Abstract
আধুনিক রাষ্ট্রচিন্তার ক্ষেত্রে ম্যকিয়াভেলি ছিলেন পথপ্রদর্শক এবং যে কারণে তাকে আধুনিক রাষ্ট্র দর্শনের জনক বলা হয়। তার রাষ্ট্রীয় ভাবনাচিন্তায় ক্ষমতাকে খুব বেশী গুরুত্ব দেওয়া দিয়েছেন। ক্ষমতাকে কি করে ধরে রাখা যায় এবং রাষ্ট্র ব্যবস্থায় কায়েম করা যায় তার উপর আলোকপাত করতে গিয়ে তিনি ‘দ্যা প্রিন্স’-এ গ্রন্থে রাজপুত্রকে বিভিন্ন উপদেশ দিয়েছেন। তার ভাবনা-চিন্তায় যেটা বহিঃপ্রকাশ ঘটে তা হল ইতালিকে ঐক্যবদ্ধ করা। তাহলে কি তিনি ইতালিকে ঐক্যবদ্ধ করতে গিয়ে নীতি-নৈতিকতাকে জলাঞ্জলি দিয়েছেন? বা রাষ্ট্রনৈতিক চিন্তা ভাবনার ক্ষেত্রে ও ব্যক্তি জীবনে ধর্মকে কিভাবে ম্যকিয়াভেলি দেখেছেন। প্রবন্ধটির মূল উদ্দেশ্য হল ম্যকিয়াভেলির রাষ্ট্রনৈতিক চিন্তার ভাবনায় ধর্ম ও নৈতিকতার প্রাসঙ্গিকতা কতোখানি তা দেখা।

Abstract
Power supply is one of the dominant fields. It has many applications like Lab equipment, Mobile industry, medical devices, telecommunication devices, data converters, and so on. Many studies and researches are carried out in this area. Every electronic device needs a power supply to function, so it can be said that power supply section is inseparable. In this paper, a study is done on auxiliary winding based VCC supply in single-stage active PF corrected low side constant current buck-type (CC Buck-type) SMPS chip so that an optimized solution can be find to carry out the research work.

Abstract
Retailing in India is one of the mainstays of its economy and records for 14 to 15 percent of its GDP. In the Indian retail industry, apparel is the second-largest category. Every year, it is expected to rise by 12 to 15%. Major retail improvements will be visible in all Tier-II and Tier-III cities across the country by the end of 2023. International retail behemoths are vying for a foothold in the country. In the next five years, Marks & Spencer plans to open roughly 30 new stores. Global retailers are finally paying attention to India. We shall review the characteristics and effects of private labeled brands and national brands in Pune city and review the growth trends.
