The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of Job satisfaction and motivation on personal well-being. Self-reported measures of job satisfaction, work motivation, and quality of life were collected from a cross-section of workers across a variety of sectors. A high level of work satisfaction was shown to correlate positively with high levels of motivation and high quality of life. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose the final group of 100 participants, and initiative was encouraged from both the genders. The sample mainly consists of people in the age group of 25-50 years who are working. The data in this study has been obtained with the help of the scales named "Job satisfaction scale", "Work Motivation Scale" and "THE WHOQOL-BREF" as well as a demographic information form. The result suggests that there is a significant positive relationship between Quality of life and work motivation among employees and between Job satisfaction and Quality of life among employees. There is relation of job satisfaction and work motivation on quality of life.

Preventing pressure ulcers can save money and improve patient care. Pressure ulcers are a common problem in nursing practice and entail great expenses for the patients as well as for the health care services. Despite technological and preventive advances in recent years, the incidence of pressure ulcers in acute care remains unacceptably high. The Braden Scale for predicting pressure ulcer risk was developed to help nurses determine patients' risk of developing pressure ulcers. The scale, which takes less than a minute to complete, has been used with patients of all ages and in all settings and has been found to be more accurate than other scales or clinical judgment. An evaluative approach was adapted for this study to assess the effectiveness of the planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding the Braden Scale among 2nd, 3rd & 4th year BSc Nursing students in selected nursing colleges in Bangalore. A quasi-experimental (one group pretest-posttest) design was selected for this study. A structured questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge of nursing students. The tool was found to be reliable, with a reliability coefficient of r = 0.89. A pretest was conducted with the aid of a questionnaire for 100 students in selected nursing colleges in Bangalore. A post-test was conducted on the 8th day after the implementation of the PTP with a similar questionnaire to assess the enhancement of knowledge regarding the Braden Scale among 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year BSc Nursing students. In the pretest, 92% of students showed inadequate knowledge, and 8% showed moderate knowledge on the Braden Scale. In the posttest, 99% of students showed adequate knowledge and 1% showed moderate knowledge on the Braden Scale, which shows the PTP was very effective. The chi-square was calculated to find out the association between the knowledge scores of the nursing students and their demographic variables. A paired 't' test result indicated a statistically significant difference between the pretest and posttest knowledge scores regarding the Braden Scale for all the knowledge aspects under investigation (p<0.05). A statistically significant association was observed between sex, year of education, and the knowledge level of the respondent regarding the Braden Scale at the 0.05 level of significance. However, in terms of the association of the knowledge score with sociodemographic variables, it was found that variables such as age, medium of education, and experience caring for bedridden patients had no significant (at a level of 5%) association with the knowledge score of the respondent. The findings of the study suggest that nurse educators should improve the knowledge of nursing students through education programs, and adequate knowledge regarding the Braden Scale will help student nurses prevent the complications of the bedridden patient.

Local cooperation and the community participation can never be neglected and is therefore detrimental to attain prosperity in a region. Success of the conservation scheme lies in the involvement of local people. They may contribute to regional planning, creating job opportunities for local youth, educating the local community, socio-economic growth of the region and environmentally sustainable development which is essential for development of any conservation area. In this study the Ranthambore National Park is chosen to highlight the role of community in conservation activities and resource management. It will also help to understand the involvement of host community to various conservation and development practices. The study is based on primary, secondary data collected from site and different articles published, Rajasthan government policies and reports. The findings revealed that the supportive participation of locals and effective implementation of the government policies resulted in positive outcomes of the conservation scheme. The study also points out the need to involve the local community in capacity building, sustainable eco-tourism possibilities and realistic planning for conservation.

In this paper, we use GEOS Chem model to simulate the atmosphere surface CO2 concentration Indian region to estimate the regional source and sink of atmospheric CO2. Satellite (GOSAT, OCO-2) and in situ observation are used to estimate CO2 concentration and fluxes. We simulate the two different temporal and spatial resolutions: global (2? x2.5?) and Indian region (0.25? x0.3125?,nested grid) for period of 2013-2019 .The model and in situ comparison has good coherent ,Batul insitu location has 0.89 correlation with Nested model and Sundarbans location has 0.72 correlation with Nested grid location .The regional and global model surface atmospheric CO2 compared with OCO-2 and GOSAT satellite observation over four different regions in the Indian land region .Sensitivity experiment conduct to use Terrestrial biosphere exchange over Indian region and with reginal ,global model and satellite observation . The regional and global and sensitivity model simulations are near surface atmospheric CO2 concentration is compared and get good correction with satellite observation, The analysis has good comparison and time series analysis shows us good coherent with atmospheric surface CO2 with satellite and insitu observation .In the analysis observed seasonal and inter annual variation over four regions of box: North India(Box A) ,South India(Box B) and North east India(Box C) and south west region(Box D). In three model simulation has good agreement with GOSAT and OCO-2 satellite observation ,GOSAT with Nested ,Global and BBIO inserted Nested model simulation Correlation are 0.9,0.88,0.89 and OCO-2 with Nested ,Global and BBIO inserted Nested model simulation Correlation are 0.93,0.89,0.89 . The terrestrial biosphere experiment given good results with regional simulation of CO2 and satellite observation. The mainly effect of seasonal and inter-annual increase depends on terrestrial biosphere.
