to study impact of E-Resources on Academic Achievement of Pre-University College students. For the survey design, the researcher selected stratified random sample of 200 students studying in Pre university college students, giving representation to sex, type of management, type of family and size of family, out of 200 students 100 boys and 100 girls are taken from Pre-university colleges in Raichur. Mass-Media Scale (MMS) developed by Dr. M.Narayanaswamy and Dr.Haseen Taj was used for measuring level of Mass-Media tools were used. Academic Achievement (Scores) of students were collected from office records. The results reveals that There is significant difference in academic achievement of Pre university college students used more and less e-Resources. The more e-Resources used students secure more percentage than that of less media used students. From this we can conclude that e-Resources impact on academic achievement of Pre university college students.

Children suffering from dyslexia have struggled to remember numbers and colors and with understanding rhyming sounds and delaying in speech development. They see the word differently with letters flipped around. Dyslexia may be different from person-to-person. Some have a mild form of dyslexia and some may have severe. This problem is not associated with intelligence of a child, often there is neuro-developmental dysfunction. It affects child equally both male as well as female. It is uncommon but 7% to 15% of children worldwide suffer from dyslexia. It is most commonly seen in 5 to 13 years old children. In Ayurvedic literature dyslexia is a "Manodaurbalayajanya Vakvikarah". Over the years, child with dyslexia may develop increasing frustration if there adding skills of their age group children begin to surpass their own. Patient with dyslexia can create stress in relationships between siblings, friends, and relatives often without the parent's knowledge. Vata is mainly responsible for the normal activities of the mind. Rajas and Tamas Manas Doshas are mainly responsible for any mental disability. Equilibrium of Manas Dosha is most important factor to cure dyslexia. In Ayurveda dyslexia is treated by Daivayapashrya-Chikitsa, Yuktivyapashrya-Chikitsa and Satvavajaya-Chikitsa.

The herbal detox beverage is crafted from a synergy of natural elements to aid the body's innate detoxification mechanisms. Detoxification or Detoxifying is very easy process which helps to remove all toxic substances from a living organism, mainly carried out by liver. Commonly herbal detoxes are teas which contains various herbs, helps to excrete out toxins from the body and also helps in weight loss. This drink has different herbs like Neem, Amla, Giloy, Mint, Lemon, Tulsi. Each herb contains different quality and medicinal property. Herbal detox beverages have become very popular now a days among many detoxification strategies. For the preparation of detoxifying drink / herbal detox drinks, collect Neem, Amla, Tulsi, Lemon, Mint, Giloy from the nearby local market. Selected weight of herbs are Amla (0.10gm), Giloy(0.40gm), Neem(0.08gm), Mint(0.20gm), Lemon(0.12gm), Tulsi(0.10gm). weigh all of them and mixed them manually. After completing the mixing procedure, perform all the related evaluation parameter like colour, odour, appearance, solubility, bulkdensity, tapped-density , carr'sindex, Hausner-ration and dissolved in 100ml of water. After evaluating all the parameters, found that the bulkdensity was 0.52gm/ml, tappeddensity 0.68gm/ml, Carr'sindex 23.5, Hausner'sratio 1.31, brown in color, characteristic Odour, amorphous granules, easily soluble in water. It contains lots of detoxifying agents which helps in the detoxification and remove all the toxins from the body. Natural detoxification techniques have gained popularity in recent years as more people look to rid their bodies of toxins and improve their general health and wellbeing.

An innovative approach to enhancing road safety by integrating multiple functionalities into a single Arduino-based system. With a focus on preventing accidents caused by alcohol impairment and driver drowsiness, our solution combines alcohol detection sensors and drowsiness detection technology to monitor the driver's condition in real-time. Utilizing the Arduino Uno platform ensures cost-effectiveness and ease of implementation, making it accessible for widespread adoption. In addition to the safety features, our system incorporates GPS navigation capabilities, enabling drivers to receive real-time navigation guidance via GSM communication. By leveraging the capabilities of Arduino Uno and integrating alcohol detection, drowsiness detection, and GPS navigation, the project aims to significantly reduce the incidence of road accidents caused by impaired or fatigued driving, thereby improving overall road safety and saving lives.

Novel approaches are required in defence applications due to the increasing demand for real-time threat identification. The design and construction of a Violent Action Recognition (VAR) system coupled with a drone platform are examined in this research. We provide a summary of this technology, highlighting its potential to enhance defence personnel's situational awareness and force protection. The high-resolution camera, on-board processing unit, and drone platform are among the hardware parts of the system that are described in detail in the study. We go over the software architecture, emphasizing the machine learning-based core VAR algorithm, pre-processing, and image acquisition. The article discusses the fabrication considerations involved in incorporating these components into a working drone system. The potential advantages of this drone system with VAR equipment are highlighted in the study. Improved threat detection skills are one of these; they enable quicker reaction times and may even avoid casualties. Defence forces' operational efficiency and decision-making can be improved by using VAR drones, which provide a comprehensive and real-time perspective of a scenario. The final section of this analysis emphasizes the continued research and development needed for enhanced VAR technology. Careful attention should also be paid to ethical issues pertaining to data protection and the responsible usage of autonomous systems. VAR technology has the potential to completely transform drone-based surveillance in the defence industry, creating a more effective and safe operating environment as it advances.

Development of some novel value added products were undertaken from the fresh-dried mushroom [Agaricus bisporus]. In this context, an attempt was made to evaluate antibacterial, antioxidant and cytotoxic activity of ethanolic extract of Agaricus bisporus. Dried coarse powder of mushroom was subjected to extraction with ethanol by cold maceration and then evaporated using electric water bath. Stock solution of the extract was prepared using distilled water. Preliminary phytochemical screening was carried out. The extract was evaluated for Antibacterial activity by agar well diffusion method, antioxidant activity by DPPH assay and cytotoxicity study by BSL assay. And along with these studies, attempt was made to prepare mushroom coffee.
